Good prices but Im not completely satisfied with my visit nor purchase especially when i could've ordered what i got from the comfort of my home for A LESSER coin... Seen a deal on facebook for 20/22/24 (&) 16in FRONTAL.=165$+ 5$ extra for "ANY"texture and color per bundle...I know right!! So to remind u all i knew what I wanted to take advantage of with this deal, which wouldve been "ANY" color 613 & if that was not available just NATURAL bundles(& if i was not satisfied with the texture of the proclaimed 8A hair on sale i was prepared to abort the mission) So like i said i knew what i wanted & when i got there (1st time customer) i approached the counter where a heavy set man was finishing up a transaction with the customer in front of me. Finally after she leaves im greeted only after 10mins of being there. Needles to say i was brief and specific. He informed me that the 613 i initially wanted WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE "ANY" COLOR deal??!! No biggie because i have a plan b, BOOM! He proceeded to package some hair (KEYWORDS "some hair" because IT WAS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR)and give me my total.. Packs or bundles I ALWAYS CHECK MY HAIR. SURE Glad i did, because low and behold them "NATURAL" Bundles were not! They had a redish tint i held it up for second opinions since everyone was attentive like im the one giving him a hard time. When this man is trying to get over on me. So the line behind me agrees with me & by this time a younger man comes from the back & Agreed that The color was nothing natural & he swaps out the hair. So i now again check my hair... & instead of a FRONTAL they put a 5x5 CLOSURE lmao. The older gentlemen said thats what i asked for & at that point i had to reintroduce myself. I wish i wouldve paid 165$ for 3 bundles & a CLOSURE like i said i could've ordered & kept 65$. They even got a big school poster board behind the register statingPRICES WITH OR WITHOUT FRONTAL. Save yourself some time and just go down the street (ANYWHERE) they play rock head games here!!! They also dont do exchanges so i will be disputing this with my bank because the hair inches are not what i paid for (YESSSS I MEASURED MY HAIR) I tried to get a refund & exchange. So if you are impatient like me buy with your debit card from here and let the bank handle it..DONT LET NOBODY TELL YOU THEY DONT DO REFUNDS, BECAUSE MY BANK DOES ✊

I went in this store today... and within 10 mins I walked out and took my money to professionals down the street. The store personnel was rude and unmotivated to answer questions. I ended up aimlessly wondering the store because of the lack of help I received from both the owner who was more interested in the personal conversation he had going on... and the young lady he had working who basically brushed me off... after feeling like I had to work to get some help I Placed their items on their counter and left the store. I ended up going to Beauty Depot less than 2 mins away. Beauty Depot was Professional, affordable, clean and uncluttered unlike Diva beauty. Take your money some place else... because this store is extremely unprofessional.

Excellent customer service. I visited Diva Beauty Supply on a crazy rainy FL down pour day. As soon as I came in the store I was greeted with a welcome and if I need any help let them know. As soon as I got bearings the guy behind the counter was extremely helpful and directed me to the correct location for all the items I needed with a smile on his face. I did take the time to look around and they have a vast supple of different products and at a very reasonable price. I was surprised that my items cost less then what I was expecting (based on what I have paid in the past at other stores)

Says racist things to black people as if we all are thief’s or broke. Sterotype is what you find at this store it’s unbelievable I will write my experience on another post once I have a few seconds I really wanted to leave 0 stars but I am unable to do so.

My favorite beauty supply store in Tampa has all different color styles length bundles for the low they make you feel so welcome and they carry all different types of hair and beauty supply including frontal and closure for low highly recommended

My friend bought a wig last evening, but it was too much hair for me. Took it back this morning and they would nog take it back because of thr virus which has nothing to do with hair. Would not jgive money back.

Web site claims they open at 8:30.on Sunday they were not open today I drove all the way over there and called no answer so that the lucky stars Kim's was open and I got what I needed

Customer service was good but was way over charged I bought four items prices 13.99, 2.99, 1.99 & 2.99. & was charged 34plus dollars. Didn't dawn on me until later. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I will NEVER buy hair from this place again. The hair shed really bad. It doesn’t hold a curl. It’s really rough. It’s tangles really bad. This hair is garbage.

This place has changed owners quite often. I rarely go in. Usually on occasion when I do go in hair is usually a hit or miss for me.

Bundle hair smells really bad after wash. Smell like corn chips feet and crab legs!!! Had to work a miracle to get the smell out
