District 422 sucks the district manager cassey, points the blame instead of helping. 51st Avenue and McDowell, The neighborhood is horrible and most of the customers steal. Cassey is from Chicago and thinks Az. Is the same. I was the merch. There and when I throw thieves out they key my car. Cassey doesn't care. She's a horrible boss and even worse human being I was the only person to stock the store she gives me no help to stock the store but get help to clean the store. Every merch quits since she came she doesn't know how to treat people. Run away from this store. Don't work for this company they will over work you and under pay you.

This store is a hazard to the public & brakes the handicapped code. Also the management and staff are very lack of any customer service skills. Besides being very dirty & unorganized. There are several unpacked merchandise boxes as well as trash & merchandise all over their floor. It's very difficult to walk through some of their aisles on foot & simply impossible to access them on a wheelchair. They also have merchandise OUT OF SEASON out on the floor on display, but not for sale. One more thing, if there are any nice reviews about this place it's probably from the staff itself & or family members, this place is awful

Very disappointed, I still love Dollar Tree and will continue to go their, but it wasn't just a bad day for all 3 employees, Cuz I've been to this location several times lately, and always the same. The ladies couldn't be any ruder if they tried, seriously. Absolutely zero customer service skills. They should get some new employees at that store, people who are actually decent and friendly to the customers, and at least answer you when you say hi or goodbye. Very rude!!!

Their merchandise is unorganized, all of it on the floor & not the shelves. There's unopened boxes blocking the aisles everywhere. The employees are very rude. They all gather in the front of the store chatting about their personal life while the store is falling apart & the one register they have opened has a very long line & if you ask them a question they bluntly tell you to have no idea. They really need a new manager here

This raggedy so called manager that you guys have by the name of Rosie is very disrespectful I came in to change an item or two for Christmas for my kids and she wouldn't even let me do that she never explained the new policy that you have put in place I will not be coming in here and I will let everyone I know not to come in here as well you just lost a loyal customer all because of your so-called manager Rosie!

I would give it five stars but I can't for one reason only it is so cluttered, disorganized, disheveled, and incomplete disarray. This store needs a thorough reorganization and cleaning session because Dollar store pregnancy tests should not be in the same section as kids stickers and painting supplies LOL aside from that it's a great store just be ready to dig through things to find what you want

When I want to quickly pick up a few items, I will go into the Dollar General near my home. I went into the Dollar Tree since I was in the vicinity and pleasantly surprised that most items are only $1.25. My husband is diabetic and likes the sugar free hard candy. You definitely get more bang for your buck, so definitely will return again.

I wanted to thank the nice young lady yesenia she had helped me when I didn't have the 2 dollars she went ahead and said its ok I got you don't worry I had to explain to my kids I don't have enough money for cake mix she was so nice I want to thank her and hopefully someone will tip her back or may god help her in anything she needs

If I could give zero that would be anyway the employees rude and so that manager they couldn’t scan my items again so I could pay with my debit car only cuz it was a line I would never going back to the store . I love dolar tree I would go to another location even know that’s the closest to me …FAT ZERO that’s what they deserve

This place is a disaster, its filthy, shelves are empty, mostly everything is on the floor. There was only 2 people "working" here and they took their sweet time at the register. I only needed a couple of things and I found some off brand imitation, i wouldn't recommend unless you really have to or like places like that.

Bought some lunch meat and got outside too see it gray. I couldn't return it either. Oh well only a dollar I guess. Also shelves empty and stuff on floor. Really filthy and messy like others said but so is the neighborhood I guess. Just don't go when it's dark because of the trouble in parking lot.

It has way more merchandise than 1 year ago , the store looks way better , the workers are very helpful . The registers are nice girls ! And I love to go shopping I usually find everything thing I need & everything is $1.00 !!! Can't beat that

I visited this dollar tree today the lady at the register she had a big mole an was on a walker. I don’t know her name because she was NOT wearing a name tag didn’t want them sell me some items because they ranged up to one penny. It was

Rude employee with blonde hair and glasses working there. She did not want to give me her name, pulled a step stool from in front of my child and I. She didn't say excuse me or can I help you. Then she became upset when I told her this.

I really like this particular Dollar Tree. They have a lot of stuff that the other stores don't have. There are lots of crafting ideas and a lot more five dollar items than I have seen at some of the other stores.

First off, the employees there are always very nice and helpful. The store itself always looks kinda unorganized but it is still easy to find what you need. I just wish they would open a little earlier …

Even with the line to the back of the building those people move quickly and it was way faster than Walmart. Still had some last minute gifts that I needed. We were in and out in minutes

It is crowded in here. There's never more than one cash register open and the shelves are always unorganized. But it is great because of the low prices on beauty items and cleaners.

Clutter ever where. Long lines and one register open, management is to clueless to open more check out registers with more than 7 people waiting in line

I found everything that I needed. The store was clean and the cashier was a sweetheart. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This store is 2 times the size of other dollar trees, and they have so much holiday stuff I loved it, employees were nice.

Tried to get something after work and they were closed already…it’s 8:46! Stores’ sign says they close at 9pm not 8:46!
