I love Dominoes pizza on a whole although I have quite a few issues with this location. First time I purchased a pan pizza from this location it was undercooked. I called and let them know and they fixed it right away, so I took it as a one off. I ordered the 2nd time and they left some toppings off that I ordered. They apologized and said there was someone new working in the pizza making area so I took as another one off. Tonight I ordered 2 pan pizzas via the Dominoes app and got home and as we began to eat I realized that it was regular pizza and extremely dry. I paid $2 more per pie for each pan pizza. I called numerous of times to get it rectified at the store although there was no answer. I called again and after trying for 20 mins we resorted to eating the dry pizza. I live about 20 mins away and didnt want to drive out again to wait for the pies to be remade. Too many mistakes are made at this location. It isn't even about the extra money paid, it is about being able to enjoy a Friday night treat and enjoy eating what you ordered.

I have to say it's the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. Because I asked for it well done, she's telling me that it's all dried out because I asked for it burned. It wasn't burned, it was just dried out. Then she sends me another pizza that's not even cooked and then she turns around and wants me to pay for the chicken wings that came with it $20. What a nightmare I would never order here again. What did she think I wasn't going to eat the chicken wings while I waited another 40 minutes for another pizza. Not a good policy for business. I wouldn't say 8 chicken wings and 2 cans of pop cost me 20 bucks. I wish I had just gone down to dennys and have a proper meal. Staying at the hotel I'm going to bed hungry. I ordered at 9 o'clock. It is now ten thirty ridiculous .

If you are like me, you love it when you find a good pizza place. Needless to say I'm on the look again. They are cheaping out on the toppings now. The last 2 orders of pizza all the pizzas where lacking toppings. First time it happened they said it was due to a delivery not coming in and they were low on toppings. They even gave me a free pizza for it. Yesterday they changed what they said. Now it's because they received a call from Dominos head office and were told to add less toppings. Funny enough they cheaped out even on the free pizza. Barely filled us up. There seems to be new management and it seems to me they are just cheaping out. More money for them, less toppings for the customer. If I find a new pizza place worth mentioning I'll update this because you don't mess with people's pizzas!

Last night right before this store closed I picked up my take out order only to arrive at home and realize they had giving me the wrong pizza. Today I had returned with the receipt and a photo of the wrong pizza and the team went about and beyond to make it right!! Customer service was amazing and they were so kind and generous offering me a refund or a new pizza on them. I had to come give them a great review because they truly deserved it!! I will definitely come back for pizza again soon!! Incredible staff and management at this location!!! Thanks again!

I stopped eating dominos years ago because of how bad the pizza was. My gf decided to bring it home one night from this store and I was seriously impressed. I actually prefer them over the other pizza place I was frequenting by a long shot. They've changed a lot from what they use to be, so if you were like me and did the same thing I'd definitely suggest giving them a go again. You won't be disappointed from this location As an update, we came back here again for food and we were sitting in the car and the cashier brought the pizzas to the car! Amazing. I didn't catch her name but who ever you are. You rock!

My food was hot and ready to pick up in a timely fashion. When I picked this pizza up and saw the tip option on the debit pad I said to myself tip culture has gone mad. I am glad I did not tip at the counter for a PICK UP because when I got this pie home I was not happy. Next to no sauce and toppings! My pizza had xtra cheese ordered on it and this pizza had next to none! I was very disappointed, next time I’m going to little Cesar the pizzas are always made the same and I always no what I’m getting.

You know how you lift the piece of pizza off the plate with the long stringy gooey strings of mozzarella.......well not at this place. Not raising their pizza doe, delivering their product barely warm and dried out. I've been ripped off twice, do not order from this place...

I buy pizza from this place regularly, most times their service is good, but today it was exceptional. Over the phone, Maya was so friendly and helpful, and when I went to pick up my order I greeted by a cheerful young lady who handed my order to me. People are quick to leave negative reviews, I feel like people who offer good service should always be commended. Thanks Guys! Keep up the great work.

No point in calling to order ahead when you have to wait a half an hour for just a pepperoni pizza. I called 15 minutes after I call and I get there an he still hasn’t made the pizza it’s a pepperoni pizza I’ve worked at a pizza place before it doesn’t take that long to make a pepperoni pizza and I watch as another guy comes in an orders a pizza an they completely forget he even ordered it

Ordered online for pick-up. Went on the tracker & it said ready in 15 minutes. I paid in store and was given the coupon price. Very friendly staff at this store. We order a pizza from here at least twice a month and always get excellent pizza!!

No joke, Domino's pizza is fantastic the staff are friendly. Shoutout to Domino's at Barton st E. Stoney Creek they do it right along with upper James Hamilton, and Hartzell st Catharines, also Norwich ave Woodstock.

This guys added pork /beef in my pizza when I call and ask they say will give 10$ credit for next time and replace the pizza. When we show up next time and ask 10$ credit they say we don’t see it on the system. No credibility at all. This is my last order at this store.

We have ordered 4 toppings pizza and it was fully loaded with toppings and was perfect to expectation. All instructions were neatly followed. So far best dominos location for me in Hamilton. Touch less delivery available and they are prompt on time.

Not sure what's going on with this Dominos location lately, but the last two pizzas I've ordered were undercooked and mushy. The first one was returned as it was still raw, the last one I ordered yesterday, I had to bake it in my oven

I would have given 0 star if it was an option. The guy named Mehmood does not know how to talk, he is the rudest person I ever met in customer service profession.

Used to be a large pizza would feed a family of five, now the large pizza is 8 pieces.... Absolute rip-off. Pizza is NOT expensive to make, why are you cheating people like this? We will not be returning. Even Gino's is better!

Pizza is an weekend treat for my kids and I've always enjoyed the experience at this particular store. I always place my order and pay via the app so I'm in and out very quickly. The staff is always cheerful and pleasant.

The pizza is ok!...not the best dough or sauce, but it definitely isn't bad!!!...The worker was nice...She did however, forget an ingredient on pizza!...place is easy to get to, with a good amount of parking.

Chronically understaffed at lunch time. Good luck placing an order by phone because you will be kept on hold for at least 10 minutes. Management is failing these hard working girls.

The worst Domino's around, check your pizza before leaving the store. Ordered 2 pizzas one with extra cheese and one with regular cheese. This is a slice of the extra cheese pizza.
