We were excited to try this new pizza place. The experience getting the pizza was good enough. There was some confusion around paying for my order, but this is understandable since they are still new in this location and their staff are as well. The price was good and the food was ready at the time we were told. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the pizza. The sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and bacon were all good, but the cheese was a huge disappointment. It didn’t melt properly and stayed in little chunks on the top. It was also very salty and otherwise flavourless. The crust was crisp, but lacked flavour.

The store is really clean, to be expected bcs it opened a week ago. The staff are really nice. Unfortunately the pizza was not good. Toppings are scarce, the cheese isn't good cheese. I ordered a deep dish and it wasn't deep dish it was more like extra thick dough pizza and the dough was uncooked. I called and the staff were understanding and made me a new pizza and was nice enuf to add a cpl of pop. Maybe it's the oven is too hot or something, but this time they made thin crust and it's crispy underneath but still soggy and doughy. Sadly I won't be going back

I have now tried their pizza 4/5 times usually buying slices at lunch time and it's absolutely awful. Not even the fact that they are the most convenient place for me to get lunch, will be able to keep me going there. Half the time the bottom is burnt, the cheese is ultimately disappointing and it is the SALTIEST pizza I have ever had in my life. Great people and atmosphere but the product they sell is not quality. For only just opening this location, I recommend a recipe revamp asap!

EDIT: This place CANNOT get a delivery right. I've ordered 5 or 6 times since they opened and the last 4 times they "forgot" my drinks and dipping sauces. I get that it happens sometimes, but it's so often that it feels intentional. Sure, they can send someone back with it but who wants to get their drinks and dips after they've already eaten? It's a shame because I like their pizza and was stoked to have them here. Sadly I'm done with this spot.

This pizza place is awesome! The pizzas are super tasty.The staff is genuinely nice and provides outstanding customer service. I recently tried their calzone, and it was amazing.The crust is crispy, and the filling has a satisfying combination of cheese and sauce. I highly recommend trying their calzone; it's really delicious.

I am so happy to have FINALLY found a go to pizza place that does not disappoint in Crown Point. Unlike some other nearby pizza places, this place has HIGH QUALITY pizza that is actually decently priced. On top of it, the staff are AMAZING! They are super friendly and not at all pretentious. Don't miss out on the best pizza joint in Hamilton!

Welcome to the neighbourhood - one of My fav spots when I lived in Toronto. Great, homemade & fresh. Not pretentious and trying to be something overly hip. So so good.
