Can't get to see the same doctor so most of your appointment time is spent explaining existing problems to a total stranger. Can't make an appointment to see the doctor who's just told you to come back next week. Everyone is very friendly which is great unless you want to see a doctor that actually knows you when you need it. Apparently a great online service. Sadly no use to me.

You can’t see the Dr who has seen you before and knows your problem. Reorder prescriptions get disappear in reception . Some of receptionists aren’t helpful especially when you aren’t English and can’t speak English well. Many thanks for kind and nice Doctors ((Gasper and Sinclair)) .

Difficult to see doctors. No calling back either. When a mistake has been made in referral there has been no urgency in correcting it. I have been left for a month and an half with a broken meniscus and an hospital appointment has not even been arranged.

Can not get an appointment when I ring or call into the surgery. Told to go online to make an appointment. I can neither log in because it always says surgery not available. This is totally unacceptable

absolutely useless, cant even get to see a doctor, emergency appointments are all gone by 8.30am and for routine appointments you have to ring at 10am! You have to plan your illness.

6 week wait to see my designated GP!. See a locum and you don't get a follow up for results. hmmmm what to do next??
