Worst surgery ever, used to be good but no more. You ring them for a problem, you are told to send pics of the affected area and Dr will ring you next week. Dr still won’t ring you and don’t prescribe you medicine. . Don’t open the surgery door, only phone appointments, everything is open in the country but they are still suffering from COVID. They abuse the NHS system for their financial gain but no facilities or benefits for the patients.

No one is professional there. You have to get passed the mean stuck up reception team which sometimes is impossible cause they always got there back up. Even tho it's doctor patient confidentiality, the reception team will put so much pressure for them to know. Worst place to go. Been apart of this place for over 10 years and it has never changed. Since I've moved from handsworth going to the doctor's is a pleasure.

The staff have no manners, especially when answering the phone, they are very, very rude. You have to-be on the phone for more than 10 minutes then, they pick up. Trash doctors do not even phone to inform about results. I give it 0 stars.

I tried to register here today but couldn't as they say their list is full. They said this is due to them only having one GP at the moment, even though they are listed as having two???

Rubbish surgery ever I saw no manners to the reception team, I don't understand how the gp surgery works if they have no knowledge of anything …

poor costumer service especially the receptionist who is very rude they are very lazy and they don’t help you gonna change my GP LOL

Had no problem, Dr sharma is a good doctor, been twith practice over 15 years.
