Never experienced such a bad stuff in my life. To book and appointment needs to ring at 08:30am, when you ring before thet no one answers, after that you are in the queue. And at the end after waiting in the queue, you are advised to ring tomorrow again. Keep calling to book an appointment for last three days, when told the staff got severe leg and chest pain, been advised to ring an ambulance or go to the walk in center. No words Thanks for the great advise

A friend of mine and her husband went to dr cheema and he was so rude. he was on the phone for a while and when he got off the phone he said to her why are you still here your so dumb i been on the phone for that long and you are still waiting. How rude he should be fired. Very unprofessional

Keep trying to book an appointment since last week. In the queue over the phone since 08:30am. At 08:38 answered the phone and been told, all appointments are booked. Ring tomorrow. Very poor service, if there could be less than zero?
