I have been with Dr Aneja's surgery for around 4/5 years now along with my 2 children and have never had any issues, the reception staff, nurse and doctors have all been great, very helpful, and I've never had an issue getting an appointment on the day I call.

Without a doubt the best GP I have ever had. I have never struggled to get a same day appointment so I was surprised by some of the other reviews - you do need to phone to book, at either 08:30 or 15:00, and wait patiently for a few minutes

They do not pick the phone up, it is incredibly long waiting time. They close earlier than opening times. I work in five ways till 17.30. I was trying to bring my registration form in for weeks at 18.08 all the doors are shut.

I can't ever get an appointment with my GP as they never answer the phone and when I've gone into the surgery the receptionists are never there either and this is months of trying I will be finding myself a new surgery

Never open. What's the point in this service. When and if you are lucky enough to get through to request a call back, that never happens. Absolutely awful service. I suggest look elsewhere.

The new appointment system is terrible twice i have rang to get appointments for my children to be told theres nothing left. What happen to making room for children will be changing my gp

Very good service, the nurse was lovely. I always get on well with her. The staff and the Dr is always very helpful

Waiting time is rediculouse if you can get an appointment. Always feel like I shouldnt be there when I do get in.
