Dr. Ghali is , by far, the best doctor I have ever had. When I moved to Ottawa from a small town, I went through 3 different doctors who either rushed through their appointments with me , were prescription pill pushers or who straight up abandoned their Ottawa practice. Dr. Ghali is my physician along with my partners and we drive all the way from Gatineau to see him he is that amazing. He takes his time with you , he's kind , he genuinely cares and on top of all of that , he has managed to successfully treat my partner and I, even conditions a specialist couldn't fix. He's amazing and I couldn't be happier

Absolutely horrible receptionist. She refused me service and told me that it was impossible for Dr Ghali to call me for 2 minutes in order to receive a prescription for antibiotics. I will never return here and I truly hope they hire better receptionists because the workers at front desk have ruined this clinic. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Ghali is caring and competent professional. He has been our family doctor for approximately seven years and we couldn't be more grateful for the rigor and attention that he puts into every appointment. I could not ask for better care than he and his wonderful staff provide.

The best doctor we have had since my husband was posted here in Ottawa. He is so kind, always willing to help and even his office staff are all nice and always happy to help! Glad he moved his clinic to Orleans. :)
