Never even got to try the food. I ordered $40+ of food from this restaurant via GrubHub. The delivery was quoted to be late, which is fine with me because I know restaurants get backed up. My problem happened to be with the driver. He asked if I would come down to get my food as opposed to him riding the elevator up, I asked that he come up. He responded saying that he "was very busy" and that "if you don't come down you'll have to wait 40 minutes until I take everyone else's orders." I'm not too thrilled about being told that a delivery of sushi, which is time and temperature sensitive, that is already late would be delayed another 40 minutes just because he didn't want to ride an elevator up to my apartment. The restaurant is currently closed, so a cancellation will have to be processed when it opens. I seriously hope that this driver is instructed on how to treat customers. Own the job. I used to work fast food delivery and I would never have dreamed of asking someone to come out to my car. It's door to door delivery; that's the service ordered.

Food is decent but they are very rude and will nickel and dime you. My boyfriend and I order there weekly. I always get beef fried rice. I began to add egg surcharge $1.00 then extra onion surcharge $1.00. My last visit I ordered and asked for sweet and sour packs because I knew my boyfriend would forget and I always ask for packets when I pick up my food. I went in and a $6 dollar order was now $9 with change. I reviewed my receipt. They charged me .40 for 3 packets. I'm like really. I was told sweet and sour packets are a appetizer. WOW but soy sauce isn't. I'm no idiot. You have lost 2 customers and I'll tell everyone I encounter because to tell me packages of sauce is a appetizer is a complete insult. I didn't even want the soy sauce. And that's not the only time they have come up with some excuse to over charge us . But that was the last straw. Thanks for helping us save our money.

First let me say that the food here was fantastic. In fact if I were just grading the food I would give it 5 stars. I had a Yellow-tail Hand Roll and the personal sized Louisiana Seafood boil. It was very authentic tasting and just wonderful. The reason this restaurant got knocked off a star is the distinct lack of bathroom or wet naps. No bathroom is one thing but when you sell foods that will be eaten by hand (like hand rolls and crawfish), it is important to have either a. at minimum a much better napkin than they supply, b. next best thing would be wet naps or the like, or c. the best option which would be a place where people could use soap and water. If the food had been mediocre I would have given it one star. If you want the good food and messiness of a bag of yummy boiled seafood, I suggest you bring your own hand wipes and enjoy away.

When we arrived there was no one in the building. We finally ordered our food @ 2:48pm inside the restaurant. We did not leave the restaurant. As we sat there the owner & cook seemed 2 be having a disagreement & tought it was OK to continuously shout at one another. I looked @ my phone @ 3:05pm,17min later figured they could use a little more time & also, not wanting to get caught in the cross fire we patiently waited. No take out orders came in during this time so I do not understand why I had to wait 32mim 4 my food that was just SITTING THERE WHEN I STOOD UP & WALKED 2 THE COUNTER. Not only did they forget about our food but they were stuffing their faces when I got up like I was inconveniening them.

Girlfriend had spicy tuna rolls that were barely edible. The rice was improperly prepared. The tuna tasted good but the sauce they put on it was gross. I was unfortunate to think the pad Thai would be edible let me be the first to tell you it was not even close. I've had some bad food in my days. I had to eat (MREs) meals ready to eat when I was over seas. This was a whole new level of gross. The two stars are for the decent smoothies that we got with the food. Sorry to say but this is just one other asian restaurant in Bridgeport that you want to avoid at all costs. Update! Feeling a little better now just came back from Popeyes. Had to get the taste of dragon dump out of my mouth. Yes I had to do it with fast food fried chicken.

I never thought I would be leaving a negative review for this place. I used to love them. However after this experience I am not going back there again because I have to basically throw out everything that I bought. The chicken corn soup is the most unflavorful thing I have ever tasted. The sweet n sour chicken was delicious as always but the noodles that came with it had no color which was weird, I realized after tasting it was because they didn't put any seasoning on them whatsoever. I thought that's fine, everyone has an off night, I'll eat the sweet-and-sour chicken and I'll just make the other things later with some more seasoning, until I found a giant thick (I have fine) hair in my bag with my eggrolls...

Omg even the miso soup was nasty. I'm so embarrassed. I suggested to my boss that we order from here. The food was terrible. She ordered the basil leaf thai and I had chicken teriyaki, miso soup and mango strawberry smoothie. The smoothie tasted like flavored water and not the good kind, still had chuncks of ice in it. Miso soup tasted like onion water. My boss called my office and was so displeased she asked if we could demand they take the picture down they have posted on ubereats. She stated nothing was fresh about her food. Overall horrible experience. And it's not Ubereats fault they did not have fresh ingredients and food was flavorless. Save your money.

I truly hate to leave a negative review for anything. But the red curry here was THE WORST red curry I have ever had in my entire life It was slimey and disgusting. I attempted to call back to let them know and they wouldn't even answer my calls. I originally attempted to pay via card but the man on the phone could not understand my card number which forced me to go an atm to takeout cash just to order. The sesame chicken was rubbery and the rice was cold. Only thing half decent was the smoothie. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont be fooled by the location this place is THE WORST Asian food I have ever ate.

I called and ordered a small shrimp fried rice . They said it would be ready in 10 minutes and it was. The taste is what I expect from Chinese take out. The food is decent and the service is quick. Only thing I was surprised about were their portion sizes. I think the small is actually too small. It would me more worth it to get a large. I also ordered a mango smoothie. It actually is fresh, straight up just tastes like they blended a mango. I even tasted some bits of the mango peel in my drink.

This place got me through college. Spicy beef noodle soup will keep you going through the frozen nightmare of the spring semester. Great American Chinese food, family owned and operated from a homey interior under the residence. Lots of options, all decent with a few real stars depending on your taste. Very well priced and always got my order right and on time. Crab rangoon are some of my favorite in the city. I'm biased, but they were good enough to give me a bias, so that must be worth something. Counter service even for dine in, so don't expect them to wait on you.

I paid over $13 for some general tsao's chicken (which, by the way, tasted more like fish,) a substitution of the white rice for lo mein noodles and a smoothie that tasted more like milk than banana or coconut. After spending my hard earned money I asked for a cup of water and they absolutely, out right refused to provide me with one and suggested I purchase a bottle of water. Needless to say, I will never return again. Save yourself the headache and keep going west on 31st. There's a tastier place just past Shields.

  • Jamel Gillespie

Man, how can I say this. The food was nasty. They charge three dollars more for fried rice. And other places only charge only a dollar. When I got the fried rice, it looked like white rice, and it had no flavor. The orange chicken, I don't know what that was. The batter in the chicken was sweet, and the sauce was extremely sweet. Try this place at your own risk.

I been coming to this establishment for the past 8 years off and on, and I LOVED it since but Covid-19 everything changed. How about they stop serving sushi (Which was the main reason why I constantly went there), and the staff changed ( not social, no people skills, or customer service rapport), and lastly, the food is not what it used to be. today would be the last day I order from them. I am disappointed one of my favorite places is now nothing more than mediocre now.

  • Hao Khong

Usually, this place is ok for me, quick service and the food is ok for Asian. But today I passed by for my lunch, i ordered 'Beef with tofu', they brought me a wrong one-beef noodle, i was confused and they made another one for me. That's not problem. When my food was coming, i found it not as fresh as usual, tofu was old and bad taste, the beef was not soft but so tough,I was so disappointed. This place is pretty near my house but I am not sure I will come back.

  • Roy C.

I ordered vegetarian Panang Curry. I was given Large chunks of chicken in my order that was delivered via Uber eats. The employee told me they would not give me credit and told me to call Uber Eats )to rectify the incorrect order they prepared.) (Refused to give me a refund.) The food and service are horrible and this restaurant should not be trusted. Horrible customer service. Thumbs down!

  • Benjamin Luke

My girlfriend and I ordered from here and absolutely every item was disappointing. Both the miso and wonton soup were completely bland and tasteless. Even the spicy tuna roll seemed old and flavorless. No problem with the service - the food simply just didn't taste good. In a city with such great food and so many options, don't waste your time with this place.

We drove from Denver we were super hungry. and I order some food. It was only two of us and took like 30 minutes I ordered a side of "fried shrimp" and they gave me egg roll with a 1/4 of shrimp in it. 8 of them for 6 dlls. When we coming back Chicago never on my life go back this place. The food taste just ok, for 30 min clocking.

  • Jackson Lapp

This place is more clutch than anything in the neighborhood. They are nothing if not consistent with their portion sizes and price. You get what you get, and it's usually pretty good.

Their Sushi is very good, but their Chinese food not so much. Their fruit smoothies are excellent, I just wish they had more flavors available at any given time. Service is usually slow and surly. Their delivery has always been decent. Avoid the Pad Thai... tastes like ketchup.

  • Larry Jiao

Had some sushi ordered through one of their websites and wanted to believe they had a 16pc sushi roll order, but knew it was merely 6 pieces. Prices seem pretty run-of-the-mill for what you get, but simply put.. it's probably better to order Chinese around here.

Great place to order and get food with quick delivery service. The food is inexpensive and good. They are really generous on their portions. They catered my event once and got to say they did an excellent job. The food was plentiful and delicious.

There was hair in my food and then when the lady on the phone tells the owner they laugh about it. So I ask him why were they laughing and he said we weren’t then I started speaking to him in Mandarin and he become apologetic. DO NOT EAT HERE

  • bryan postgo

Food here is cheap, sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. The quality of food here decreased since covid started, the tapioca in the smoothies were stale. Service is slow, the people here aren't bad people but they have no consciousness

  • Brittany Davis

I ordered a cali roll, and a spicy windy Maki. None of which listed any dairy, which I can't eat. When I received my food, mayo was on everything. They refused to issue a refund. The sushi I was able to eat was imitation and terrible.

  • Codykp

There phone doesn’t even work tonight. Must not be paying the bills. Probably will start using rats to serve us soon. And I used to love and promote this place. But the quality isn’t there anymore.

My experience with the Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice as well as the Egg Foo Yung back from 2016-2017 was the Best! But from the reviews I read I see the ratings have sunk Tremendously! …

Their seafood is the bomb. I had the personal seafood platter, loved it. This time went for the headless shrimp and it was amazing as well. It comes in a bag with spices and soup. Sooo delicious

  • J. Rodriguez

I've tried giving this place a few chances to persuade me to like it but it's just not happening. Delivery is long and drivers are usually rude only to receive good that us cold and mediocre.

  • Seamus Ayala

I like this place a lot. It has a very nice atmosphere. The kitcen is exeptionaly good. the service is effective and the waiters are polite. The pay is honest. I definitely recommend.

  • Utkarsh Mahan

This place is bang for your buck. Amazing food, fast service, and the quantity is fabulous. Orange chicken is way too sweet, but other than that everything else is pretty good.

  • Tracye Campbell

I ordered Curry Chicken and Szechwan Fish. Neither dish had any flavor whatsoever. Cardboard might taste better.

  • Laura Brody

This is my favorite Chinese takeout place, but they're really inconsistent with getting my order specifications correct. Fried rice seems to vary over time.

  • Surya Sharma

Informs you that they are closing earlier today and you can't eat in after charging you the amount. Then claims they don't know how to cancel the charge.

  • Nonya Biz

Great for students or someone looking for inexpensive food. As a student I get this all the time because it's close, inexpensive, and has big portions.

  • Lana TransCorp

The food is delicious! The delivery is super fast. And the price is really cheap for this kind of cuisine Great service. A+++++++++++!!!!

  • Somsubhra Ghosh

Okey sort of place. Price is reasonable. I always take the salt and pepper shrimp as in my opinion that is what they make best.

A very solid Chinese restaurant. I'd recommend catching the lunch specials and getting a milk tea to wash it down.

  • Yunjie Xu

Food is just OK, but price is very cheap. The only problem is you need pay cash if you buy less than 10 dollars.
