I'm starting t0 believe that the reviews left are here are by staff members. The worse service in a restaurant/cafe I've ever experienced. The pricing of the menu looks good at first sight, by the time they fill your plate with a regular meal there will be upwards of €6 added onto the meal. The lady at the till was counting the food portions like I was trying to hide some food on her. Made me very uncomfortable and disliked the whole experience. The staff are all walking around on edge not one member of staff did I see crack a smile in the whole time I was in the place. A terrible working environment it came across like to me.

Nightmare accesses for delivery services at the back,small ,dirty warehouse with no proper access and storage for goods ,often overcrowded with delivery vans ! Terrible place for accepting goods and for people who work there terrible working conditions in that small tiny place.Discrace for Dunnes Stores shop ! They should make better working conditions for people working there and also suppliers with proper access!

So happy to discover this place. They have good quality of clothes for a cheap price. You can also get other stuffs here like accessories, cosmetics,shoes, home stuffs, groceries and even plants! Took photos of some of the nice outer wear they have :) I really liked their plants here by the way but it’s just unfortunate that they dont do home delivery and you wouldnt be able to order it online via their app too!

Great selection of clothes for men. Staff on the floor in the men's department are a bit cold to customers on the welcoming side. You could be looking at clothes and a member of staff would walk over to work on a clothes rail and there's no acknowledgement from them. A simple hello or good morning would be a start or is that no longer part of customer service these days? The staff at the till section were nice.

We went to cafe on top floor .we ordered 2 soup and sandwiches ( chicken & stuffing; Ham & cheese) we were served with soup & brown bread ( wanted to charge extra for bread ) we told never ordered. Server also put sandwiches into toast them which we did not ask for. Also chicken was chicken tikka which was not on label , soup was only warm All in all a very poor experience at Baxter & Green in Dunnes Stores

One of the biggest Dunnes clothing store in Dublin, located in iLac shopping centre. It has Ladies section on ground and 1st floor, Kids section on 1st floor and 2nd floor for mens section & homeware. Washrooms are there on third floor and has foodhall on lower ground floor. As like all the Dunnes clothing stores, you will find quality clothing at reasonable prices.

The store has 4 floors and has a lot of beautiful items from clothes to cutlery, from gift items to other household stuff. I really love shopping from this store. The products are nice and durable. Prices are reasonable. This time I purchased some outfits and mugs and scented candles for Diwali and Christmas festivals.

No dressing room open in ladies lingerie. Had to come downstairs and queue for more than 15mins to access a dressing room on ground floor. Only one side of ground floor dressing rooms open and only 1 member of staff maning it. Queue for tills absolutely ridiculous. Ended up leaving what I wanted to purchase behind.

Placed on two to three floors of Ilac centre. Has everything from groceries to clothes to home appliances. Groceries are fresh and great selection for a competitive price. Clothes are also affordable and unique pieces out there. They have some great offers running around all the time. Staff is also very helpful

Quite expensive for what you’re getting. Little to no staff on the floor or tills. Spent over 10 mins waiting in a queue. The bag my clothes were put in broke by the time I left the store. Other than that, the store is clean and quite well stocked. The staff I did talk to were friendly.

Staff behind the hot counter / deli are dreadful. 6 or 7 staff members just wandering around barely doing anything whilst customers are waiting to be served. Customers should be priority and served first. This happens everytime I come here. Staff badly need training.

I went in to Dunnes looking for a Wight shirt could not find any I asked staff member could she tell me any left she said can you hang around for 5 minutes fair play she got me the last one in the store thanks to everyone who works in Dunnes Henry st

It has women's on the ground floor, children's on the 2st and men's and home decor on the 2nd floor and a really affordable and delicious food on the 3rd. Not to mention, a supermarket at the basement. Good selection of products. Recommend

A great place to shop and eat in it's restaurant on the topmost floor. The restaurant has some very helpful staff especially Morriscio. He is a floor waiter. I love how he patiently assists the elderly and the physical challenged patrons.

Very tasty food, nice selection of food for breakfast, lunch, cakes...Good prices and soooo good cakes!! Baby friendly too, there is a lot space for prams, baby chairs, baby changer.

Good selection of clothes with affordable prices, but they close fitting rooms one hour before closing the store. Zero logic, huge disappointment. It seems they don’t need my money.
