Good shop, handy on ground floor. Reasonable prices and good variety to choose from. Although jackets and boots, not a huge variety but nice and because not loads of the same thing you won't bump into every second person wearing the same thing. Worth a look coming into autumn. Very bad, I bought some shoes for my niece and they didn't fit, when I took them back they wouldn't give me my money back and the staff weren't very nice, there was no manager to deal with my problem, when I bought the shoes I was told I would get my money back if they didn't fit.

Heatons is one of sports shops we usually visit but it is sad to say that they are closing down their outlet in Northside shopping centre. At the moment they're offering 20% closing down discount . They have so much stuff for everyone.

It has gone down hill in the last year. Very dowdy clothes. Ground floor dark & dismal. I only go in for a "Reed Diffuser", scent lovely. A few years ago I bought 2 casual dresses & a "Christmas Dress" nothing like that there now.

I'm not a fan of their clothing but they have come in handy for some home accessories, can have great deals on toys at Christmas though and the sports shop downstairs has been a saviour at times having a son who plays sports.

Went today in a store.There was big banners of 70% off ! Didn't notice any sale. Price tags missing nearly on every second item especially in the household section
