I saw Dr. Lindsay Ford. Was very unimpressed upon leaving her office. First question when she walked in was why I wasn't seeing a different doctor. Uh ok, not really off to a good start. On my paperwork I had a nice list of concerns, she did not address any. NOT ONE. She stepped out the office and said she would be back shortly, but instead sent in the nurse to discharge me. Dr. Ford seemed like she really did not want to be there at all, very poor attitude for a doctor to have. Seeing her was the biggest waste of my afternoon. Now I have to take off work again to see another, more competent doctor.

I had Appointment went to My Appointment I didn't get anything done that I was told going to be Done all she Did was referred me to other places and basically said some doctors don't like to deal with Medicade then set my blood work to be Done Next year ...i was Very disappointed

She told me she wasn't trained or qualified to treat the same conditiond that was previously being treated by other physicians in the same office for the past 6 years. Said I should go to other doctors. She was incredibly rude and really didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

Had a Doctor move to Houston without any notice. Follow up Doctor cancelled appointment day of with a hour and a half notice.

Dr Caldwell take her time and listens to your concerns. Awesome doctor, awesome staff.

Had appointment for covid vaccination Was told they ran out.
