Dr. Paul IKEMIRE has been one of the most best & amazing medical providers I've seen in years. He patiently speak with me about my health concern about my weight, pressure, diet, all that matters a part of my well being in life. I was referred to Dr. IKEMIRE and I must say he has been a truly blessing mentally, physically & emotionally. Overall the treatment plan he has set for me have changed every aspect of my life. Dr. Ikemire & his staff at both offices have went beyond my medical treatment, assisting me with my 22 year old son who has a mental illness. He've educated me on how to maintain my stress level, patiences, and focusing on moving ahead to better help my family thru these sudden changes in my son's life. Words can't describe how Dr. Ikemire has made a great difference in my life health & mental status. Raising 6 children haven't been easy but the past years seeing him has been great. I want to share with Dr. IKEMIRE, you have a great office team they also show patiences support, love, and what matters the most patient care. Running a medical facility is hard work, especially with the illness the world has been impacted by. I can say Dr. Ikemire you have an amazing dream team of employees. If we except him as a Doctor to help us as patients and not just pain medications we will see the greater picture he see within our health. I liked this place at first, because Morgan Jones is very nice and caring. However the other staff members are completely disorganized and the other nurse is completely irresponsible. Morgan is currently away from the office, and the other nurse refused to renew my prescription (a medication that I have been taking non-stop for 15 years and can't live healthily without). She did this without seeing me or talking to me!!! The lady on the phone said this other nurse would call me to explain the situation, but she never did (in fact, this is not the first time that this has happened; I find them hard to reach). When I told all this to my former neurologist, he said it was absolutely unacceptable and a case of medical malpractice. I started feeling very sick so I had to contact my former Doc in California to get my prescriptions renewed. For what they are charging your insurance, you'd expect a much better service with follow-ups, especially when they make decisions like refusing to renew a prescription you've been taking for 15 years! I think these sorts of mistakes can't be avoided at nightwater medical center because the specialists you'll see there are nurses and not actual doctors. I would not recommend this place.

I was recommended this center by a friend about a year ago, and I just wanted to come on here and write my thanks for Nightwater and all of the staff. From Dr. Morgan Jones and Dr. Hanaiyah Jones to Jen, to the the receptionists, all the nurses, etc....everyone who works this center is beyond incredible and helpful. I especially would like to thank Dr. Morgan, she is the best pcp I've ever had. She genuinely cares about her patients. She is patient and kind. She took time to understand me and how to best help me. She took time to explain to me what I may not understand. She was present with me and my feelings when things felt scary and helped reassure me that things will get better. And things have. I'm so grateful for my friend for recommending me this place and all of the wonderful staff over at Nightwater. <3

Booked a new patient appointment online and received an email confirmation. Showed up early, paid for parking, and was met with a locked door and no lights in the office. Listed phone number went to voicemail. Found a second number online, went through the automated system, finally connected with a person and was told they were only doing tele-health visits (can't do lab work or establish care over the phone...) and that the office was closed. None of this was mentioned at any point during the multiple stages of selecting an appointment or in the email. Was then told that the next available appointment wasn't until next month if I wanted to wait until then. For 'concierge medicine,' this was an incredibly frustrating experience.

I don't like writing reviews and definitely not bad reviews, but they don't respond to pharmacy requests for prescription refills and they don't pick up their phones, respond to voicemails or respond to their text messages. For days I reached out multiple times because I don't want to go cold turkey on my meds (simple enough to refill every 30 days like other docs do) and couldn't get in touch with them. I called during business hours, nothing. Left voicemail, nothing. They say they have a text message service, texted them, nothing. So now I'm at an urgent care to make sure I get my prescription filled before I'm out. You've got to respond to your patients.

Before you go here, don't. Toxicity and Unprofessionalism is an understatement. The wait times are horrible, the staff act like you're on their time and not vice versa. Dr Paul Ikemire needs to clean house, front to back. This is unacceptable when you're dealing with someone's health, if you didn't have anxiety before you visited here, you will once you leave here. It's also hilarious to see that a lot of the employees did good reviews for this place and some of their names are within the titles. It's hilarious to see some of the staff did positive reviews for this place and forgot that some of their names are within the titles.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nightwater Medical Center. Morgan Jones, NP is my PCP and provides thorough, excellent care. She has outstanding bedside manner and true compassion for her patients. For me personally, it is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as Morgan made me feel heard, understood, and at ease. She is almost ALWAYS available and has great relationships with other medical professionals for any referrals to specialists or to ensure patients have all needs met. So thankful for Nightwater Medical Center for Morgan and the very accommodating staff members. Book your appointment now. You won’t regret it!

Morgan is a true life saver. She is empathetic, kind, knowledgeable, and quite frankly the only medical professional who has ever understood me. I am going to become a full time patient/client. This has been the most wonderful medical experience. Because of Morgan, I have the appropriate preventative care in regard to an immune system issue. This was absolutely the best Doctor’s visit I’ve had in my 28 years. From the front desk to the incredible NP, Morgan, I felt both seen and heard. Everyone was patient and kind, but also attentive and asked detailed questions in order to properly assist me. I left the appointment feeling more positive than I did walking in, knowing that everything I needed was handled with the utmost care. I highly recommend Nightwater Medical Center!

Went there for a minor issue and was brushed off within minutes. Waited nearly two hours for appointment. Asked for updates from the front desk and was ridiculed and asked if I " had somewhere better to be" I got prescribed narcotics that I never filled because the doctor didn't know what else to do..if you're looking for a couple hours wait, and an unprofessional pill-mill, here's your place, if not, go to a real doctor.

Nightwater Medical Center downtown does not prescribe controlled pain medication. Nor are the negative recent reviews patients of ours or our westbank clinic. Our westbank community clinic, Nightwater Clinic, has not prescribed pain medication to new patients for over a year and with established patients we do so with recommendations and consultations from pain management specialists, orthopedics, or rheumatologists.

Morgan was incredible to work with, she always puts the patient’s priorities first. She works to find what’s best for her patients, researches to find the best solution, and makes herself continually available. I highly recommend her for any of your health needs Lourdes, who works the front office, also super easy to work with and communicates super well with the patient— also super comforting.

The amount of calm and care that one feels when entering into the center is unlike anything experienced at a traditional or basic care center. The care I received was thorough and succinct as to focus on family traits such as hypertension, depression, etc. There is an effort to specifically treat you and engage you in taking care of yourself.

First visit was great. Three months later needed refills on Diabetes medications and damn if they closed without notice. I'm contacting the State about this. You cannot abandon patients without notice, especially patients who have life threatening conditions who need their medication. I hope they pull Paul Ikener's license.

Nightwater and staff has always been a very productive and a caring facility , its been in business a good while, patients whos been there knows the service and medications are due and check by their medication Board Pharmacy before patient get prescribe, welcome everyone to visit this awesome Clinic.

This was my first visit to Nightwater and I truly look forward to going back- which is not something I'd normally say about a doctor's office :) The front desk ladies were super lovely and I've never felt more seen and heard by a primary care practitioner. Morgan is an absolute gem.

They don't return calls. I have been seeking a surgical referral and cannot get one. I now have to start the process over by finding a new doctor. UPDATE: They have really gotten better. I'm actually being seen and my treatments are proceeding. It's been a huge relief.

Great company.. great staff and always friendly and caring.. walked in and felt comfortable and attended me at my appointment time. People on here who are bashing this place are trying to look for an easy way to get prescribed meds.. grow up!

This is a awesome place to go get check, I have no clue why people it’s trying to bash this clinic, but I had the best experience, it’s located at downtown with sofisticated leasing apartments and other businesses around the area.
