This is truly the worst garage system ever! We had to pay cash into a machine to get our car out. Which didnt have any change. The guys that were on the 5th floor couldn't help is be cause they said they dont work for the garage. We called the intercom system and they sent over someone just to tell us the machine wasnt working and the.guy is out of town so we're S.O.L. He wasn't accommodating AT ALL!!! matter of fact extremely rude. Needless to say we will never park at this garage when back in town nor will I recommend it. I would rather park somewhere and walk before I EVER patronize this company again!

Location, location, location.. right next to Hilton St. Charles. There is a guard at night, but only to keep kids & bums out, which is good enough for me. It's $25 for overnight. Problems to look out for: Traffic is really tight and people come tearing down, sooner or later and SUV will have a head-on-head with another SUV. Oh.. and the payment machine is temperamental so have correct cash on-hand just in case. Other than that this is a great place in a good location. Down the blocks from a bunch of CBD hotels that charge a lot more and are equality safe.

Visiting New Orleans for the first time I was reading to horror stories of people having issues finding a safe place to park. Constantly reading about people having there's vehicles broken into, booted or towed but this parking garage was absolutely excellent. It has cameras inside along with a security guard onsite after hours. The prices are also very affordable and within a short walking distance of the French quarter and canal Street. It will be my permanent parking place next time i visit the big easy

It is convenient location parking. However, it was difficult to pay for the parking duration. At the end, machine took our ticket and other receipt came which did not have the amount we paid for. So we again went back and contacted the person in-charge there and she refused to give us the bill and asked us to come back Monday for the bill. Now, we are calling them for two days and phone is always going on calling machine. We mailed them and still no response. We need the bill for reimbursement purpose.

EZ Park is my go to garage when I drive into New Orleans. Prime location with easy access to the French Quarter and all of the hotels in the CBD. Easy in and out as well with quick access to the I10. The price is right too...typically nearly half the valet rate of hotels just steps away. See you next time!!

Plenty of spots on the higher level, with options of overnight parking ($25 for 12-24hr). Do accept credit card payment at lobby on the ground floor. Make sure the magnetic stripe is facing up and on the right side before inserting into the machine.

Very nice parking garage. Pretty close to everything in that worth checking out in the city. It's a bit of a walk from the street cars, but one of the more convenient and easy places to park if you're not staying in the city.

Rates are kinda high in general but overall very good parking garage. Felt safe. They have a guard that monitors the elevator area for who goes into the garage late at night so it's well worth parking here.

Have been trying for days to get my vehicle out of the garage for Hurricane Ida and no one seems to be answering or on-site at the garage, even though they have power. Ridiculous.

A nice, well-managed parking garage in the CBD. The parking spaces are roomier than the spots in the Place St. Charles garage, and it's also generally quicker to enter/exit.

Great place! Parking was ample, the location is central to shops and restaurants, and the pricing was competitive. Better deal than spot hero, street parking, etc.

Place I park for work. Almost always have to park on 7th floor. Well maintained and monitored. Valet parkers from hotels can be a bit boisterous on Fridays.
