They brought my van with the trunk open ( which had all my luggage bags!!) and claimed they had just opened it, I asked if nothing had fallen off on their way down and the lady said No- and claimed for her tip! As soon as I arrived at my hotel I noticed some of my luggage bags were missing they had clothes, jewelry, shoes and many more valuable items close to 2000 dlls!! I have spoken to someone in this number and they stated they were going to check and call me back and they haven’t!!! At this point I feel very vulnerable and dont even know if filing a police report would give me my items back- but just know this parking is full of ithieves

You cannot damage a wheel and tire then not accept fault. Claims all of the curbs are wrapped to prevent this damage, go into the garage and you will see the curbs are not wrapped going around the first bend. Employee was super kind and showed us the photos they take when the car was dropped off. There was no damage seen in the photos! People mess up, it is your job to make it right when people are in trusting you with their vehicles and damage happens. Photos were taken prior to us leaving the vehicle which show zero damage. Amazing how the wheel can be covered in brake dust, except for the portion that was hit on a curb while it was there.

Over one hour to get car. Did not take people in the order they arrived and appeared baffled by the concept when it was explained the them. Lost one person's car who had dropped it off just 30 minutes earlier to eat at a restaurant next door. Told us there was "confusion" over our car, then attempted to give us somebody else s car. Seriously understaffed with just 2 runners serving the garage's direct customers plus 4 hotels at checkout time on Sunday morning. While dispatcher was rude, the runners themselves were very nice

A lot of people complain about damage or missing items. We have used this garage three times over 5 years and never had an issue. However, we don’t leave valuables in the car either. I probably wouldn’t drive my husbands truck in there but my little car never has a problem. The staff are always super friendly. They photograph the car all around before they take possession of it. They don’t mind giving directions if you need it.

Great place to park, but be warned. Leave NOTHING in your car of any value. They do not even ATTEMPT to hide the fact that they have rifled through all of your possessions. This happens at least 75% of the time we park here. Today they brought my car down with charger cables, sunglasses, etc. strewn all over the passenger seat. If you are going o steal my stuff.....at least TRY to be stealthy about it.

Parking staff was great, and they brought our car down after we parked because our check-in time at our hotel was a couple hours after we got into the city. But they definitely parked our car next to a dumpster, or dumpsters, for the two days we were there. Our car smelled awful for at least 20 minutes into the drive home. Would recommend! But you might end up next to the dumpster. :(

I’ve never had any issues of employees going through my things as other reviewers have but that is me personally. I like parking here because of their Early Bird rate every day where I can get about 12 hours of parking for $9 so long as I’m in by 9 am and out by 9pm. I’m not a drinker or nightlife person so this is a good place for me to be able to park in the city for very cheap

People were nice, but the rate was extremely high. I parked for 20 minutes, as my two dogs were overwhelmed, which I thought may happen. Because my car is "oversized" they charged me an extra $6 or so... not posted anywhere... and I was there for literally 20 minutes... no exceptions.... I'll uber next time...

Scam alert! Placed double boot on car even though we did not exceed our time limit. Had to pay $30 extra to remove boot. Another customer close by exceeded the time limit by 10 minutes and had double boot plus $115 fee before she could leave. Park somewhere else. There is a reason the parking lot is not full.

Great place to park that is centrally located to all the restaurants, shops, or if you just want to walk around town….for valet, it is reasonably priced….$14 for 3 hours. You got Bourbon St, Canal St, St Charles St….all the happening places in the area!! This was a great find and we super impressed.

Great location. Great Price. Very Convenient. It was my first time trying Valet Parking, figured why not treat myself. SO GLAD I DID. No searching for parking. No waiting to enjoy the Quarter. Plus so thankful its 24/hrs... Time flies when your on Bourbon St. 10/10 Would Recommend.

It's a little difficult to figure out their payment machines if you have a chip in your debit card very hard to get it to take it but it's right in the middle of everything it's a little expensive part there but it's less walking to all the great little shops

Very good place to park. The staff is great. The young lady that did my check in and received my car was very polite and helpful (especially considering English is noy my first language), even in a very busy day due to the French Quarter Festival.

I parked here while I stayed two nights at the Wyndham French Quarter. It's a little cheaper than Wyndham's, but very close. Service was fast, even when I needed them to bring my car down for me in the middle of my stay because I needed an item.

Parked there for four days bc of work. No one at the "VALET ONLY" parking lot can drive a stick...and somehow they are rude (edgy, snarky) to me like it's my fault. ?? Then my cc, one and only means of payment, won't register on the

Great service! I forgot some things in my car, and the valet had to bring my car down for me several times that day. Gill, and Spike were verry helpfull and verry knowledgable and friendly! I will park there everytime that I visit.

Had to wait 30 minutes in heat for attendant to bring car. Takes all the cars up before bringing one down rather than taking a car up and bringing one down. I would only park here again if there was no alternative.

Employees are thieves. They steal from your vehicle and leave your car parked unlocked and windows down. They are owned by the Hotel Monteleone, and forget getting the hotel to investigate. Nobody over there cares.

Had no issues with this place. They valet your car, and don't worry. They are expensive, but worry free. In actuality, no more expensive than anyone else. I know local celebrities that use this place.

Depending upon traffic barriers, and the time of day, it may be impossible to get to this parking garage, unless you travel the wrong way down a one way street.

They lost my original factory keys form my card and my house keys they paid for A pop a lock keys and on top of that all the employee has the worst attitude.

They were very prompt and the staff was always pleasant. Will definitely suggest this lot to anyone visting the New Orleans area.
