I took out insurance ( Business) in the month of March 2020 , They had just commenced operation a month or two before , In April i said i would like a freeze my insurance due to lock down ( in wa which was from end of March to the end of July ) i was told that a discount would be given the fallowing year , Upon renewal the fallowing year this was not true , I paid for insurance for the full year in March 2021 and in July i notified Jashan , in August i had sold the last bus and requested cancellation for both buses and also my public liability , On the 1st of November i decided to take action I rang AFSA who advised me that they are not registered with AFCA , I was advised to call ASIC and to ring the insurance company QBE to find out if a cancellation request was submitted, at first i was told to contact the broker but when i told them i did and its been 4 months and they do not acknowledge my emails they then gave me information that a cancellation was not submitted , I am currently taking action for which i will update the outcome

I called Jashan because I needed to insure a bus that I had just bought. Not knowing what insurance I needed or anything really, over the course of the day Jashan looked into the different types of insurance and found the best one that suited my need.
