I was at his counter less than 5 minutes, then we did a walk through around the car and then I was on my way. We had an excellent experience with April who assisted us in securing a car rental. She made the process smooth and stress-free. She helped us out in a tough spot and was very friendly and provided us with the best deal possible. Overall, a top-notch experience, and we highly recommend her assistance to others.
