This is my first time renting from Enterprise at the Austin airport. I had a hell of a flight, missed connection, then rescheduled flight to get to Austin, and then I couldn't remember which company I had rented a car from. I knew it was one of two, Enterprise being one of the choices. I walked up to the counter, explained the situation and how I couldn't find the confirmation email, they asked for my last name, and said yes, I rented from Enterprise. Yay for my reservation being found! Anyway, Anthony and another nice and helpful guy (I didn't get his name, unfortunately, but he deserves a shout-out, too!) were at the counter (Monday, August 21st, somewhere near 4pm,) and went through the process, the optional add-ons, all that, and we made small talk at the counter about the weather. All in all, it was a definite bright spot in an otherwise very long, very stressful day. I returned the car on August 26th at about 1:30 pm and a guy named Collins came up to the car, asking how everything went, making sure I had everything out of the car, and collecting the keys. He was also helpful with the easiest way to get to the security checkpoint to get in the airport and to my gate. Again, another bright spot in a VERY long, VERY stressful day of traveling. I feel the price is fair, even if people don't have Triple A to go through like I do, and the employees I've had contact with were great. Absolutely recommend if you need a rental car, go through Enterprise.

AVOID RENTING FROM THIS BRANCH Rented a car 2 weeks ago from them and I supposed to get a refund of a day due to early returned, but they never refunded me. I tried to speak to them maybe like 60 times (I'm for real more than 60 times) no one picked up the phone, I guess because they have my phone number in their system so they were avoiding me Then my wife had to call them and from the first call they picked the phone and said they gonna refund the money They refunded me even less than what I supposed to get back and then the next day they charge me the same amount they refunded So I didn't get my money back After renting from different enterprise branches, I'm really disappointed and frustrated with this branch I hope the branch manager see my review and consider my issue and the mistreatment i got from the staff Also just a warning They will scam you there and ask you if want them to fill the gas tank for cheaper price than outside when you return the car and the way the guy explained it to me he said it just for the empty amount of the tank but they will end up charge you a flat rate for the whole tank. So disappointed and frustrated

Worst experience. Fob malfunctioned while on vacation in Austin, Tx. Tried to contact the Enterprise Rental at the Austin Airport. Phone rang for over 30 times with no pick up. Had hoped to take an Uber to the airport Enterprise where I rented the car to pick up another Fob. I was forced to call roadside service who were excellent. After doing his diagnostic tests determined the Fob was the problem and he could not help me. Suggested calling airport again and possibly they had another Fob(. When I rented the car only gave me one Fob) Again called the airport and no one answered. Discussed I went to the airport where I was greeted by two Enterprise employees, when asked why they did not answer the phone. Their response was they are short staffed. Did not seem busy and it was getting close to 10:30 and the go home. By the way my trip was in vain since they did not have a second Fob. If they had answered the phone would have saved me a trip. No one at Enterprise cared and the two busy boys at the airport were Just lazy. Car was towed the next day. My suggestion, think twice twice before renting from Enterprise

On August 10, 2023, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise, at the Austin airport. We weee tired since we had been up for hours, traveling, my daughter, two small grandchildren myself were in the vehicle, when we pulled over for a bathroom brake. My grandson who was seated in the back, almost tripped and fell on his way out of the vehicle and we realized that the entire lower back seat was completely torn and hanging away from the base of the seat. My little grandson had tripped over the FLAP of what should be attached to the lower seat! We examined the other side where my granddaughter was seated and thankfully were able to have her get out very carefully. The car in the back seating area was falling apart! In closer examination, cleanliness was also neglected in the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle on the 14th, the agent, gave us almost a full discount for rental. PLEASE EXAMINE THE VEHICLE YOU ARE RENTING VERY WELL BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RENTAL PARKING! My grandson could have gotten injured, had he fallen over the loose flap. Whoever cleaned this vehicle should be fired by Enterprise. Pauline KH.

I have been an Enterprise fan for many years. This last time was very interesting however. Each time I rent, I get a phone call follow up, TXT message, and then an email. This time, I got nothing until it asked me for a survey, and asked me to post my experiences. I picked up the vehicle from the Austin TX site, for a weeks rental. They bround me a NIssan SUV, but I noticed white spots all over the passenger side doors. I also noted that the front passenger seat was all the way forward, but I though nothing of it. The vehicle was clearly not cleaned however. After 3 or so days, I finally needed to have someone ride in the passenger seat. I pushed the seat back and quickly noticed the reason the seat was pushed forward. There was a gaping hole in the floor! I was about 2 hours from the location so I just decided I would deal with it until turn in. I pointed it out to a wonderful employee name of Sydney
and she stated she would resolve it. Then all I got was crickets from Enterprise.

This is my first time renting with Enterprise and I will forever be a loyal customer based on my experience! I arrived very late, but the rental agent was so friendly and helpful. He had 3 vehicles waiting for me to choose from and I just hopped in and left. They were having some technical trouble at the exit booth, but he walked over when he saw the line and guided me to another exit so I didn’t have to wait. My experience was just as great upon returning my vehicle. Larry at the Austin Airport location was so pleasant when he greeted me at 4:15 a.m.-- and I am NOT a morning person! He checked me back in, let me know what the total was going to be charged to my credit card (no other service has done that for me in the years I’ve been renting!), and then reminded me that the detailed receipt would be in my email inbox before I got to my gate. Such a pleasant experience all around and really took all the stress out of traveling, which I am extremely thankful!

Overall, an “ok” experience. The good - Was upgraded to a larger car, at no cost. - Check-out and check-in were quick, and the check-in attendant was friendly and efficient. The not-so-good - Was delayed flying into Austin, and the office advertises that it’s open until 11:30 PM. Began calling at 7:22 PM Austin time (on 16 May) to make sure we’d be able to get a car. No answer. I called six more times, but no answer. The national Enterprise customer service office was closed. I ran from the plane to the rental building, and found that the counter was closed before 11:30 PM. Was told National Rent-a-car was handling their “after-hours” rentals. That would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. - The National representative got me into a clean, and upgraded, car quickly, but no walkaround or orientation of the car. Later realized the driver’s sun visor bracket was missing (not something I’d check out at 11:30 PM), but they apparently knew about it.

First, I used the on-line check-in that I was prompted to use to “save time at the counter”, but when I went to pick up vehicle, the man said that didn’t matter and I had to provide all my information again. And then considering I am an executive elite with National, that doesn’t matter either. SECOND, I returned the vehicle on Wednesday at 2pm, and their service is lousy at the Georgetown location. No one acknowledges you even though I was waiting for some time. I finally just laid my keyes on the counter and told them I was dropping off. Someone said “we’ll take care of it”, but I was charged for an extra day, through Thursday, because they didn’t check me back until Thursday morning. Just such poor experience with Enterprise. My wife had a great experience with Hertz. You could learn from them.

We were greeting by Dorian who checked us in very easily and even gave us some tips for our trip to San Antonio from Austin. Ashley was the person who reviewed our documents and driver's license at the exit gate. She was also very friendly and we left easily. Our return flight was very early so we had to drop off the car before the Kiosk at Austin International airport opened. Here we thought the signage for Enterprise could have been more clearly marked (I am not sure this is Enterprise or the airport facility itself) and there could have been clearer instructions for key drop off. Other than that, things went very smoothly. I received notification from Enterprise later in the morning that the car had been successfully processed. I would DEFINITELY recommend using Enterprise!

We had a great experience with the Enterprise team at the Austin, TX airport. Everyone was friendly, we scored a free upgrade, and the whole online check-in process made things quick and easy. My only complaint is that the car only had about 3/4 of a tank of gas. I should've pointed this out to the associate when we got in, but I didn't notice until we had pulled away. I had planned to put gas back in the car, but I only drove the car about 20 miles total and didn't want to pay to fill it all the way back up. I was subsequently charged $40 to fill the car up. No biggie, I should've been more diligent, and frankly didn't want to take the time to deal with it. But other than that, thanks for everything Enterprise! Your Austin team is top-notch.

Enterprise charged me an additional $107.00 in "miscellaneous fees" when I first checked out the car upon arrival to my destination. They would not let me leave the parking lot unless I turned over my credit card. These "fees" were never disclosed when I made the reservation and prepaid for it online. I've been renting from Enterprise for 20 years and this is the first time they've done this to me. I will now take my rental car business to another company. After talking with several customer service agents I got the run around and was told that undisclosed fees are never included in the quoted price when the reservation is made. How can this even be legal! No problem, just stay away from Enterprise.

I have to say my experience with Enterprise Car Rental was awesome! I have used other rental places in the past and Enterprise by far exceeded my expectations. To start off, Francesca at the Austin Airport was extremely cheerful and friendly! She got me in and out of the rental place in less than 15 minutes. I did pre-register online, but she was a pleasure to work with. After my trip was done and I returned to the Austin Airport, Larry was very cheerful and helpful in getting me on my way! I used Thrifty car rental last month when I was in Texas and it was a nightmare!! I'm still trying to get things sorted out with that company. I will probably use Enterprise in the future.

We had a little bit of a rough go with our most recent car rental at Austin Bergstrom Airport. Our initial vehicle rental. The A/C didn't work. We drove back to the airport and they put us in another car. We signed up for the SXM radio but it took 5 days before I was able to get in touch with someone at Enterprise and get it switched on. All went well after that. When we returned the vehicle we found out it was not checked out correctly. The gentleman who was checking us in, Larry walked us up to the counter and Rachel got us all squared away. We appreciated the customer service that these 2 individuals provided was outstanding. This was by far the worst rental I have ever experienced. Overpriced old cars. I rented a toyota 4 runner because they said that was all they had when there was clearly other vehicle on the lot. But what topped it all was that the car was dirty. Stains all in the seats, carpets was not even vacuumed, old food still in the car. And car had a musty pet odor. When I said something to the agent all she said was that she would make not of it. This was totally unacceptable. And the price i paid per day you would think i was getting a luxury vehicle. Enterprise completely let me down with this one.

Dana Dana Dana! My roller derby team and I were in a bind because we booked with another company and our van was not available putting us in a very frustrating situation. After staring at all the rental counters the one will less line and a smiling face was Enterprise featuring Dana. She made the experience easy, affordable, and eliminated the stress from a very stressful situation. Enterprise is my go to car rental company, always. I rented from the Austin-Bergstrom Airport location. I had a few issues with my rental this time. A first for me. When returning my car, I let them know what was wrong. This was to make sure that the next person did not experience the same issues. I worked with Sydney with this issue. And, let me tell you! She went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I was amazed. She is a wonderful employee. Super friendly and accommodating. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you Sydney!!! Rented my ride at the airport in Austin, Texas and it could not have gone more smoothly. I had reserved the car a few weeks earlier so the staff quickly confirmed my information and I was sent upstairs to get a standard size vehicle. The Enterprise associate handed me the key fob to a gray Dodge Challenger. Impressed all my relatives at the wedding the entire weekend. Returning the car was even easier, with Sean the associate sending me a digital receipt from his wireless device. If only all businesses would put the customer first the way Enterprise does.

The car didn't have floor mats so the carpet on both sides of the front were torn, looked awful. The first day of the rental the check engine light came on, I called the service center and they check and said the car had recently been serviced so as long as it wasn't smoking or vibrating it should be fine. That made the rest of the week very uncomfortable to see if something would happen. The front drivers side tire was close to being bald. So it wasn't a great experience. pick up and drop off were fast and friendly, and the car did drive well.

Painless process from start to finish. Made reservations online through the app. We checked in once we landed at the airport. Vehicle was clean and ready with keys inside waiting for us to drive out of airport rental lot. We even had the option to upgrade vehicles with a small fee. When we returned the vehicle we just checked in through the app. Attended was waiting for us when we pulled into airport lot and received keys and did a walk around and we were on our way to board our flight! It literally was 1,2,3 process with no waiting in lines!

I’ve used Enterprise for business travel for years. This time was for personal travel. The overall experience was good. The staff was very polite and professional, especially Scott who helped us when we returned the vehicle. The vehicle was a little disappointing. We found the first day that there was a low tire and no wiper fluid. Other than that, the car was clean and comfortable. I will never rent from the airport location in the future. The fees and taxes for renting at the airport were over $125, not including the $70 in state fees.

Enterprise made renting a car effortless and efficient for my trip. I made my reservation online and checked in before arrival. When I landed at the airport, the car waiting for me. All I had to do was walk up and grab the keys. This was the fastest experience I ever had. Returning the car was just as easy. I drove up and Thomas quickly checked the car in. He charged the card on file and emailed me my receipt. It was super easy and a great price for a weekend rental. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and use them again.

There was a miscommunication between the abia and the round rock location for our rental return date. We were suppose to get a refund but they kept messing up and promising they would take care of it. They don’t ever pick up their phone. Called 5 times through out the day. Phone would keep ringing and no one would answer. When someone picked up they would be very fishy and promise us something that never happened. ): So we would have to keep calling hoping they would pick up. Everything was perfect! We lucked out. We arrived later in the day at Austin, TX airport due to plane issues and all they had was a pick up truck and a van left. We had booked a small SUV. He said if you wait until some of the returns get washed we could choose another vehicle. So 15min later he pulled next to us in a 2023 Mercedes SUV with 2,000 miles! No upgrade charge! I wanted to express my gratitude for Excellent Service I received this past Easter weekend from Enterprise. The service tech and manager whom helped me pick out my rental, the rental and check out process went smoothly. I absolutely loved our rental and my whole family who I drove around while visiting for my cousins wedding loved the experience especially the heated seats, it was clean, spacious and simply a great vehicle! The check in was quick. There was no queue. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. When I went to collect my car there was a group Infront which took forever. But the lady from check in came up and assisted us after waiting a while which was nice. My generic class of vehicle wasn't available but we got a free upgrade! On return the check in was very fast with no wait again. I would 100% recommend here. Please note I did purchase the CDW as I always do.

Treated very well. The agent who took care of us Allen Yaghmaie was very helpful, showed us the vehicle and explained the vehicle options. But the best part was when we returned the vehicle. Sean actually unloaded our luggage. I rented a VW Passant from Enterprise at the Austin airport. The counter personnel was pleasant. The car was clean but the body panel over the fuel cap was missing. Upon returning the car the agent (AJ) was very professional and pleasant. AJ quickly received the vehicle and directed us to the terminal. Overall a great experience! I would have given five stars if the vechicle didn't have the missing panel, it took away from the looks of the vechicle.

I loved the vehicle that I rented there last week. However the sales associate makes empty promises. I got charged an extra $140.00 which isn't a big deal but however they said I was good on the toll. The whole time I was there I didn't go through one toll and all of a sudden I get charged $35 for it. And none of them won't answer the phone either. So basically this is my last time renting from Enterprise

My rental experience from Enterprise was superb. I booked the vehicle a few weeks ahead for a wedding and the process upon arrival and return was as smooth as can be. They had all our information ready to go and we were able to pick a vehicle and drive away in a matter of minutes; the vehicle itself was clean, well maintained and in great condition. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling!

As easy as it gets. I pre-checked in, so there was no need to stop at the counter. The agent was waiting for me at the car pick-up lane. The style car I selected was not available, so I got upgraded. I think it took me longer to get familiar with the car than it took me to get checked in! Dropping off, at 0400, was equally as fast. Superb service; terrific value!

Super quick and easy pick up of my rental at the Austin airport. I highly recommend getting your check in done online ahead of time. I literally went straight from my arrival gate to the rental center, picked one, got in, and was gone 15-20 minutes after getting off the plane. Employees were kind and efficient. Car was great. I got the vehicle I wanted. I asked about adding another driver, I was told no problem. Check in was smooth. I was never given any paperwork, it might come in handy should there be an incident. I was never told there was a cost of $15. Per day for the extra driver, this I find to be very sneaky. I was disappointed because of the lack of communication.

It was what can expect at Enterprise. Smooth process getting my car. It is a bit of a walk from the terminal, but it’s all covered walkway. Follow the signage. Return process was equally smooth. Shoutout to Larry for receiving the car upon return. Helpful and provided guidance for return to the terminal.

Great service from start to finish. The only grievance I have is the app didn’t send me any check in info prior so the typical route I take to get my rental was disrupted. The attendant was able to check me in quickly and I didn’t have to walk back to the front desk that was almost a quarter mile away.

Desk Agent was very nice and personable good customer service, agent that presented the car was nice and professional. There were no SUVs left (our reservation request) but they happily upgraded us to a larger vehicle for $11.00 more per day. I didn't mind the extra fee so much, it was a very nice car.

Everything was fast and simple I went with enterprise because I read such horrible reviews on the other companies and I made the right choice! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because you can never get a hold of anyone so don’t bother trying to call but the whole process otherwise was smooth and quick.

There were a few issues when we picked up the car in Austin. The computers were down and we had to wait in the hot garage. Then our car was given away. Brandon was our agent and he was most pleasant and helpful. He immediately upgraded us to a SUV. The return was easy and we had no issues.

Normally I give 5 stars but since my truck wouldn't start the next day due to a dead battery, it makes you wonder who is testing the vehicles before they go out for rental. Customer service experience was great just wish I wasn't left stranded for 2hrs the very next morning.

Very smooth online booking process, online check-in, and easy vehicle pickup. Drop-off is also very easy. Only warning is, if you're in Canada and booking a vehicle, the quotes are in US Dollars and it's not very obvious it's not in Canadian Dollars.

Great gas milage. Clean no problems Pickup and return was easy. I should have purchased the gas package because I returned the Nissan Rogue with 3/4 of a tank and still had to pay for replace a full tank even though I had that much gas in the tank.

I got to the office to pick up my car only to find a long line of people waiting for their cars. This was at 3:45PM. I was told I'd have mine in about 45 minutes, that they had staff washing the cars frantically to get them to us.
