Bad experience all around, went in for nausea/vomiting for over a week and couldn’t get in sooner with my regular place, so they recommended Eastgate since it was close. Everyone from reception, to the doctor, to the pharmacists all seemed to be in a bad mood and god forbid you let that get to you and your tone changes because they just came back at you even ruder. Dr. Triki brushed off my symptoms, did not seem to care whatsoever that I was in distress and in pain and sent me for testing. When I went back for the results he said it’s just a uti here’s some antibiotics (I had absolutely no symptoms of a uti) and said just take gravol for the vomiting. Well the antibiotics made my nausea/vomiting SO MUCH WORSE I was in/out of the ER for two days! Doctor there told me to stop taking them immediately and actually tried to figure out what was wrong with me. I feel very sorry for you if this is your regular family doctor. Never going back.

This is the worse place ever. I called today to bring in my son and was told on the phone that they close at 7. I got there at 5:30 and within 5 minutes of the call with no one in the lobby and was told that the doctor decided not to take anyone else? They have no regard for people. The receptionists are rude and act like you are an inconvenience to them especially Cynthia. Another time I came here and was told that the pediatrician my son sees was on vacation and they didn’t know when or if he would be coming back like??? Common courtesy will be to call his booked appointments and reschedule or cancel. I just don’t get it. If only people will get into professions they actually like that would be very helpful to the world. If you don’t like people work in a field where you don’t have to deal with people it’s so simple … I think?

I would give zero stars if that would be an option. First visit took almost 3h with 2.5 hours waiting time and 10 min talking to the doctor. We got the referral to see the peds doctor for the second appointment. The second appointment was cancelled the day off (2hours before the appointment with no rescheduled appointment at the time of cancellation). I was told they will call back to schedule a new appointment, which they never did. I called back myself after two weeks to find out they just gave me a random appointment that did not work. We finally scheduled a new appointment for the referral and again: 2h wait without seeing a doctor, so we walked out. * no chairs to sit because waiting room is packed *dirty floors, windows, bathrooms *long wait times GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor before. Made to wait for 2 hours with my young children (I’m a single mom with nobody to watch them) and when we finally get brought back to a room my baby was screaming out of hunger and tiredness. The doctor had the nerve to get upset with my son crying and screaming. Didnt listen to what I was saying, I asked for a referral to a specialist and he refused and said “try your luck finding a primary care doctor”. I am so beyond mad at this interaction. He prescribed me medication and sent me on my way. Wouldn’t talk further about the situation beyond that. They don’t actually want to treat their patients, they just want to get them out of the building.

I came in to try to get some tests done because I am very worried something serious is going on internally as I keep getting infections constantly. Instead I was just given antibiotics everytime without any tests ever getting done, so the problems are still persisting and have caused me a lot of problems and ended up having my ear lobe randomly rip completely into little skin flaps, obviously I wanted to know WHY this happened as I already know the procedure to fix my ear. Instead of trying to help me I just get told to go see a plastic surgeon and pay out of pocket for that. I went in to get tests done before this happened and if I'd actually been helped, this maybe wouldn't have happened. I really wish I'd gone anywhere else.

HORRIBLE. As a patient there, I was literally just another number to them. The doctors would do as minimal as possible; not completing exams properly, not caring about mental health concerns, resistant to order any sort of follow up/testing (I had to fight for basic blood work). They do not follow up on any referrals, and have never contacted me back regarding test results or appointment dates. When I would call to inquire, reception would have no idea what I was talking about or what they should be doing. Even though it’s easy to get in and short wait times, I would not recommend this clinic.

The doctors are wonderful. Most of the staff at the reception needs to replaced ASAP. They're unorganized, never call you when the doctors asks after test results come in. I have to call them to ask even and sometimes our results requires us to see the doctor right away. They don't notify the doctor so you end up sitting in the room for a long time. Looks like the receptionist don't communicate with each other or they're unsure of what to do at times. I have a new family doctor because of this, but my family still put up with the receptionists because the doctors are good at what they do.

Rudest clinic visit of my life… The clinic manager is super angry and rude!!.. She wanted a blood pressure done on my left hand and asked with attitude. I simply said no I prefer my right hand, she mockingly asked what’s wrong with my left hand. I told her to not ask me in that manner she aggressively grabbed the blood pressure equipment from my right hand and stormed out.. I decide to leave and asked what was her problem was? She started screaming and yelling at me in front of all the patients and picked up the phone and called police .. BEWARE of this clinic and go somewhere pleasant..

I an m not sure why all the negative reviews how ever in my experience (I have been visiting the clinic on and off since they opened) I have never had an issue, the wait is never to long ( I work at a clinic as well, i know emergencies happen). the front staff is always helpful and professional, i have seen a few different physicians at the clinic they were all great, one stood out (Dr Trikki). Doctor barely even looked at me during my visit or listened when I answered his questions. I had to repeat answers to some questions because he just wasn't paying attention, like I was interrupting him or something. I had to negotiate the cost of my doctor's note with him (my work reimburses up to a fairly generous amount but he asked for a higher number), which felt really unprofessional. Other staff at the clinic were polite and professional. I think I will go elsewhere in the future.

The only reason I come here is because of walk ins at any time. But now I see why they are always available because they are a terrible clinic with horrible doctors. The old bald doctor is always in a bad mood and so dismissive. I ask for bloodwork for testosterone levels and he said its not required even though my previous doctor told me to come back after 6 months. No reasoning what so ever works with this old man. Save your time, energy, and the drive just go somewhere else.

My partner was a walk in with a potential broken foot and was sent for X-rays. After waiting 2 days with no news, we called and the receptionist less than helpful. “Looks like the doctor reviewed X-rays a couple days ago and didn’t make any notes” and “no news is good news”. Apparently this clinic is so busy they don’t call patients with the results and doctor is so busy you have to wait as a walk in for any results. Go elsewhere!

So disappointed in this clinic. Lots of miscommunication between staff, the doctor says one thing and the reception says something else. On our last appointment the doctor said see you after 2 weeks, i asked do we book an appointment the answer was no need. We came back after 2 weeks person at the desk said we do not accept walk ins anymore only by appointment. My advise stay away, taxes money better spent elsewhere.

I was reluctant to try this place as some of the reviews were nit great but was very impressed with the care I received. The ladies at the front were pleasant and the doctor I seen was great. I stated some health concerns and he immediately booked me for some tests and answered all my concerns. I was struggling to find a doctor and very pleased to find this one. I would definitely recommend.

I have not seen a doc yet. To the MOA putting me on instant hold, please if you are going to keep someone on hold for more then ten minutes just tell them when to call back. When did that become rude? It's better than being on hold forever and stressing you out with the blinking and me out with the . Please make spreading out call backs a thing again.

The only complaint I have is one of the doctor's customer service. He was rude and didn't care for my problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to check on me and didn't even take the time to look for options when this was a recurring pain. Dr. Entaifa should definitely change jobs. The clinic and the other doctors did much better.

The male doctor, the bald one, he’s horrible. He’s so dismissive. Has so much attitude. Barely listens when you speak. Basically asks you what you want him to do for you. He’s so rude. Don’t see this doctor if you want help. All of my close friends have had the same experience with him. It’s time to retire sir.

Horrible clinic. Went to go see a doctor here after a sports injury to my arm/wrist, I was looked at for maybe 2 minutes and was told to rest for 2 weeks and I would be ok. Info didn't seem trustworthy so I went to another clinic where they sent me for x-rays and I broke my arm and need a cast for 4 weeks.

I went there couple time I was suffering with high fever and just go walk in and they get me in twenty minutes. Doctor wrote me prescription and I get well next day. All staff is so helpful and sober behaviour with patients. I highly recommend this location
