بصراحه رائع جدا وتعامل جدا جدا راقي ونظافه خياليه وعندهم قسم كامل للمحجبات انا تعاملت مع الكوافير محمود وللعلم انا كنت ابحث عنه لانه غير مكان عمله فناااااان بالصبغه بالتسريحات والصراحه كلهم شاطرين ويكفي رقي تعاملهم واسعارهم مناسبه جدا والاجمل انها ثابته لا تتغير على حسب الجنسيه واصحاب المحل يقدمون كل ما بوسعهم ل راحه العميل لديهم وهم ب نفسهم يقومون ب تلبيه اي خدمه بصراحه حبيت اضيف حاجه حصلت معاي قريب مع انه المحل مازال عاجبني الكوافير لكن القسم النسائي سيء للغايه لانى الى الان صار لي اسبوعين وانا متبهذله رحت عملت بادكير وياريتني ما عملت اصبعي ملتهب وعلاج وادويه لان الادوات كانت غير نظيفه ف حبيت احذر واللى حابها تعمل تاخذ معها مسحات طبيه ل تعقيم الادوات او تاخذ ادواتها الخاصه يعلم الله انى لا اريد مضره ل احد لكن حبيت احذركم لان انا من جد تعبت والم غير طبيعي واسفه على هالموضوع لكن هذه الحقيقه للاسف

1.The service was very slow, although there were few customers and lot of hair dressers 2. The hair wash lasted 20_25 minutes which i found to be exaggerated and i got really annoyed 3. They handled me to one that seems not very professional, although the more professional ones had nothing on hand to do 4.the hair dresser kept ironing my hair one small bundle by the other, 2 hours 45 minutes I was very annoyed and very late 5. The hair drying was done in a very wierd way that my hair looked like a pile of straw although i am heat free for 5 months , whoch means my hair doesnt usually look that bad Overall it was a terrible experience, i woulednt like to revisit. From 15:00 pm to 18:20pm!!!! For a straight hair,,!!!!!!

I went to cut my curly hair. They claimed to be able to do it. My request was clear I want a trim that keeps my original hair cut( rezo cut) or a trim that makes my hair “ rounder and fuller”. The hairdresser didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He was rather improvising. He wasn’t even familiar with the curly hair terms. And my hair ended up looking like a spaceship rather than a circle.

Aggressive! The pedicure girl I told her to go easy on my nails she hurt me so I pulled my foot “ as normal reaction “ she told me aggressively don’t pull it you’ll hurt yourself!! I told her you already did I went for gel polish and pedicure The color I wanted they don’t have it she asked me to choose one from their page but after this I didn’t continue I don’t recommend them at all!!!

Needed to get a haircut and Mani/ pedi during my visit to Cairo as was returning for a formal event. Everything was perfect - they went out of their way to make sure I was happy and understood what was happening despite my speaking no Arabic. Go here if you want attention to detail and lovely people taking care of you!

I just had a mani and pedi in this salon,I don’t recommend this for nails,the technician is just okey,its not hygenic..one towel they will used for feet and hands from start to finished..the tools was dirty,its not even sanitized. need more proper training handling the customer.

I’ve been to many salons in Cairo and this is the one that I will stick too!! Perfect service, hairdressers pay extreme attention to your needs and they place is overall clean and welcoming!! Thank you Sayed and Mohamed for taking extra care of me, will be back very soon!

ندمانه ندم عمرى انى عملت عندهم صبغه ل شعرى اخدو منى ٣٠٠٠ جنيه طلع لون سيئ جدا غير الصور اللى بينزلوها خالص ده كان من ٦ شهور ده غير ان شعرى بعدها اتبهدل ووقع نصه حرفيا ومش نافع معاه علاج ربنا ينتقم منكم ربنا الشعر مش رخيص وميتعوضش متعملوش كده فى الناس

Worst experience ever ,won't ever do it again ادراة زفت ولا في تنظيم وكنت متفقة ان سيد اللي هيصبغ بعد مارحت قالوا مابيشتغلش غير هاي لايت ٤ ساعات قاعدة عشان الصبغة وف الاخر مظبططش دا غير ان اسعاركوا غالية

Very hardworking and helpful staff. They did my highlights perfectly just like I wanted. I had my hair done by Ramah at zayed branch and he’s super professional and his results are amazing❤️

Got a mani-pedi a few days ago. Great service for very reasonable prices. New, clean premises, with a section for hijabi women. Definitely coming back again.

Slow service, Sayed is very talented but it’s a bit overpriced when it comes to hair dye comparing to other places, the hair brushing prices there is normal

Best place for pedicure and they have a section for veiled and for the first time I saw a girl do hair cuts perfectly like professionals

اسوا مكان ممكن حد يعمل فيه الاظافر المانيكير الحل اتقشر في نفس اليوم وكأني حاطة طبقة بلاستك دا غير ان حصل عدوي في الاظافر من الماتريال

it was OK for hair cutting. But i really liked how they did my brows. would i go again? maybe if i could'nt find a better place.

I asked for a trim that would keep my original hair cut but she totally messed it up and it now looks awful
