Lovely decor and some pleasant, friendly staff. The service wasn't great because: 1. It was over an hour later than I booked for 2. It was a different service than I booked 3. The final product looked rushed and unprofessional. There was an obvious difference between mine and my friend's feet who'd been elsewhere. I asked why I wasn't given the service I booked and I was told it was because they were busy. It would have been nice to have been told that at the beginning of the appointment so that I could have the choice to go elsewhere. The lady who painted my nails did a wonderful job which I'm pleased with. My feet were painted by someone who looked like she didn't know what she was doing.

Horrible service, my friend and I came for Manicures and Pedicures and I was scratched horribly by the foot file on my ankles and legs to the point that they bled, my friend had blistered. Nails were filed roughly and uneven, all the nails were different shapes and just not done carefully. Both my friend and my cuticles were cut roughly and they bled as well, very painful and rushed, horrible experience, will not be recommending or coming back.

They are really professional I did my hair there and a pedicure. I really loved the pedicure. Rawan who was the girl that did my pedicure is super kind. She’s done a very good job. I would definitely go there again. I went to the new Cairo branch

Personally I’m from America and I think this place is amazing they are very nice and respectful my hair looks great I highly recommend this place. Special thank you to Mena (مينا) he tried his best with me and so did the other employees.

Hygien for pedicure is not good. Tools are not sanitized ! Eyebrows service is perfect by ahlam & for hair care best one is George ( he is not normally working on brushing but he can do it better than those who are on it)

My favourite salon. Professional, clean & nice stuff . Ingy for the gel polish was amazing & Mina made me a wonderful hair color Also George in the reception was very helpful and cooperative.

Very bad experience I don't recommend this I wanted a wolf cut and a specific tall but the didn't do what i want my hair looks so bad and they told me we have nothing to do with it

However it’s a good place to go to, staff is very rude and always late, giving faces to ppl never smile and in the morning always laaaaaaaaate
