No lessons learned about customer service even after being resurrected after bankruptcy. Store was empty at 08.20am. Sales staff preferred to fill racks and have a chat instead of assisting me. I had to ask for assistance from the manager who was browsing on his phone dreamily. I suppose the LSM that this store services expects to be treated like dirt.

I bought a phone from this store within a month it shut off I returned it to the store they booked it for repairs and now they sent me msg that says I must pay r3000 for it ,and I told them I can't pay that money, than they said I must pay r350 for the phone to be booked out of repairs I am very disappointed …

Didn't get the clinique product that I wanted.no stock from 2months now.pav Edgar's promised to call me when stock arrive. Still waiting so I went westreet Edgar's.. no luck..i went to fochini.no luck..I got it at trueworths west street branch..so thank to truworths.

Edgars Active. Poor management .They refused to sale a pair of jeans for the price which was marked on it . Tells me the prices have been changed but on the item they was still priced . What they claim to be the old price . Poor service i hate that behaviour

lift didn't work and there was no one to help. I was stuck on a lift for a long time. that was a scary experience. when I was buying certain items didn't have tags and prices so this took a lot of my to.e as the cashiers had to look for prices.

Went to buy takkies but pity I got one of the "Last of the best" and it was so so dirty, no price, and i asked how much they told me its R600 original price but they gonna give it to me at 10% off but I was not happy the way it was dirty

It's ok but was a little bit disappointed to learn that they don't stock swimwear at this particular store, right in the cbd, at the heart of the city centre, very close to the beach but they do not sell swimwear in this heat!

Such a friendly place to do shopping thanks to the staff...The store Is very well kept...clean .The stuff are very helpful...they always ask if you need any help and will defiantly do follow up after they have helped you.

i have been visiting Edgars street regularly last season I liked Lee products I bought 2 t-shirts a golf and a round neck and also a Lee jean. I also bought jeep tennis shoe it's been nice shopping at edgars west street

I love Edgars because it is clean and staff is professional,you ask for some stuff and will take you where you can find it and I love it because of sales.I normally pitch when there are sales.

The cashier took my R100 ,she overcharged me please check your change before you leave they are taking advantage that there are no cameras, when I went back they were so rude to me

Only one cashier on day of a special. What is that exactly? And this thing of not adding correct amount on yo system. He has to use a calculator really. Very pathetic service

I think that it's safe to call the place monumental. I grew up passing that Edgars store as child with my parents in the early 90's. The store is still there today.

Wanted to increase my limits wasn't aware supposed to take documents wasn't in sms,they couldn't help me, even though I had my salary slips there on my phone

Terrible, staff chatting to each other not concerned about customers. Doing makeup instead of being at their designated places. No proper management.

Good clothes, good toiletries, cellphones, sunglasses- what's not to like about Edgars. The youthful looking Clinique lady gives exceptional service

They have got good staff, the places is too busy. People over crowded of not careful you can be pick pocketed. Most of the workers are so welcoming

Loved the layout of the store in the heart of Durban CBD. Friendly staff. Parking is a huge problem though. Best to park infront of the store
