On 11/14/23 I ordered my usual order from el patio for dinner. Aside from their terrible customer service at times i remained loyal because of the great tacos... until last night. I will never in my life order from here again and this place needs a complete new staff CLEARLY. As i finished my first taco and proceeded to start eating the second one i looked down and there was a ROACH! On my plate. Yes a dead roach that was clearly under the second taco. Then to make matters worse when i call asking for a refund because i now cannot finish my food and im hungry and spent my money here (always at that.. ) i call for refund and the lady response is "okay what do you want me to do?" And in the back i can hear a man telling her to hang up on me. She then calls me back 5 mins later saying "im sorry about your food. Next time you order its free." As if id ever would want to eat there again. I tell her i will not be ordering and i would like my money back, she said "you dont want anything extra?" No ma'am i dont want roach infested food. Then she hung up and never heard from them again. Please dont order from here they are disgusting. I was a very loyal customer ordering multiple times a week but this was just very gross frustrating and they will never receive one more cent from me.

This place is very inconsistent. I have been there a couple of times and there is two ladies that give great service. Meanwhile there is this one young girl that always gets the orders wrong and is always over charging. I wish I can speak to the owner because this is ridiculous. Dont know who owns the place because when you ask for the manager, the waitress says she's in charge. The food is so flavorful, but you dont know what to expect when you walk in the door. Today, the waitress over charge us and when we asked she said that the prices in the menu were incorrect. How stupid can this be, if previously I have been charge the price on the menu for the exact same order!

On Thursday, March 3, I turned 31 years old. To all the staff and workers of this establishment, I would like to send out a very special heartfelt thank you to each and everyone of you for making my 31st birthday special. I couldn’t have done it without you. I had a great time with my boy from college and his sister. As for the food and drinks, we had a wonderful time. The Modelo beer was amazing. The nachos and quesadillas were spot on. The atmosphere was unforgettable and very family oriented. We will definitely be back.

Had to go to the big hospital up there. Walked down some blocks and was treated to a wonderful amount of culture and lovely smells until we decided on trying this place. Was fairly early for dinner, small crowd at the bar we were the first to sit in the dining area. But the waitress was very attentive and diligent taking a lot of care with our order. The food was wonderful as well, quite the large portion that neither of us came close to finish. Appetizer plus two entrees for under 40 bucks can't beat that. If we find ourselves that far uptown again we'd love to go back.

I got a quesadilla for takeout ,but it was cold and soggy by the time I brought it home. The reason was that they put pico de gallo and sour cream on top of it instead of putting into small separate containers. On the bright side, it was filled with a big amount of cheese and the overall portion was big. Pico de gallo though wasn't good. The price was too high for a cheese quesadilla. Why would they charge the same amount for a meatless dish? When it comes to takeout, I'd rather go to another restaurant.

The food is excellent, reasonably priced, and deliveries are quick and friendly. Highly recommended!

Food is a little expensive, good nachos though. Hookah is cheap, beers are priced average. Don't feel shy to get up and ask to change the music sometimes. They went from playing heavy metal to playing bachata when I went

The place looked authentic, so I had high hopes.. Fish tacos were nasty, and guacamole was so chunky that it looked more like a salad (consisted of tomatoes and onions for 70%)

I tried it twice bc it’s close by and each time was very disappointing. The food just wasn’t good at all ended up throwing the whole burrito away after a bite.

The food is regularly well prepared and tasty, workers hands over awesome customer service. I loved how neat it is and mood. I highly recommend this spot.

Sorry but any establishment that serves liquor and plays loud music with a baby in there at 2am is a horrible place and food is no good.

They'll cancel your order 20 minutes after you place it even if you're ordering a full hour before they close, order somewhere else
