They are very understanding and patient, and when doing their walk around with the vehicle, explain as much detail as possible to ensure you are happy and comfortable with what they are providing you with. I spoke with Sarah, she was a lovely happy bubbly lady, who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for me. Liam, who dealt with me on the phone a couple times was very friendly, polite and informative, and when he promised to return a call to me by the end of the day, he kept that promise and called me back. My returning of the car was dealt with by Phil, and he again was very polite friendly and went through all the return details with me. He was patient with me, as I asked several questions and he was happy to answer them all, along with giving me advice on cars I am looking at to purchase. I would definitely give this branch of Enterprise 10/10 Thank you so much, and if I ever require a hire car in the future, I will be returning to these guys for sure!!!

The Advisor Rueben who dealt with me was polite efficient and helped me out. I was let down upon arrival at Europcar next door and was panicking over making a meeting I had to get to, on the off chance I tried Enterprise and to my relief and delight even tho it was 8am in the morning Rueben was welcoming informative and more importantly accommodating. Also it was a quick and simple return process and my holding deposit was refunded and received in the time I was informed it would be. I will for this reason never use any other Car rental company as service goes a long way. I would. On holiday from Australia while visiting family in Liverpool. Booked online prior to leaving which was great as didn’t have to stay to fill out forms, when I picked up he car, it was all ready for us. Nice and clean, they even made us aware of small minor scratches on the car, hence we wouldn’t be responsible for. The young lad gave us a quick rundown on the electronics. Needed the car for an extra day, was no problems at all. Dropped car off, checked quickly and they then organised for our taxi back to our accommodation. Nice friendly staff. Received bond back within 2 days. Would recommend no problems.

I needed a van to travel to Ukraine. I called and it was so simple to do. The staff took me to another depot to compare vans to the one they had for me. I opted for the original van and it was a dream. The staff were absolutely 100% brilliant. They supported me and the I returned the van early, there was a simple check out process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Knotty Ash and it's amazing staff.

Took 4 days to get a hire car that had been arranged by insurance company!! Whatever you do please try not to have an accident after 12 on a Saturday as this particular branch are pretty useless. Don’t bother calling either because they never answer the phone. Go direct to the contact centre and choose another branch if your car hire is allocated to East Prescot Road Branch.

Hired a car for the weekend when i arrived i got a upgrade to a Audi Q2 for the original price. Chris was great i had problems with my bank not releasing my funds and Chris using his experience sorted it out great service and me and the misses and kids had a lovely weekend definitely be using enterprise again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I dont usually do feedback but I have to admit it Jay is an asset to the company. We did his best to get us a car and made sure we were happy with it. We filled the new car tank with fuel when the other car with full tank fuel broke down. He is a star and deserves 5 stars. Thanks Jay

They didnt prepare what we agreed at the day of collection. They sorted in couple of hours out the problem, but when we agreed they were going to reduce in £30 the price for the inconvenience caused, tgey didnt do it

They told me they charged me an extra ammount to insure my rented van.. but I never asked to pay and have extra insurance, I spoke with manager. He said he will resolve the mistake and call soon.. a month passed.

Extremely on the ball, and pull out all the stops to accommodate you with a really decent vehicle, to what you are use to driving. Staff are very plausible, and dedicated to helping people always.
