This has been the worst Rental car experience I have had with this company. I definitely will be seeking service through other places.. first off the car was nasty, stains everywhere, I didnt care about the stains for the most part bc I had somewhere to be but as I started looking else where like the doors were not sterilized nor cleaned properly. the car had a very bad odor that was stuck in me and my kids clothes.. then i tried to drop off vehicle same day I picked up and they were closed.. was told I would be charged for 3 more days bc they were not going to reopen until then. was also told I would be charged $500 to drop off at another location. if I would have left the vehicle at the location I still would be charged plus any damages. I’m really trying to figure out whats the point of having a drop box. bc I’m getting ripped off either way. very poor customer service from the employees that was walking out rushing to get to her vehicle. not to mention there was no update, email or notification that they would be closing early. So it’s been a week later and the branch manager offers me a rental voucher and refuses to give me his name or his supervisor information. It’s always the color folks that make things hard. And just for that I will continue to push this issue no one has money to just give away bc they didn’t give out the proper information on their end. The whole location is unprofessional.I literally went out my way to avoid any possible fees.. UPDATE: Thank you so much to the regional manager for contacting me on this matter. I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and understanding. She really took care of this situation. And went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied at the end of our conversation. This company is very blessed to have her..she is a realist and I’m so thankful it was you and not someone that only care about the company and money….Thank you so much.

This location, branch #4302, gave us the best Enterprise experience we have had yet! Upon walking in, Baylor greeted me and helped me with my rental in a welcoming and professional manner. All the staff was amazing and very fast to get us on the road. The car was impeccably clean and had just been washed for us before arrival. Upon returning the car, Baylor helped us again and was once again welcoming and professional. We will definitely use this location again if we find ourselves in the Jacksonville area. This location went above and beyond to make sure we had exceptional customer service and you could really tell they cared! It meant a lot to me considering my experiences with other enterprise locations throughout the years which was nothing like the quality of service I received today.

I used Enterprise while my car was being repaired at Gerber Collision. I can't say enough about the staff! The friendliest, most efficient car rental experience I think I have ever had, and I have had many car rental experiences because I used to travel for work. They offered a ride service to and from the body shop and both drivers were prompt and so kind. The gentleman who dropped me off talked football with me for the ride. Go Jags! HD handled my picking-up the car, he couldn't be nicer. Ron took care of the drop off, and, again I commented on how friendly he was. I was in and out in literally 5 minutes, max. Solid car rental experience!

I loved my experience renting at this neighborhood location! Lots of staff on hand, clean facility, and clean cars! Went through the lot and enjoyed the interaction on deciding what cool car to rent for my beach getaway. I liked going into a lot of different car sizes to see what would be best and we figured out the Kicks was it POW! I appreciated they were actively cleaning cars on my way in and out so I felt like these cars were getting taken care of. Yes the price is always pricey, add $40 to any advertised day cost but that's the same anywhere for peace of mind. Would definitely comeback never felt rushed or in the way. Thanks London!

Biggest disappointment ever. Reserved a speciality car more than a week before needed from Cassat local. When we went to confirm and try to pk up 8 hrs early. We were told they didn’t have any and wouldn’t have one when we we’re scheduled to pk up. No one bothered calling. Went to JIA hoping for a car-no luck. Next day went to Blanding local when they opened. Didn’t get what we reserved but was able to get a Chrysler Pacifica. Cheapest POS I’ve ever driven. Needed the room for travel so took it. Really disappointed with Enterprise. Quality of business practices gone way downhill.

Red eye is the fastest car in the United States. Not the car I wanted was lied too I wanted the 2024 Dodge Ford I ordered shipped and everything we need to make policies accurate not inaccurate I was told all I need was my debit card and it would be 200 not 293 also I have to get it towed because it needs a oil change when the price was 694 I feel like my membership was racially demonize ,: wish I knew the insurance towing people safety first overall highly recommend this vehicle Jomo Parrish Enterprise Florida Jacksonville July 30 2023 I came up with the congruity

I had to pick up a rental vehicle from Enterprise. The vehicle was for my employer and due to a miscommunication between him and the insurance company I was sent a day earlier than Enterprise had expected. Rather than tell me to come back the next day the staff at Enterprise went to work tracking down a suitable vehicle. Throughout the process I was kept informed, and received apologies for having to wait, even though Enterprise had not been at fault. Anecia and the rest of the team at Enterprise took what could have been a wasted day and made it a good day.

Pickup from body shop scheduled last Friday for Monday at 8am. I followed up with a call at 7:45 Monday to confirm. When pickup hadn't arrived by 8:30am, I called again. Driver finally dispatched. Driver told me he left immediately upon notification of pickup. Mentioned this to attendant upon arrival at Enterprise. He lied and said first driver got lost. The body shop is at a major intersection 2 miles from Enterprise. Try honesty, and tell me the office was incredibly busy, snd it slipped through the cracks. Double down on a lie and lose business!

3-4 months ago I rented a car due to a repair I was having done to my personal vehicle and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Today apparently the same exact license I used to get a car is apparently not good enough. Every time I've attempted to rent a vehicle for vacation purposes, there's always a problem here. This agency has got to be the most inept institution I've ever seen. Worthless. Don't waste your time attempting to be serviced at this location, use any other service or location.

The experience was good until I had to drop the car off. I rented the car. Because my car broke down. My car was ready early on Saturday afternoon. I dropped off the car at the enterprise on San Jose on Saturday at 3:30. However, I was billed till Monday morning I am assuming because of no proof that I actually dropped it off. I wish there was a way to let you guys know I drop the car off but there isn't there was no email the phone number said offices were closed so it is what it is.

Several times, I would have to rate this team, a full 10 out of 10 in my experience with other car rental companies!!! Your Cassat location always comes through in a crunch. Their vehicles are always clean and our rep Ron did a full walk thru with me when I picked the vehicle up to make sure I understood all the gadgets before I left their lot. The pick up and drop off were so simple and quick. They had me on the road within 20mins. Thanks again Ron for your superior customer service.

I have been renting from this location for about a year now, and this last experience was exceptional. I regret not getting the names of the folks when I picked up, but made sure to get the name of the young man who helped me when I returned. Every aspect of my experience was excellent. I engaged several people (because I left an item in the car they used to pick me up) and all were friendly, focused and efficient. Their facility looked sufficient to handle large volumes of rentals, assuming they staff properly. I would definitely use them again.

My first time encountering this location was not Pleasant. In February The return process and customer service was terrible. However I had to rent from April-June and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. A big turnaround was done, the new staff and management team were great.
