Do not go to this place! They have absolutely zero customer service, claim they tell customers about charges apparently over and above a deductible fee! Very sketchy situation we had in June. Car we rented was parked and hail storm happened, we paid the deductible of $750 and $304.82 for the car rental that we were told by the manager Luna was all that we that we owed. We then asked if we would get money back if the damage was less than the $750. Luna's response was "sure, you can contact me in two weeks." She then gave us her business card. 3 weeks later we called Luna to find out the total damage amount. This was also very sketchy. Luna's response was, "I have to get the paperwork sent to me and I will call you back." 3 days pass and zero return call from Luna. We call again yesterday (Friday) and conveniently we were told Luna was in a meeting! This morning (Saturday), we wake up to a email straight from Enterprise in Toronto that was sent at 1230 am this morning with the Autopac estimate and a invoice stating we owe them another $132 over and above the $750 deductible and $304 for the rental we already paid in full!!!!! Received zero call back from manager Luna! Then we call this morning and of course Luna doesn't work weekends. The employee on the line the. proceeds to argue with us that Luna told us about this! No you didn't Luna!!!! Very sketchy, didn't even receive the actual bill from the unnamed repair company only the autopac estimate! Absolutely disgusting business conduct and zero customer service with employees who lie! Do not rent here! Thought we would be give them a second chance after a bad experience a year ago, never again !

My recent experience with Enterprise has been nothing less than a nightmare. Nevertheless, it was later resolved by the Enterprise Area Manager. The incident I had to deal with is as follows: I was loaned a Mitsubishi RVR from Enterprise while my truck was undergoing repairs at Ford Collision. I had the RVR for two weeks until my truck was ready for pickup. When I informed the Ford staff that I could collect my truck after 5 pm, they informed me to leave the rented vehicle with them as per Enterprise's usual procedure. They assured me that Enterprise would pick it up the next morning. As a precaution, I took photos of the Mitsubishi RVR at the Ford parking lot when I handed over the keys to the Ford staff. The next morning, I received a call from Kinga (Branch Manager) at Enterprise claiming that the Catalytic Converter was missing from the vehicle. She inquired if I had any information about it and implied that I might be at fault. According to her, I was held accountable for the theft, and as a result, Enterprise promptly placed a $750 charge on my credit card as a "hold." She asserted that I remained responsible for the vehicle until it was returned to their parking lot and examined by their staff. This entire ordeal and the treatment from Kinga have left me feeling mistreated and undervalued as a customer. Subsequently, upon filing a complaint, I received a call from Steven (Enterprise Area Manager) who sincerely apologized for the incident. He provided me with assurance that he would take charge of the situation and address Kinga's handling of it. Despite the stress caused, I am pleased with the resolution.

I made arrangements last week with River City Ford to take my car in for repairs and they arranged (and will be paying for) a rental with Enterprise. I was told the car would be waiting for me when I dropped my car off at 8:30 am. Instead I had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle from Enterprise to pick me and another person up and drive us out to their location past the perimeter. When we arrived we were both told that they had no vehicles available for us and they didn't know how long it would take to get vehicles for us. I asked why they would give away vehicles that had been booked and their only response was that they had an influx of last minute bookings from other dealerships. So it doesn't matter if or when you book anything as reservations mean nothing to Enterprise. This is not an acceptable way to do business and there is no way I would ever trust Enterprise again. Fortunately they gave me a ride home so I could wait for a vehicle in the comfort of my own home but I can only imagine being stranded somewhere on holiday without a vehicle I booked. I will never do business with Enterprise again and River City Ford has lost any potential for my business in the future and the guaranteed business of my family that was waiting to see how my experience went before they booked their own repairs that need doing moon their vehicle. So congratulations Enterprise, you not only lost business for yourself but for one of your business partners and your partner will be informed that you have cost them business ... think about that when you try to renew that contract. Very poor business practices.

I came in today (May 15th, 2023) to pick up my rental car that I had reserved. I was asked to give my license and credit card and was declined because the credit card I provided did not match my license. (It was my husband’s credit card which I have used before at this location without a problem or him here) I had my 10 month old baby with me, with the car seat and base. Luna was very rude. I tired to explain my situation and she was very unprofessional and unhelpful. She didn’t offer any suggestions or to call the shuttle to bring me back to my car. So I was basically stranded at your rental establishment with no vehicle and a baby. The feeling I got from her was too bad, so sad, figure it out. She was presumptuous that I should have known about this new rule. As someone who works in customer service I was disgusted and appalled at her neglectful behaviour. I had such a great experience with you guys the last time I rented a car from you and I was excited to be back. But Luna your Branch Manager has ruined that for me. I won’t be back or recommend you guys anymore. Luna should be setting the standards for the customer service you wish to up hold at your establishment. ENTERPRISE, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, I have NEVER been treated this rude anywhere public before. Do not send me an automated response with a dead email to reply to, or some fake copy paste apology. Just LOOK at the reviews before mine about LUNA. Is this the woman you want up front representing company values? She’s absolutely pathetic. Just like all the others, you have lost our business as well.

Awful experience DO NOT rent from this place. We were in the city for a car estimate and were told we had a covered rental so they sent us to enterprise the Kia location. They gave us a car with a $400 deposit that , we only drove about 15 minutes into the city to do our errands, parked the car, came out of our first stop, drove the car for literally 1minute and the tire was flat to the rim not drivable what so ever so we immediately had to pull over on portage, the middle of down town, we couldn’t make it to a parking lot or off the main road. We tried to call got no answers for 20 minutes, once we texted Luna she eventually called, we explained the situation and she suggested 1.change the tire on portage 2.take it to kaltire for them 3. Walk to the closest enterprise and leave the keys there. She said the only way we could get a tow truck was if it was through our caa. They couldn’t have someone pick us up either. We decided to leave the car there in the non designated parking as it couldn’t be driven, and walked downtown with all our belongings to the nearest enterprise. From there no one could give us a ride so we left the keys got a $60 cab back to where our car was as it was ready for pick up. We never heard anything since until they are now charging us $52 for gas for only having the car for 15 minutes. Not impressed at all as the walk was not safe and we’re from out of town. Awful customer service. Do not recommend this place.

So I had my car stolen and MPI covered the rental expense to witch I rented at Kia West, how ever when I returned the car they said there was hail damage on the roof (not very noticeable but it was there when you looked at in the sun), I believe it was there before i rented the car as we live in St James and no hail was reported falling in the area.. So my bad for not looking at the car closer when i rented it.. Here is what upsets me is that I paid the $750 deductible (which they automatically billed to my CC). I then received another invoice for $732 to witch they explained was depreciation cost.. What!?... isn't that what the deductible covers? I told them that it was their responsibility to go back to their insurance company to have it covered.. They refused and continued to send me invoice reminders threating to send it to collections effecting my credit rating.. Be vary wary renting from National or Enterprise as they don't seem to care about their customers, and have been a customer for many years.

I had a very good experience with them, when I went in to pick up a rental which I had booked online. The staff was very helpful and especially the Branch Manager and last but not the least The Shuttle Driver who greeteed me when I went in was very pleasent and friendly. They made the pickup very smooth and easy and within less than 15 minutes, I was rolling on my rental wheels. They are 1000 times better than their competitor U Drive. A few years ago when I went to pick up the rental from U Drive, dealing with them was worst than a nightmare. But these guys proved that not all rental companies are the same. I hope to get the same service in the future as well and will hope that 5 Star review doesn't ever turn into a 1 Star review. Review is made on May 4 2023.

I will never be willing to use or visit Enterprise Rental Car ever again - rude & disrespectful staff, extremely poor customer service, and trust me, if you do need to use them, ALWAYS, I mean "ALWAYS", no matter what, take their extra insurance and save yourself the nightmare and abuse we had to endure. Enterprise will rob you blind - they do not care about their customers nor customer service! UPDATE: And Enterprise, please do not ever contact me again, especially with your false promises of investigating the situation - I have had more than enough stress, anxiety, and useless customer service to last me a lifetime from your organization, I don't need anymore. Just note that I will never use you or any of your affiliated organizations willing ever again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced... was supposed to have rental ready for 930am waited over an hour went through all the vehicle checks & walk around to be told they weren't sure if I had lose of use coverage it was included in my claim number at which point they told I'd have to pay for it if I wasn't covered, I said I didn't want it if I'm not covered at which point they took the car back refused me a shuttle ride because I wasn't a paying customer and ended up having to walk 2 hrs back to shop to get my truck... phoned back later that night to speak with manager and she was the rudest manager I've ever dealt with all she would say is "what do you want me to do about it" over and over.. stay way from this place of madness...

I called yesterday (Monday, November 15), asked about a car through Autopac’s Loss Of Use coverage, and they said they can see me “tomorrow after 3PM”. I provided my name and claim number. I took an Uber there just now, and they said they had no reservation under my name. I spent $30 to get there and now $30 to get back home. I guess I could have called today to confirm, but I thought providing details was enough. I would recommend getting the name of the person you speak with. I also used this location as the other locations told me Friday at the earliest, or had an “all circuits are busy now” message. Anyway, what an awful experience. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Rented a Toyota 4runner for a trip to Nova Scotia from Winnipeg. The 4runner was hard to drive,"felt like it was being pushed by wind, but wasn't windy". When we arrived in NS we noticed front tires balding on inside of tread. After contacting enterprise they directed us to a place a hour away to have tires checked. Caltire determined that it had improper tires on it, and they had to change all 4 tires. The 4runner also had locking lugnuts, and there was no key with vehicle. It was a brutal experience. Requested a Manger but have not been able to speak with one.

Contacted this Enterprise location to rent a vehicle for an insurance claim. Was told it would be 4 days before one would be available. I gladly accepted that and proceeded to give the agent my name, phone# and insurance claim#. Called back on the day that the vehicle was supposed to be available, spoke to the same agent who told me that they had no reservation in my name, although somehow she knew my first name . Very poor service

I am not satisfied with their services at all especially when it comes time for them to return your deposit for a rental. I have been waiting for my deposit since June maybe sooner they had gotten their pay from mpi along time ago I keep calling and they keep saying I should receive it by then end of the week it's been more than 3 months and still nothing. Very very poor customer service.

My body shop has rented me a vehicle at Enterprise while my vehicle was in the shop. Enterprise gave me a clean, sanatized, new vehicle to use. There service was great, explained my options clearly if I wanted extra car insurance. Got in a car quickly to go about my day. I was also able to drop off the rental to the shop instead of the at the rental. I was happy with the experience.

Extreme Rude staff. Never come to them. They say they will send shuttle but they never do. They will not pick the call when you call for shuttle. In addition to that they do lots of miss communication. Some staff say something else on call and when you reach there they complete say we never said that. Thats the worst enterprise ever visited.

Terrible service. I had a booking and they cancelled a half hour before my pick up time by email. No help. All I was told was they overbooked. Don’t take bookings if you don’t have the vehicles. It’s pretty simple. Sent emails to the manager but never got any responses, help or anything for messing up my plans.

I had my car at Birchwood Collision Centre and received a courtesy car from Enterprise. Luna Kim arranged a beautiful vehicle for the time being. She was friendly, courteous, and professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Enterprise location anytime you need a rental.

Rented a car from them for a month while my care was in the shop being fixed. Mandeep was AMAZING! Very informative, and personable. She definitely made my experience great and made sure I felt reassured during a chaotic time. If you get a chance to deal with Mandeep just know you are in great hands!
