Exceptional service and value. Great people, all 3 people I encountered were polite, professional, and most importantly had a great attitude and work ethic. This is a model of what all businesses need to achieve for success. The level of service is actually refreshing and is a rare commodity in todays current society.

One of the most helpful locations in the city, in my opinion. Cole helped me do some detective work and find out why my company's direct billing wasn't working and gave me the nicest car they had. I rented a car from them through eastern collision, it was kia forte. It was amazing experience. They took care of documentation and explained me everything properly. Only issue was I got car with all season tire and road were super slippery. Except that it was amazing experience. Would recommend to everyone

Rented different cars in the course of a year, mostly dealt with Ben at the McPhillips location, and have never had an issue. One of the cars (Mitsubishi Eclilse) had issues, but they were understanding and accomodating and dealt with it the same day. I would recommend this location to a friend.

My car is in the shop so they called enterprise for me. They picked me up and brought me to their office to sign papers. Staff was friendly, car I received is pretty new just a little small. This was apparently their last car, just wished they could have given me a slightly bigger vehicle.

Have confrimed with people from the body shop and this car rental company that the expenses would be covered by MPI, but after returned the car they asked me to pay all rental expenses. Besides, the length of renting should be 8 days but they charged me 13 days. Feeling disappointed.

One of the worst location to rent a car of Enterprise. Employees are not ready to help you out and they think customers don't know about anything. They overcharge you and the rental agreement is unclear. Will never ever suggest anyone to rent a car from them.

I've used Enterprise many times. The service is fairly quick. My only complaint is there's no winter tires. I understand that would be costly to do for a huge fleet of vehicles twice a year so I drive extra careful.
