I just spoke with a gentleman from the Henderson Hwy Enterprise branch. It was 4:10 when I called. He said he had a Nissan Sentra getting cleaned and I can have it. Then he said that there was nobody to drop the car off because of a 4:30 closing and he can't authorize overtime. He said however he would accommodate me so I can rent the car for $330.01 for 9 days plus a $200.00 deposit. He said he had a call from another customer and will call me right back. Firstly, he never called me back or brought me the car, prior to then I asked him about the weekly pricing, he said it was not his decision but the prices were very high, much higher than normal because they had more demand than supply. If I could have rated a zero, I would have. I am not only upset, I'm really disappointed as well. Though I've dealt with this company for decades, I will never give them my business again. This is an ideal way to lose your customer base and in the middle of a pandemic, this is not how you impress your customers. This will be posted to my social media where I have 60K followers that can be better informed as to who in Winnipeg should not be renting from. This health care worker says, adios. This employee should also be terminated for telling a customer in desperate need, a complete lie. I will now move on to your competition and I'm sure they will be more honest and upfront to deal with. Howard Ruben

Before you pick up your rental car, make sure you stop at MPI and purchase "rental insurance". This will cover you incase you get into an accident, and the company sues you for the loss of potential earnings from their rental vehicle which is now stuck in the shop being repaired. Enterprise will try and sell you their own rental insurance, but it will cost 4-5x the amount MPI will charge. You do not need to bring any vehicle information to MPI to purchase rental insurance and can easily be purchased before picking up the rental. The rental vehicle I picked up from this location was great! 4WD and great handling, super clean inside and out. Great service, easy to contact the company if you need anything. Would recommend to anyone needing a rental.

I live in the US and used Costco Travel to book a rental car on 3 occasions here over the past 15 months and was always pleased with the price, vehicles, location, and zero hassles. I used them as their pricing was the best of all Winnipeg locations and the best location for me. There are many details renting a car: I confirmed my US insurance would cover me -- so I waived offered additional coverage, I brought a printout of my reservation and received a higher level car on once occasion for no extra charge, and I always take video of the vehicle before leaving to be sure of preexisting damage -- if any. On one occasion a rep drove me downtown where I could catch a bus to the airport. This location does a good job.

Communication and flexibility were lacking with this location. We had a vehicle booked and called ahead on the day of the reservation to see if we could pick it up early. The staff person said "you bet." When we arrived 30 minutes later they said they didn't have a vehicle for us, unless we wanted to pay more for a different vehicle class. I would have expected that, since they said it wasn't a problem for us to come early, they'd either have a vehicle ready or find another way to accommodate us. The car we ended up getting was fine, but this was enough of an inconvenience that it will have me thinking twice before booking with Enterprise (or at least this location) next time.

Don’t go here. I needed a vehicle because my car was getting fixed after being stolen. They made me pay upfront for the first few days. Asked me what I wanted. I told them I have an mpi claim so whatever mpi covers. They misled me and tacked on extra insurance and I didn’t know mpi wasn’t going to cover it. I kept needed to extend my rental because my car was waiting for parts at Gauthier’s and they charged my credit card at the end and I had to get reimbursed by mpi at the end and they barely covered the total at all. So enterprise scammed me big time.

Surprised at the negative reviews! I've rented nearly a dozen cars from this location and the staff were always great, the cars were clean/in good order and ready for my pick-up time. Mark the manager always went above and beyond to arrange a suitable vehicle for my situation (transporting bicycles long distances) from the fleet if he had availability. I've had nothing but good experiences with the Henderson location and I'll be renting from them again.

had a car from them while my car was in the shop, now the shop itself paid for the car as a courtesy car , but what i wasnt told was there was a insurance fee that had to be paid, i had no clue about this fee until i had a voicemail stating i owed the 500$, i later learned that i could have opted out of the fee, but it was to late, so now i am stuck paying this, moral of the story read the fine print..

We had a great experience with this Henderson location. Made our booking through CAA, everything was as is and never changed. We ended up seeing if we could get the car a day early and they just added on the daily rate. We added on Sirius XM while on the road, and When we brought the car back it was raining and they offered to drive us home. Great crew working here! Appreciated everything.

I will never give enterprise a good review as someone who is disabled it’s outrageous they never have a vehicle that can be adapted with hand controls for people who unexpectedly needs a car and can’t drive just a regular car. No one should have to give them a weeks notice so they can order in the part to be strapped in. Every rental car company should have those in stalk at all times

Mostly dealt with Kyle. Had a long term rental (renewed monthly for more than three months) and they were always friendly and helpful (while I was fighting with Autopac over a long-delayed claim) I also rented with Enterprise for a roadtrip to Banff last summer (Pembina location) and won't rent from anyone else.

They never showed up to pick me up at the right time. Then re-directed my call three times and left me on hold before finally reaching them. I was told i have to call when ready, despite not being told that on the original call. Would definitely NEVER recommend this location, nor would i ever use them again.

Was pleased with my rental experience from this location. Called a few days ahead and got the exact vechicle I was wanting. Car was reasonably clean, unlike other times renting from different locations and companies. Pick up and drop off was both quick and professional. Would rent from this location again.

Excellent service. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I called and asked Enterprise if I should drop the rental at their office or the body shop where my vehicle was. They just said, whatever is easier for me. That's an awesome answer!

Enterprise did not have any vehicles available if I was using an insurance company claim but did have a vehicle available if I rented personally but rates would be different.

This location is always great with service! Very quick and always professional. They have also gone paperless, which is a nice step in the forward direction.
