I had the good fortune and pleasure of working with Tanya (and secondarily with Murray, and thirdly with Chris, and fourthly with Ron, all were great, but I mostly dealt with Tanya). As far as I'm concerned, she is the greatest Public Storage employee of all time (I understand that she's just had a promotion. She deserves every advancement opportunity out there!). I could not have completed my move without her - it was a long distance move, coordinated remotely. My moving company was unreliable, and I made some mistakes in organisation. Tanya stepped up. Tanya was there with me from the initial stages of trying to coordinate (including my date changing several times). She thought outside the box, coming up with various options and suggestions to alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with moving. When I lost my storage key after a year abroad, Tanya was kind enough to arrange for the regional manager come in at virtually no cost to me (with the understandable exception the cost of a new lock). She charged me only for the days that were actually necessary during the transition time. Tanya stuck with me to the end of a stressful move, when the moving company changed the date three hours before they were meant to show up at the locker. She continued to offer suggestions to make things easier from me. She kept me updated as per the progress of the movers while they were at the unit. She was very careful of the security of my things, which I appreciated - the furniture is quite valuable. Working with her gave me SO much peace of mind - I only wish she could take over the moving company, because I am sure things would have gone more smoothly. She never, ever made me feel stressed, like I was annoying her, or like she was anything other than completely happy to help me out. I know, I know - this is quite a glowing review. I wouldn't have written it if it wasn't as truly exceptional as I've described it. So thank you Tanya, Murray, Chris, Ron, and the rest of the Lachine Public Storage team.

It was the first time i thought of using a storage facility, and honestly, from the get-go the service was exceptional!!!! Ron, the manager, made sure to explain to me in detail all about storage and took time to show me around and make sure that i was happy with the room and size. The place was not only clean, spacious, and air conditioned (a bonus in this heat), but the price is really affordable for a mom like me on a budget. There was no pressure on his part, and he even made sure to reserve the spot i had in mind for me. When i did make the decision to go ahead with using their company for storage, Saban was there and his service was outstanding!!! The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently, everything was clear and upfront... no surprises. He was soft spoken, polite and ready to help however he could...the clients coming in all knew him and seemed pleased with his service too. I learned of Entrepot Public through the internet while we were searching for storage space needed prior to our move. I went to this site because the location was close to where we will move. I was very well received by Murray Clark, who explained in detail, all the rules and regulations of the storage unit. I found him to be very courteous and professional in dealing not only with me, but with other customers who happened to come in. His assistant Tanya was also very pleasant and I found the two of them worked very well as a team. I also found the security to be very tight and controlled well. Their facility is clean and easy to navigate, and the location is super convenient. But beyond that, the staff at Lachine Entrepot Public is what made the difference for me. They are the friendliest people - the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right unit for my belongings, and in the process made a big effort to help me to save money. This sort of kindness and attention from staff at any company is rare, in my experience. Their extra attention and positive attitude of all the staff make the whole process of moving and storage more bearable and even fun! I totally recommend storing your belongings with them, you will be 100% satisfied. (Extra shout out to Saban for his wonderful smile and great attitude!)

It's a storage place. There are good operation. I believe they charge $1 for the first month. I know a person that once moved in and immediately submitted his consolation while paying for the $1 for the month storage cuz she was moving to another place that wasn't ready. How convenient is that LOL!? I've got some storage there for quite some time and they raise the price I think 3 times now. Last time I thought was too frequent and too much of an increase however there more than in keeping with standard prices and they have offerings of different sizes of storage places and they have decent Security in place and they maintain it well. That's about all you can ask them to do isn't it after all, it's a storage place!

Had a very stressful move and was looking for a storage place on Canada day to stash a huge couch. Tanya and Kevin at Entrepot Public were extremely helpful, and gave us excellent advice. We really appreciate everything they did for us, and we'll be storing with Entrepot Public for the next year or two. One minor criticism that didn't ruin the process, and was not in the control of the employees that helped us: As seems to be common in these kinds of locations, additional fees can add up (one time admin fee, insurance costs, additional taxes). So the storage units end up costing about 20% more than advertised.

Today I had to empty our storage and cancel our rent with Public Storage Lachine. Not because, I had a bad experience nor found issues with the facility. We just moved to a bigger place and no longer need extra storage space. My experience with PS was very pleasant. For two years I didn't encounter any issues with the staff nor the facility. Right from the start during visiting of the facility and the signing of the contract, up to the time of cancellation, the staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, I am very satisfied with Public Storage Lachine.

I spoke with Tanya about renting a locker and I was delighted by the service I received. She was informative, professional, very helpful and, in addition, had a great sense of humor. I did not feel rushed when I spoke with her. When I arrived to actually complete the booking one of her colleagues, Murray, was on hand to handle the transaction. He, too, was very helpful and attentive to my questions. The two make for an outstanding team. If you need a storage locker in this part of town, this is the place to go.

I would be rating this a 5 but the unit we got was a bit dirty we did get the unit a day after it was empty so don't take my word on this first part, but aside from that it was excellent service the Manager was of great head as well as a very funny man, the building it self was very clean, well maintained and well lit.I would highly recommend this Storage facility to anyone who needs a place to put some stuff. They also have a great 3 month deal if you aren't looking for long term service.

I needed storage for a few months, called the Lachine branch and they hooked me up in no time. Staff is polite, communications are clear, contract and all payment details were clearly articulated. Rates for the Lachine branch were amongst the lowest I found in the Montreal area. Access is easy, locker common areas are always clean, plenty of dollies available, washroom on site. I'll definitely give them a call should I need there services again.

Just moved my things out after nearly two years, and wanted to leave some comments for others considering this location. Hours of access are great and it's not a busy location. There are plenty of carts to help move heavy things and more than one elevator. Building interior is well maintained, clean, warm and dry. Staff has always been friendly and were even helpful when it came time to move out. I would rent space here again if I needed to.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with this company at this location. I was given a supposedly 10x10-foot locker which turned out to be even smaller than 9x9 feet, and the local manager has refused to lower the rent or do anything else about the problem, and all their supposedly 10x10 lockers seem to be around 9x9 or 9x10. I'll try to reach management at the head office.

Well priced storage facility in Lachine. Internal systems need some twerking. Got a promotion that was confirmed by email but did not show up on internal reservation system. So watch out. Frederick was very helpful and we got it sorted out. Bring some time for initial paperwork. Took a lot longer than expected after giving quite some information online already.

I would recommend this place hands down!!! Manager Murray was a delight extremely helpful and courteous!! Staff is overworked, the halls are dark and dingy. The area of town is very dangerous. The only thing about this place that is attractive is the cost of storage and that first month deal they have, and if you go leave the kids at home or with a sitter, in 3 hours I was propositioned 3 times by a street Walker in the oldest profession

What I really like about this company is the friendly staff - very attentive and accommodating. As well, their prices are reasonable and very competitive. Their facilities are clean and efficient. Plus, their hours are very convenient. They have all the resources that I need so, two thumbs up to Public Storage Lachine!!!!
