UPDATED (2nd REVIEW): Needed to upgrade to a different unit and again: the customer service at Public Storage was as positive as the first time. Construction for the storage facility ended a while ago and it is kept clean and well ventilated. In the end, Aniel and John were a huge help. Aniel took his time to answer my questions and show me a couple of options that would make my move from the current unit to the next very easy. I wish customer service could be like this all the time no matter where you go. Thanks Aniel and John - I hope your boss sees this and gives both of you a raise! 1st REVIEW: Researched storage facilities in Montreal via Google and narrowed it down to 2 companies. Decided to go with Public Storage at 9445 rue Jean Pratt after having read the Google Reviews and speaking to Andrés on the phone, who was professional, friendly and answered my list of questions. The following day I visited the facility, which is currently under construction but appeared to be very clean, and signed the contract. Andrés was on sight, extremely helpful and thorough with all of the information and paper work. He was also very understanding as I was in a hurry to get to an appointment. The premises has a lot of security features, storage units inside are climate controlled (therefore free of mould, humidity, etc.), and the customer care was positive. When moving some things to the storage unit, Christian was on sight and came outside to answer a couple of questions. So far so good!

It's great to have someone make you feel special and in this case at this location his name is John answers all the questions treat you like a hero makes you feel special makes you feel welcome makes you feel like you're you're actually in his home if you feel like a guess a wanted guest and all I am is a customer well that's the kind of customer service I like that's the kind of customer service I appreciate and it's not just customer service it's really a relationship and you know when you have individuals that strong on a team it makes a huge difference so hey bravo if you're everything or storing anything anywhere give these guys an opportunity there's nothing I can say that's not already you know been said but give him an opportunity to see what they can do for you you owe it to yourself thank you

I would like to compliment your employee John for his excellent service. I walked in to rent a storage locker and I knew I was getting myself in the right direction, as right away the way he approached me was what a customer likes to see. He went through great lengths to help me. John answered all my questions efficiently. Very courteous and patient individual. He got me what I was looking for in so little time yet went through all the paperwork with me and assured that I was aware of all the conditions ,in a very patient manner.-Very helpful indeed! I would like to thank John for his prompt service and etiquette and awsome customer service skills. He is an asset to your company and please he deserves recognition for his excellent service! Excellent service! I was lucky enough to be served by John who was exceptional, explained everything in detail, set me up, and made sure I was happy with my rental space that I chose. He was serving another customer and myself at the same time and alway kept on making sure we were okay with it and going back and forth to explain and show us what we needed. All that with a smile and made it easy breezy. He has such a great attitude very pleasant, professional, and great customer service skills. I would definitely hire him! This is the second time I’m going to Public Storage. This location on Jean-Pratt in Montreal is consistent with the one I rented in Richmond, ON. The units and hallways are clean and the service is wonderful. This time around, a young man named Nathan (I hope I spelled it correctly) walked me through the facility showing me options and helping me decide. And then he helped me through the paperwork and any questions I had with no hesitation or confusion. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a superb experience with Chris and the team at this location. The facility appears to be new and in excellent shape. It's well kept and clean, easy to access at all times, and I never had any issues during my time. It's extremely rare these days to see a team that is as dedicated to their customers as these guys. I rarely ever write reviews but after my experience at this Public Storage location, I feel compelled to put in a good word for the service and support I got.

If you want to know the definition of good customer service, this is it ! Christian and Dorian were so helpful. I contacted them a bit in a rush because my shipment had arrived unexpectedly and they were very understanding of my situation and did everything in their power to make things work in my favour. They were also very nice and chill people. No disrespect, no rudeness. Only nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this Public Storage because of their great staff !

Clean, secure and very well run. Outstanding service! The entire process was very smooth. John was very knowledgable and attentive to my storage needs. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions. On the day I was moving my belongings, I ran into some logistics issues with the truck and Cris really saved the day and helped get everything where it needed to go. I would recommend this location over and over again!

The website is fantastic for guiding you through the process and online reservations are easy. Christian was very professional, helpful and easy to deal with. He took the time to show me the space, highlighting security features of the facility, and of course reviewed all the details of the agreement. He is very knowledgeable. The facility itself was very clean with excellent lighting. I’m happy to be using them for storage.

Must be the best storage company in Montreal. Awesome service!!! The place is so unlike any other storage. Bright, clean extremely courteous and friendly. They almost greet everybody like friends or family. Christian even greeted me by my name after I returned 2 days later to sign the contract. The whole compound is very clean and very organized. They even have public bathrooms. I would rent my storage always here!!!

We were exceptionally well received by John who explained everything to us. We have accessed our storage area several times since and have had no problems whatsoever. At times , all offloading spots are taken and we have to walk outside more than we would like, but most of the time we can conveniently position the car. We recommend this location to anyone who, like us, had never used such a service before.

Christian, John and the whole team are very helpful. They truly represent what great customer service means. They go out of their way to make me and my colleagues feel at home. Great clean, secure location with easy 24-hour access. Staff is always helpful to find solutions & their referral for a moving company (with a discount for Public Storage clients ) proved to be excellent & very appreciated. Michel, the site manager & John are very courteous & friendly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this location.

Amazing customer service! I signed and I had my storage unit the same day. John was extremely patient, careful and funny. He answered all my questions even though June 30 was a very busy day for them. The unit is clean and perfect for what I need. My sister already had a unit there and she recommended it to me. This is a well run, clean, and secure storage facility. Conveniently located near marche centrale just off the 40 and 15. Assistant Manager John is very friendly, helpful, professional, and made renting a storage locker here a breeze.

Excellent space, good service, I have rented space on 3 separate occasions and always been satisfied, the parking and loading Bay suck a bit but it's a small price to pay!
