I have been going to this medical centre for about four years now and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. All of the doctors that I have seen and other medical professionals including but not limited to radiologists, physical therapist, audiologists have been extremely kind, caring, respectful and understanding. If you are looking for a medical centre that has pretty much everything as well as a private hospital, coffee shop with great food and service plus a pharmacy that has the essentials and are extremely caring; you really need to give this centre a go. If you are from out of town and need care plus need a place to stay and some specialists care, you can get the care here plus over the other side of Cooper Street and accommodation next door. There is also the shopping centre to get any supplies of food etc plus a lot more. You are close to public transport with it just outside and the train station down the other end of the street. Honestly you really can’t go wrong with this centre and location because everything is here or in the immediate Street. The doctors here also speak multiple languages and have multiple skills. You are best to ring and find out who is best to suit you and your needs. I do hope this has helped. Update December 2021: Most of the staff at the medical centre over the last year or sohave left. Slowly I noticed that they left especially after my doctor left. One by one the doctors and then reception staff left (majority) and I have found the service has dropped in a BIG WAY. In August 2021, I had an appointment to see a health nurse that I waited months to see; on the day of my appointment I arrived and the nurse did not show up for work. The centre had no idea why he didn't turn up for work and like the months before, I missed out. The previous appointment that I had and believed it was for my Mental Health, it was not, they had made a different appointment that I didn't want but I had to sit through it all and the government got charged for it. I couldn't believe how a nurse and Medical Centre could mess me around again knowing that this appointment was for Mental Health and we were in lockdown. Where was the decency and care to ring me and notify me that the nurse who I had been waiting to see for months did not come in for work? People travel and can travel long distances to these appointments, people look forward to getting help and it costs us time and money. The rest of my review with regards to being able to get just about everything done at this centre stands, however, the service from the Medical Centre being Tri Star itself is not good. From 5 - 2 Stars (that’s generous ) LIFT YOU GAME TRISTAR treat people better!

Giving only a 1 star after my appointment I had today. I’ve been twice to see Dr Juelem and she’s been fantastic, but today I had Dr Anjali and she was extremely rude to me and kicked me out after only being in her room for 10 minutes saying she didn’t have time for whatever else I needed-even though she was half an hour late to see me. She also had a problem with me right from the beginning because I booked my appointment with her and not with Dr Juelem. I couldn’t book my appointment with Dr Juelem as I was told by reception she was on holidays so they just booked me in with another female doctor. Apparently this is against their “practice” to see other patients, and she could not stop complaining about it the whole time I saw her, even though I explained why I was booked with her. She was rude, constantly cut me of and kicking me out just topped it off. When I go to see a doctor, I want them to be understanding and caring, not rude and “tell me off” because the reception booked me with her. Someone like me who suffers with major anxiety, does not need a doctor constantly telling them off for booking with them. DO NOT see Dr Anjali if you have even been once with another doctor at this clinic.

Please be kind to the Doctors and receptionists. This company is currently in liquidation and has applied for bankruptcy. All staff are waiting for their pays. Everyone is stressed and under pressure. I have seen that they are still trying to hire. The clinic is due to close in 3 weeks unless sold off. The administration team has that has been placed here by the courts to find the money to pay off the debts that Tristar’s employment team have incurred over the years. Employees have lost super/past sick leave accrued, leases have not been paid to buildings. Drs have lost wages. Everything has to be fought off in court. They are trying to find a buyer but anything that was in Tristar’s control is lost. Please try and retrieve your medical information as soon as possible and have a back up clinic. Please be kind to reception. This is not their doing. They are coming in to support the Doctors and patients and without pay at this point in time. Management has not offered any help or support and neither has the administration corporation that has taken control of the clinic. Please do not apply for any jobs on line!!!!!

Well you will only visit this centre if you have exhausted all other options.... Doctors are Ok but reception staff is pathetic and senseless and often rude and will lie to you very comfortably. I have taken my 6 months old baby for vaccination after a confirmation from reception staff that shots are in stock and i am ok to bring her tonight. when i arrived at the clinic, gentlemen said to me ohh we don't have vaccination in stock so may be bring in tomorrow. I did again but this time i did not take my baby and i was told that there are not in stock...upon hearing this, one indian female doctor who was standing behind the reception heard this and she ask me to wait...she quick ran into the store room and found that they are in stock and indeed they never ran out in first place..... Such a shame that i have asked for feedback form and told to go online and fill out so this is the only place i can have my say so please don't go there unless you have no other option.

Dr Vivian Ouraha is the WORST doctor I've even been to. This was the first time I'd been to this practice as I was not comfortable with the doctors practice I had been going to. I went in for a few things (nothing major) and was incorrectly booked in with her, waited an hour and a half for her to tell me that she didn't have time for a 'few things' and that i could only see a GP for one thing at a time. After some debate she allowed me two things. The first half of my appointment was interrupted by her previous patient, and she was prescribing painkillers to the previous patient while I was sitting in there meant to be having my consultation. When I told her about my second issue, she said she didn't have time and gave me the name of another GP to see. I hate doctors at the best of times but she was by far the rudest one I have ever been to and I will be making an official complaint. This experience has made me never want to go see another doctor again.

AVOID at all costs!!! The worst place to go. The wait is forever. They will book you in and the keep you waiting for an average of 1 hour, just so that they have people coming in. The receptionists are very rude. The doctors there are absolutely ineffectual. Absolutely insensitive in the way they talk and absolutely no interest in the general well being of the patient. I recently had an emergency procedure at another clinic and my blood reports and scans were required by the other clinic. I called up the clinic and then the ladies at the other clinic I was visiting called them up too, requesting for the reports to be faxed. the emergency situation was explained to them but they were very rude and ended up not doing it. I live in Epping and I feel this clinic is an absolute waste of space in Epping. I dread the day I have to set foot in this building again.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Incompetent drs, rude staff. They have been holding my $200 refund because of a service they failed to provide for about 3 months. It's absolutely ridiculous how this hospital is still running and hasn't closed down. I have emailed them several times and they just don't give a shoot for their "patients". I was able to get the same treatment with another GP and she was magically able to do my iron infusion without poking me for 20 times. My hands were swollen and bruised because of all the failed attempts. I said nothing, I let it go. All i asked was they refund me my money because they could not perform the procedure and they said they would and the refund would come in 6 week. 3 months later, here we are and I'm still waiting. At this point, its not about $200 , its about being ethical which LOL you all know.

Worst Medical Clinic ever. Dr Anjali Joshi is the most disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical "doctor" i have ever come across. She was rude, passive, and did NOT even bother to diagnose my symptoms or do any basic/general check ups , despite my symptoms being quite concerning. She kept saying I shouldn't be booking / seeing new doctors and keep "jumping from clinic to clinic" even though I told her my regular doctor was away and I had no choice. Worst experience ever, I would even consider complaining to Medicare about her because honestly, who the eff gave her a Medical degree/Doctors Cert. She is HORRIBLE. Cant forget to mention, the receptionists are just as bad - rude, no manners, lack of energy. Such a joke of a clinic. Don't know who hired these people.

Unfortunately 2 of the receptionists were constantly absolutely horrible towards me and other people for no reason. Rude, always angry and talking down to the patients. This has really messed with me mentally and I can no longer bring myself to make my own doctors appointments no matter how sick I am. Worst customer service ever and I do not recommend this practice to anyone due to my personal experiences. Unless you like being spoken to like complete trash. They also do not have a very good capacity for answering the phones. I decided to book my appointments online, but still had to speak to the receptionist when attending, so I stopped going to them completely over a year ago. I have since moved away from the area.

This was our regular practice a few years back. We stopped going there as we found a new GP but since lost them and returned to Tristar seeing whoever was available as it's right down the road from where we live. The wait times for your appointment can be ridiculously long sometimes but we were happy with the service we got. For the last few weeks I have been trying to call to get appointments and can't get an answer on the phone AT ALL. Have had to book with the superclinic. Really disappointing especially as you can't even book online. After trying again today to call for an appointment and waiting on hold for 30mins I think I'll just be switching to a new clinic for good. It's just a waste of time.

Absolutely pathetic. Promptly scheduled an urgent appointment at the clinic. Due to working in disability this appointment was very important in order to be physically cleared to work. I arrive at the clinic and am told that all appointments are cancelled for the day. And no one has notified me of the cancellations. They then tell me all appointments will be over the phone (like that will help). They were not willing to disclose the reason either. I will never be returning to this joke of a clinic again which have wasted my time and affected my work. From reading other reviews on here it shows that Tristar have a track record of this type of behavior. Never again....

I do not recommend this clinic. The reception staff can be very rude and are 95% of the time, very unhelpful. This clinic never runs on time, they have a serious lack of communication between staff and seeing the doctors is a total waste of time unless you’re in need of a medical certificate. A medical certificate is evidently a quick fix to pushing patients out the door as fast as possible at this clinic. Dr Vivian consistently wastes my time in particular and there is also no point in ringing head office as the staff there couldn’t care less about contacting you to resolve any personal issues or concerns either. Bankruptcy isn’t a valid reason to mistreat patients.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Reception staff at Tristar Epping was unwilling to help when we requested the refund of an incorrect charge. We sent a lot of emails to Tristar Head office to follow up on the refund, no proper response was received. Health Complaints Commissioner was involved for 3 months, howerver, Tristar did not pay back the incorrect charge to us until we got CEO of Tristar involved as well as told them that we intended to sue them. We received the refund after 8 months long. Dr. Joshi showed a lot of unprofessional conducts and incompetent practices. She ignored my wife’s symptoms and misread my wife’s lab test result, causing the infection untreated.

This is one of the worst medical practices in Australia. The reception staff were great, it's the doctors that are the problem. I have never felt so disregarded than I have at this practice. I stopped going a few years ago now, but the experience was so shockingly bad that it still eats at me and I still finally want to give a review. I suffer from a neurological condition with horrible migraines and instead of prescribing me anything for them she literally said "well what do you want me to do then." In the rudest tone. I would understand if I were doctor shopping for scripts but I saw her numerous times for help and she just refused (or didn't care.).

The worst! You need to stay away from this place. The customer service is just disgusting. The receptionists are quite rude. I Called today right on opening hours to book an appointment and I was left listening to stupid hold music for over an hour! I eventually hung up and when I tried to call back, the phone went to busy. I know its a large medical centre but this is not the way to go about helping out the local community. You used to be able to just book an appointment online via the health engine app and now that service has been taken away. Unfortunately the only way to get through to this practice is via a phone call..... good luck

The price for a private consult is $69 not $80 quite low compared to other clinics in the area and you get back $39.75 on the spot from Medicare so really you are only paying $29.25 to see a dr. All clinics are going private these days, you can blame the government for that after not increasing doctors wages for ages Aside from an increase in the rebate in 2004–2005 and 2005–2006, it has failed to stay on course with the cost of living, with the report citing a rebate increase of just 7.3% from $37.05 in 2017–2018 to $39.75 in 2022–2023. This is despite the CPI increasing by 13.9%, and the AWE by 14.7%, over the same period.

The receptionist named dips dips or no idea whats her full name is so rudee.... we called her this morning that we want to see Dr. Ankur & she booked us around 02:30pm but after we arrived here she said that its a long wait and we need to wait 30 mins..... we were ok with that but after 3:15pm she said that u have to wait bit more and was rude that if we can’t wait then go to northern medical hospital.... rude and unprofessional receptionist..... and there was one person who called 18hrs ago to book an appointment around 02:30 but the same receptionist forget to book him in. This is how professionally she is working......

I made an appointment over the phone a week in advanced I confirmed via text and email the day before and even called when I arrived for my appointment reception said there were no appointments in my name I showed confirmation so they check with Dr Jhelum and she would not even make the effort to see me after all appointments were confirmed the reception were trying to assist me snd thankfully managed to make another appointment with a lovely considerate Dr Chahal who had done form of empathy in my situation so Thankyou they really need to get their appointment system corrected especially when you travel to get there

Love the facilities and female doctors are very caring and genuine. They make sure that their patients throughly understand and happy to listen to any concerns. I was however was very disappointed with the female receptionist working on the 12/02/2018 at 3:30pm, saying and I quote ‘I don’t know what your on about’ when they couldn’t find me on their system even though I was seen by their doctors previously. I find it very distasteful. They could of been a better way of saying that she had trouble finding me. I’m sure it was a busy day but please be a little more professional. Many thanks.

What a joke of a GP clinic this is.. i have gallstones, the doc told me there to small to have anything done about it and sent me home with a private specialist referral only cause i insisted on it, also hesitated to give me pain killers asked me to use panadol, (for gallstone pain) what a joke... After getting a second opinion from another gp clinic i was referred to a specialist within the public sector and i will have to get them removed soon. No thanks to this clinic!

Tristar Medical Group in Epping are amazing. Having to book Employee medicals has been so easy with Tristar in Epping. I deal with Julianne from the Industrial area and she has our special requirements on file, books the employees in and follows through with the results back which means i don't have to follow up! I'm so happy with the customer service i receive from Julianne and i've had great feedback from staff with regards to the Doctors as was. Well done Tristar!

On the phone for ten minutes on Sunday afternoon, wanting to make an appointment.No answer ! Rang twice. If it says on the website that the practice closes at 6pm, why is there no staff manning the phones. It was not even 5pm when I rang.Admin staff are rude, not all of them, especially older lady with grey hair.Only good thing about this practice is Dr.Diana. Tristar need to pick up thier game! If Dr.Diana ever leaves I will be taking my business elsewhere!

The receptionists always go above and beyond in helping. Booked online - dr wasn't coming till late afternoon. The receptionist contacted me quickly and ensured I was able to still see the dr. They kept me updated with what was happening. I have multiple chronic complex medical conditions the dr has always given the best care possible, his thorough with his testing and makes referrals where possible. The team are amazing, couldn't fault them at all.

On the phone waiting for so long I drove to the clinic and walked in to find one receptionist just standing there with no other patient in sight and my phone still on hold while I was there...lol...??? I was told there are 2 receptionists ..hmmm only 1 in sight and the other standing around.... this happens not just once but all the time and then after a long wait on hold the phone hangs up...great service...keep up the high quality standards!

Worst medical centre ever. Such a shame because this place used to be good but all the good doctors have left and now people are being treated by a bunch of duds. Dr "G" is very un organised. I had a appointment with him 2 weeks ago and hewas supposed to call me back for a phone consultation on that Thursday and he NEVER got back to me and this was in regards to results for my health. I have wasted my time trying to chase them up.

The doctors in this clinic need to be reassessed with their medical degree and how on earth did they even pass their medical degree. Not only did the doctor almost kill me with a iron infusion and now have constant heart pain and in and out of hospital but encourages me to take tablets i dont need. This clinic is a joke how on earth did it get the approval of re opening with doctors who dont care about you and only their pockets.

The doctors are great however Helan at the reception desk is incredibly rude. She was impatient, inconsiderate and intolerable. She should no be anyones first point of service. Shame on tristar for not reviewing their staff. I walked in with something stuck in my eye. I was in the waiting room for over 20 mins without any patient in front of me, after being approached she blamed her incompetence on the computer.

Receptionist v rude. Tone of voice look everything v uncouth. No mannerisms. Phone on hold when I called long period like one hour I physically went there and rang their land phone. Receptionist didn't pick any calls . She s busy with her personal stuff. So there's evidence receptionist not picking the phone at all. Why you bother going there. One must know what should be done?

Helen at reception is possibly the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. She has zero customer service skill and zero regard for the customer. No attention to detail and does not listen to the customer. Tristar would be losing money and clients by employing her. She is a very bad representation of Tristar as the doctors I have had over the years have been good.

Today is the last time I ever try to call this clinic for an appointment. Not only did they leak my confidential medical information a year ago to another patient, they provided no redress and no reimbursement. The receptionist are incredibly rude always, over the phone and in person. And by the time you get an appointment you'll probably either be better already or dead.

Rude receptionist, has a enormous attitude problem asking questions which only the doctrs she be asking, asked for a phone consultation but she was extremely unprofessional and cold with that and said cant do any better, cant give a time, doctors are too busy have to call when available. I mean seriously?? Whats the whole point of setting up an appointment then??

I highly recommend Dr Diana Petropulos for her knowledge and the wonderful care she provides at the Epping Family Doctors Clinic - at Epping Family Doctors at 230 Cooper St Epping, and the polite and attentive reception team for their customer service. I recomend this new Clinic; I rated them 5 stars, but if I could I would've give them 10 stars.

Dr Diana Petropolous is Amazing, very considerate, very thorough in her work and takes pride! My whole family have her as a GP. Dr Jhelum and Dr Ouraha have also been amazing doctors which I consulted when Dr Diana hasn’t been available. Most staff at reception are great there is one who is rude but I go there for the doctor not the receptionst.

That other receptionist is tge worst of the worst you can ever get no customer service skills no care no respect rude arrogant I don't even know her name I don't want to get it wrong but I think it's Helen maybe I don't know zero professionalism

Spend 25 minutes waiting on the phone, then they hang up, try to call back and the phones of the hook. Poor service by the reception desk. Also when you happen to get a booking, don't expect to be seen within an hour after the booking, the purpose of making a booking is not valid in this place. Worst medical centre that I have come across

Had my medical fit examination today, went great! The receptionist's were very helpful and understanding so were the nurses, Dr Fernando is great doctor understanding respectful and funny! Just a totally terrible medical service. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Nurses incompetent and doctors and nurses failed to organise my elderly aunt's scripts are numerous attempts and visits. They only want to swipe your credit card. No service here. Have gone elsewhere and totally better in every way. Awful place.

I really like the doctor who treats me however I dislike the receptionists. They make you wait while they talk amongst themselves. Don't even acknowledge you. When they finally decide to speak to you they can't find you on the appointment list/ on the computer. Happens every time! Even when I call to confirm my booking

I had a booking thorough injurynet at 9.45am. The booking haven't gone through properly and the Doctor accused me for the delay saying that the booking was at 10.45 and it's not their fault and none of their concern. I had to wait till 11.20 to be called in. Don't go there unless it's really necessary or and emergency.

This is a great practice! I was going to another Doctor Clinic but come here for all my needs and sickness. Dr Diana is a very caring Dr i find her the best. Along with Dr Sha and Dr. Patil. Very considerate of your needs. Not much of a wait the longest wait was only 30 Minutes. The only Dr i didn't like was Dr Joshi.

They charged me 342.0 for inserting a Mirena IUDI checked many places prices it was 125 or 100 or even less,and the reception said they have record file that Dr said the cost of the procedure! And she said you talk to Dr yesterday over the phone but you know ,I actually saw Dr face to face!!!!!! …

We loved the way Dr. Lavanya K listened our concern patiently and treated our daughter in such a professional and kid friendly manner. Also the lady at reception was polite and supportive. Must say it is the best ever GP service we have came across in Melbourne. Thank you to the doctor and medical group.

The easiest way to book an appointment is telephone call. However, the waiting time on phone is more than tooooooooooi long. Once I called while I’m home and waited for about 40 minutes with no answer.. the frustrating thing is I drove my car to the clinic and finish the booking and no one answered

“ Hayley” the girl at reception is worst and I can’t trust her words. She should not be misguiding patients who are in problem. I will never book an appointment from her. Tristan should look into her work. Patient who is in problem should not be treated the way he treats.

Receptionists at the front counter are very cold and never listen to anyone. I called them yesterday for some reason but had very bad experience with one of the staff at reception. Apart from helen....rest of the other staff members are very rude and cold.

Would not bother coming here even if you are on your death bed. I had an appointment and the dr I was supposed to see cracked it and walked out cos the computers were not working. I was forced to see another dr who was not able to prescribe any medication.

Don’t EVER see Dr Vivian Ourha!!!! Overly opinionated, rude, if you question or challenge her opinion she’ll refuse to treat you and tell you to see another Doctor. She told me my back pain was psychological but I needed to have surgery on my spine.

Ubsolutely usless service, cant even get thru to make an appointment, such a shame as there are good doctors there but reception stuff it all up everyone,need to get ur act together asap

Receptionist was so helpful and pleasant the Nurse was fantastic very efficient and the Dr was good explaining everything a pleasure to deal with and on time this was a first in my life

Visited Epping Family Clinic in 1/05/2023 saw Dr Petropoulos she is a fantastic doctor, very caring and understanding. The only downfall I had to wait 45 mins to see the doctor.

Doctor I booked with didn't see normal patients. Had to wait about 20-30 minutes to see a different doctor. Computer system needs fixing so these bookings cannot be made

Reception staff are as rude as they come. Dr Diana is great but long waiting times with limited phone service once your in the building make it a frustrating experience
