If I could give 0 stars I would. In December 2018 my partner and I brought a brand new Ranger from Essendon Ford. In May 2019 at 10,000kms our car completely stuffed up. Not drivable. Took it back to this dealership and long story short after 8 weeks of stuff around with Ford Australia and Consumers involved they gave us a replacement car. When getting the new car they wanted us to pay for the extras we already paid for in the original contract (paint protection, tinted windows etc) how ridiculous! This was a fight with them for a following two weeks. After they had enough they finally gave us our car in July 2019 with all the original extras and also stated verbally and in writing that they original contract remains in place (5 years warranty and 75k kms servicing) fast track to 15,000km service, they charged my partner for the service and for some system update. I called to which some rude lady named Leehane said she doesnt have time and to bring in the contract at next service. Fast track to last week booked for 30k service and I bring in the paper work. Frank takes a copy and says your lucky your saving 590 dollars for this service, i questioned about the last service and he is like you left it a bit late to ask for your money back? Umm... forward to today where Frank calls my partner saying we actually owe them for the service because we signed a new contract that states we dont get free servicing. I call Ford myself as I have all the documents and there was NO new contract. Suprise suprise Frank isnt available and the person we dealt with back in July 2019 no longer works there and the sales rep who we originally worked with no longer works there. They are a big stuff around and dont care about their customers. Stay away from this dealership. I am so dissapointed and am ready to take this further if they are not willing to adhere to the contract.

Horrible customer service. I had my car serviced and a loan car for the day. When arriving to the front desk, the lady handed over the keys and pointed outside to where I was to go and find the vehicle on my own with no direction or guidance. There was no pre inspection of the vehicle before handing over the keys and the car was dirty, full of scratches and had a dint on the side. I called up once I had found all these issues and Angela had began to accuse me of causing damage when I had not even left Essendon fields! I though I’d do the right thing and call up to alert their staff that they had loaned me a dirty & damaged vehicle however I was then blamed for what seemed like doing the right thing! I was also told that I had to pay the excess when I was the one who had the decency to point out the flaws since no staff members were able to notice before handing the car over to me. Angela showed absolutely no respect and she also used vulgar language. I was in complete and utter shock as my family had worked at Ford for 40 years and all of our family cars have been Ford. I have never come across such disrespect from the company and especially to such loyal customers. I will never recommend getting your car serviced here and I highly suggest your senior management reevaluate your servicing team and processes of loaning a car as I do not wish this experience to happen to any of your future customers. Thank you.

Very bad experience with Essendon Ford especially service department. No issues with the sales person he was helpful throughout the process. I was extremely disappointed when the car was delivered with the door trims scratched, because I paid for a brand-new vehicle. I also called attention to the corrosion on all four doors. Service department said it’s not corrosion and they’re not being helpful about it, and I’ve taken it to get a second opinion and they said it’s corrosion. I’ll be taking legal action cause the paint work is not a merchanable or retail quality. “All products supplied to consumer must be free of defects and flaws and the quality of the product must be at a level expected by a consumer for the retail price they paid”

He is is always courteous, attentive, polite and always provides alternative transport to Westfield Shopping Centre. Furthermore he always explains the various elements serviced and answers my questions to my satisfaction. I have purchased 4 Ford vehicles from Essendon Ford, and due to their attentiveness,have always returned for service. Prior to this I experienced very mediocre service, sometimes being treated poorly, with other make vehicles, but am extremely comfortable with Essendon Ford and would recommend this dealership as both my experience with their Sales and Service activities have been exceptional. Had a fairly major breakdown two Saturdays ago on the Hume just outside of Melbourne. Being that we were 200 kms away from our home town roadside was unable to tow it back to our local mechanic. Safe to say I was in a bit of a panic, first call I made was to the Essendon ford dealership and without even hesitating the salesman James told me to bring it straight to them where we could unload it off the tow truck and they kept it safe for us over the weekend. Then Anthony from the service department was in contact with me first thing on the Monday morning explaining the extent of the damage and the best way to go about repairing it. Would give 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible.

Could not have been happier with our experience!! We spent a whole Saturday searching for our cars and finally found it at Ford Essendon and hit it off instantly with Albert. No mucking about we told him what our family needs were and our budget and he gave us such a great deal, for 2 cars!!! I don’t post 5 star reviews lightly, but my experiences over the past year with Essendon Ford has been amazing! Dylan who sold me my Ranger, went above and beyond to keep me excited and up to date while I was waiting for my car. He also did not push anything I didn’t want. Then the service department (the lovely service manager, assistant manager and receptionist) have also been friendly, understanding, compassionate and generous when dealing with me when my service's were due. If you want more than just a car salesman, get your next car from here. The team is amazing.

I've found the service team to be terrific for the years I have been going here, but not so for the Sales team who have terrible customer service! Have rung a number of times for sales, left messages, and no one calls you back (and I see I'm not the only one leaving this feedback!). Attended in person too, and the couple of staff who were there, were too busy talking to each other to speak to me so I ended up just walking out. I'm a genuine buyer who wants to place an order, so I'm off to another dealership as clearly they don't want my business here!

avoid the service team at all costs, they are a bunch of liars and charge for nothing, they apparently took off my shocker and realised it was faulty, but they put it back in because they didnt have the time to fix it. went to another dealer and they said thats nonsense, the shocker is leaking oil and is covered by warranty, no mechanic would remove it to test it.

Just got a second hand toyota from them and they gave it to me in the perfect condition, it was just like new and the price was great especially with all the add owns.
