Cannot understandhow hard it is to get service from this dealer. Have a rattle near the speedo, so rang to make a booking and reception kept on saying that i would need to leave the car all day. I said that i was not in a hurry to get tis attended to but what i wanted was to be able to get the car attended to and wait for it to be fixed, not wait all day. Receptionist said ok you will need to get the car hear at 7:30 am on the day and i said great. Day prior got sms saying to be there at 7:20 am. So at 5:20 am pitch black and pouring with rain i leave home for the 105 klm trip, arrive wait for service to open, first car in and the service man says that they need the car for the whole day, i said no way i am here to wait while you fix it. Lots more squabling and i said well if you need a part then put it back together and rebook. 9:10 am service guy say car is ready and that they would have to rebook for another day as they never had time to remove the cluster and investigate further, I was not happy and wanted to know why could they not complete and the answer was, as i could not leave it for the day,and that they have priority customers that prevents them from attending to my vehicle from start to finish. Cannot figure/underestand this mentality of poor customer service, so they want me to drive 420 kilometers and waist 12 hours to get a small rattle fixed. Lost me mr Wignall, surely i should have been prioritised as that what i was booked in for.

The worst experience trying to buy a car I've ever had. Wife and I found a used Kia Sorento advertised. This was a monday we arrived to test drive it. Found it had a flat tyre so the sales rep said he would have it repaired before we could test drive it. We were told we would be called that afternoon to confirm if it was ready for test drive the following day. Heard nothing...called tuesday to be told it was still not ready?? Surely a flat tyre is a 10 minute fix. Was told again we would be called when it was ready. Friday rolls around and we get a call asking if we were still interested. Well yes we have been waiting to hear that it was ready. The sales rep books us in for a test drive for 11am Saturday. Ok cool. Saturday.... turn up with family ready to buy the car ... nope the car is currently out on another test drive. Sales rep tells me he booked 2 test drives at the same time... awesome. That other test driver bought the car.

I looked at a number of Ford Territories over the last month or so, I wanted a family size SUV without spending loads of cash on a new vehicle. I visited a few dealers and had an ok experience, at one of the dealers I had a bad experience, then I found the car I wanted at Jeff Wignall Ford in Mornington. I spoke to Shane over the phone and went in that afternoon. The stars essentially aligned - he is a good, decent guy with a tip top, friendly personality, the trade in for my car was good and they were very close to matching my budget, I ended up with a price that I was happy with. We bought it then and there. Pretty happy with our experience and Shane made our experience a pleasant one. If you're in the market for a used car go see him, highly recommended.

It was well worth the trip. Will definitely be back in the future when in the market for our next fit for purpose vehicle. I recently sent an enquiry through Carsales in regards to a used car. I was contacted immediately by the salesman who said he would send all the contact details to me by text. They never arrived. I visited the yard the next day and after 20 mins of waiting, the salesman came out and took another 10 mins to locate the car. The car i was told had no damage actually needs both front and rear bars repainted. The condition was appalling and the keys were not available. I have since bought from a fairly local to you dealer. Same model car, same colour similar klms but immaculate at the same price. Such a disappointing experience. I will not be back

I, like many others, have a next gen Ranger that has a vibration problem. I've had it back to be repaired three times. Twice it's been handed back and I've been told it's fixed. Twice I took it for a test drive and the vibration is still there. They either haven't test driven it or they just lie about fixing it. So it's booked in again for a third try, however it's a six week wait.... Don't buy a next gen Ranger until this vibration problem has been sorted and Ford get their customer service right. Edit. After the third attempt to fix it, it was handed back as unfixable. I was told to take it up with Ford directly.

I traded my Ute in on a much later model Territory. All the staff I dealt with including the Sales Manager were easy going and a pleasure to deal with. I’ve followed the Territory market for many months and the one I purchased was very low in Ks, excellent condition and below market value. I got a very fair trade in but was unable to attend the dealership for settlement and the car was delivered to my home for the handover and collection of my vehicle. Highly recommended dealership. I’ve bought work, business and private vehicles all my life and this was the best experience I’ve had. Thank you Al and Tony.

Purchased a 2018 x-trail last November. First service under warranty today. Extremely happy. Just small things like cleaning my instrument panel which was annoying as it was foggy to me. Was going to use toothpaste to clean it after service. Cheers to all. Great customer service. Update. Traded the x-trail in for a Subaru impreza premium g5. Great trade in price. As usual Cleeton was very helpful. up to Robyn whom takes care of the dashcam side of things. No pressure at all. Makes you feel like a valued customer. The service personal are just as helpful.

From the start Jeff Wignall ford had already given me a great impression, most of my initial contact had to be made via phone because of covid restrictions but the team there never let that get in the way of great customer service, they kept me up to date from start to finish. Thank goodness the restrictions were dropped and i was able to finish and close the purchase in person. The salesperson i had was awesome i would give him 10/10 from the start he was genuine and always made sure i was happy, thank you Christopher Morgan for such great experience! Took both of my cars there once. On one car I was charged over $300 for oil and the car overheated immediately after pickup due to them not bleeding cooling system properly. It was claimed the thermostat was faulty and they replaced. After a week in their workshop they realised it was their own fault. On the other car they diagnosed a failing power steering hose - it had never leaked. They replaced - 3 months later it came loose, causing power steering to fail, pumping fluid everywhere. Unbelievable and expensive incompetence.

My wife drove our 14 month old Everest from Gold Coast to Mornington for a wedding. While there, the Everest suddenly died but was able to be restarted after several attempts. A call to Jeff Wignall service in Mornington was made and the car was dropped off there. Despite the fact that they were frantically busy, they managed to get the car diagnosed (a chafing cable loom) and rectify on the day. A huge thanks to Harry and the team for their excellent service, especially at a time when they were so busy.

Was told the fuel in my 2021 Ranger was dodgey....cost a couple of grand to have the injectors clean. No way was the fuel dodgey!! Was also told there was a service bulleting for Torgue convertor and they would order in parts for a warranty replacement. After about 6 weeks, I heard nothing so i called them to be told I would be called back. Still nothing!! Contacted Ford Head office Support and after 3 more weeks still waiting.....

Drove nearly 2 hours to buy a car. Chose one car and started the deal price was pre negotiated. The sales person was a condescending buff head. No ethics jacked up the price by 3k when I said I don’t need finance. Had the price in text messages. Lied to my face, no knowledge of the car he was selling and no interest in customer. I don’t understand how these guys manage to get 5 stars. Wasted my whole day. ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Had amazing customer experience with Bella who went above and beyond with everything i needed. Other staff were also extremely helpful including Stephanie. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and quick with no dramas at all. I had previously gone to a competetor few weeks before and the customer service did not even compare with Wignall Ford. I will certainly come back to these guys next time.

The 20 minute drive back to the dealership was easy because he was so friendly and easy to talk to. They also stayed back after closing time for me.
