I’m very disappointed with the service I had at this gas station. At around 5 pm Friday, November 24th, 2023, I accidentally paid for someone’s gas instead of mine which was more expensive, and because the people I paid for drove away. The attendee said they couldn’t do anything and I need to speak to a manager on Monday. This is theft it should be reported to police. I remained calm because I know it doesn’t solve anything to yell at your attendees and the fact of me complaining probably wouldn’t change the fact he can’t do anything. Just know I was livid! This is a ridiculous policy you all have. I get it, it’s tough times, but do you really have to side with thieves? Either a manager can give me a call, and we could talk this out please, or I’m going to my credit card company and disputing the charge. You have camera footage of me pulling in to pump 10 not 9. I have photos of pump 10 and the fact I was supposed only be charged $30.87 not $46.20. Next time you don’t want a bad review, please change your policy on siding with thieves!!!

I have been in canada for more than three years, this is very first i have seen worst service at this(331 fruitland rd, stoney creek) esso gas station.It happen such me and my friend visited this gas station on october 23 2020 at around 23:20:15 , i asked for scratch ticket and one of their employee refuse to sell me ticket as i didn’t have my id.I am ok with that as he has right to refuse to sell ticket, but my friend also want to buy ticket and he refuse him to sell eventhough he has ID with him. I dont understand how can he refuse? We ask him reason and he told he don’t want to sell and he can refuse to anyone as per their policy. We tried again and he begin to threaten us by saying he will call the cops and told us to get out of store and never come back. This is not the way to treat customer. Worst service and worst employee, never going back over there.

Pay attention to your receipts. Went inside and prepaid went to the pump and could only select premium, assuming they were out of gas as this is the norm when out of the lower grades so I didn't think anything else of it. Charged for premium when asked if I wanted regular and responded with yes, then told it was a simple mistake even though you have to punch in on multiple buttons what you're doing with that machine. Sounds like a simple enough excuse and that's why you need to watch out.

Stopped by at around 3:30am and had to grab something from inside. The door was locked and found this guy sleeping.... knocked on the glass twice to try and wake him up to open with no success. I understand this is the night shift but this is still unacceptable as the person knows what the job entails which is staying AWAKE. Esso needs to find a way to fix this as I notice I am not the only one that has had this complaint.

Turn-over rates of employees are high, meanwhile they seem to terminate with no good or clear reason. Non-sensible. If you do choose to work here, note that you will be standing for 8 hours and prepare for a hassle when you want to sit down because your feet are burning. Poor management. On a good note, most of the employees are nice, hard workers, and the Esso points card is pretty convenient.

Used to come here all the time living on Fruitland road. But during the night shift after constantly having to sit at the pumps with no attendant to activate (sleeping in the back on the phone etc) the pumps wasting time or the door locked a car outfront and nobody available. Have had horrible interactions with staff here appears to be a high turn over rate.

Went there at 11:15pm on Tuesday november 10th to purchase a pack of smokes, few drinks and a bag of chips. Clerk is sitting at the desk talking on his cell phone with the doors locked. Extremely unprofessional considering how overpriced everything is in there already. Thanks for nothing, won't be paying your store anymore visits.

I cant believe how rude the guy on night shift is(Aug. 9th)?!! I say good morning, nothing from him, I say thanks for the service, not even a your welcome, I tell him to have a great day, nothing!!! No smiles, he is NOT Pleasant at all!!!! And NOT the first time I have encountered this rude employee.

What an absolute HORRIBLE HORRIBLE car wash. My car was cleaner before I went in. Left a discusting film all over my windows and could not see out of them at all when I left. Giving this a 1 star rating as it doesn't let me give it a 0 Rating. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Regarding the long message by "h gee" about the night person being asleep. He was on a mandatory break at that time. It's really not cool of you putting a picture of him up since he did nothing wrong. You should remove your comment.

The lot was clear of snow and ice in the middle of an ice storm. The sidewalk and entry were also very clear. The restroom very clean and the gentleman who was at the point of sale was friendly when I made my purchase.

BRUTAL high gas prices. What a joke. Save your money and drive 5 minutes to Costco and save .14 cents a litre. Unbelievable that they can get away with charging these high prices. Definitely DON'T RECOMMEND this place

Ridiculously high gas gas prices!!!! I will never go there again!!! Esso Upper Centennial pkwy diesel 88.9L. Esso Centennial pkwy 93.9 and Esso Fruitland 101.5??? It’s the same gas station???

Great location right off the highway. Stopped on my way to Niagara Falls. Clean bathrooms inside and friendly staff. Will visit this place again. Always been a fan of the esso Brand.

I try to avoid going to gas station bathrooms, but I really had to go. I was pleasantly surprised. This bathroom was cleaner than most restaurant bathrooms!

I dealt with Greg at this Esso he helped me put air in my tire..he is a sweet kind man! I would go there again just to speak with Greg!

Manager is awesome! Car wash is great! when you sign up for a monthly pass you get your first month free. Great wash too!

Is it just me or are gas pump displays getting extremely slow, takes forever to respond, what happen quick tap and fill
