Visited this location in need of a porcelain throne and boy was it average. Like any gas station, the seat seemed unusually hot and sticky, and I am fairly certain a mother raccoon was nursing in the vent system based on the smell. So why 3 stars, you might ask? Why would I, such a critic, bestow an above average rating on such a middling establishment? Well for starters, no one gave me a look when I unashamedly went straight for the bathroom, with no attempt at politeness in buying a small item to show my appreciation. And it’s a gas station bathroom, people! If the toilet flushes, there’s soap in the dispenser, and no drifter in the stall with you, that’s a win. Plus they had some cool wall tiles. Asking more than that seems greedy. Xoxo

Seems like their gas prices change a little bit slower than everywhere else, so that’s a pretty big plus. If you like Tim Hortons coffee paired with a 7/11 Taquito, you can do that here too. It’s a pretty unique combo, one that I was pleasantly surprised by. Bonus points if you stir the coffee with your taquito. You might expect it to get soggy and bitter, but crunch stays intact! Gotta take a star away because the carwash isn’t very good here.

Very bad customer service. Wanted to purchase 711 Speakout air time but the lady didn't verify with me and just gave me the Virgin top up. I spent the whole day trying to figure it out why. Ended up calling Speakout customer service and found out the wrong air time. Called the store and explained what has happened. The man over the phone didn't say sorry instead blamed on me didn't verify with them! Won't go to that store again, ever!

Rude manager. Had problem with gas receipt, they said call me back after checking surveillance video but no one called. When I visited again, manager said that is my responsibility to make sure press right button. And he said he is not allowed to check video. What the? And when he phone the store manager , she said she checked video but no time to phone me back. What the hell? Worst customer complaint handling ever.

Usually, I have no problem with fueling my car and buying car wash at the pump. This time the pump screen sent me inside for the receipt. I didn't check that the receipt wasn't mine. Had to get out of the car wash line, go inside and ask for help. Fortunately, they were able to find and print out the right receipt. Thank you

This place gas always cost.more then other locations. Gas price are low everywhere for nov 19/20 to present but this location is always the highest. Last week gas price was 83-85 cent at other locations but here is still at 92.9 cent. I want to support near home business but they prices always higher then the rest.

The Tim Hortons is attached to it which, naturally, turns the pumps and parking lot into a complete gong show. And if you are paying at the pump when it gets busy, you may as well just hang that pump up, go in and pre-pay. Otherwise you'll be waiting forever.

Car wash is just a waste of money, Spent almost $18 on luxury car wash and all the bug stains were still there on my car. The blower dried my car from one side and the other was still wet as if i just washed it. Not Recommend.

I go to this esso every day. And they never remember me. The two ladies there ask for my id every time and stand there and look at me like im foreign. Like get to know your customers. Really poor customer service.

Very expense gas in the city. I paid $128.9 per litre for Supreme yesterday (Dec 04, 2018), whereas other stations are selling between $112.9- 118.9 I will never fill up here ever again. Extremely disappointed.

Good people for a 7 eleven gas bar. They always say hi I'm a regular so they asked where I was during covid they missed me. Personal comment but shows atmosphere. Sort of that home town cozy feeling.

There is a girl named Sarah and she works for the esso tim hortons past twins brooks the one near Rutherford and macewan and she deserves a raise she had fantastic customer service

Luxury car wash didn't do anything. I had to argue with the store clerk and manager for 10m just to get a rewash. Rewash barely did anything either. Waste of time and money.

Worst prices in the city. I avoid fuelling here . Almost always 10-15 cent cheaper anywhere else. Gas buddy app on map view is your best friend folks

Air pump doesnt work. Ate 4 bucks and asked the employee to give me a refund. She told me it works and couldnt do anything about it.

This station always changes its price last compared to others so that’s a plus. Good service and has a Tim Hortons 24/7 too.

Gas stations I normally don't have complaints, only good comments. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of options!

Great gas bar as it has a 7/11 and a drive thru Tim Horton's (has the option of sit down in the establishment).
