How disgusting! Just home from having washed my car there. Do not use Bay 3 by the way! The hose in bay 3 is leaking! Leaking so badly that half of me got wet! My gloves, coat, jeans sopping wet. When I went in to report this to shut the bay down the attendant standing with arms crossed simply said , " Sorry about that.' Sorry about that! Really? No offer to refund the bloody $3 car wash? No nothing?! It is Winter! I am sopping wet and you are sorry about that! Where is customer service these days? I wanted to do some Christmas shopping afterwards. Instead I had to go home and dry off. My clothes are so wet they are hanging on a line to dry out! Yes I too am sorry about that!

Worst.customer service .its 24 hours but when u visit at night time ,you see there was note at the door near 2.a.m that "Closed for the next 30 minutes ..sorry for in convinience " and there was no time mentioned .basically whenever the customer arrives.they have to wait 30.minutes.that was near an hour break.that is second time now.. i knocked so many times but the guy did not opened the door.. then he came out for smoke and he saw customer waiting outsidefor 40 min , still he dont care.he spent 10 minutes more to enjoy his cigaratte.That is great service.

The worst customer service ever. I wish I could give them 0 star. I was waiting there for half an hour and the guy in front of me was just laughing and talking to the customer rep. And the other rep was standing on the other side doing nothing instead of taking other customers. Would never go back there . When I told the other rep that I have been waiting for half an hour ,he said oh go somewhere else then. You know what I rather give my business to Poineer right beside it. It was Jan 6th 2020 at 10:20 am.

This station is definitely not user friendly to the disabled. There is no button to open the door. I have a wheelchair and a service dog. I can not pass the lottery booth if someone are getting their tickets. The isles are blocked so I can not get through. This all is a great concern. There are a umber of seniors living close by who have the same problem. I will be contacting the ombudsman and and human rights for the disabled. I hope this review gets serious consideration.

I got gas here one evening about two weeks ago. I used my credit card at one of the prepaid pumps about 10 on a Sunday evening. It was the first time I had used my credit card in several days for any kind of purchase. By 1 a.m. only 3 hours later my credit card had already been compromised and was being used for shopping in Mexico. I would not recommend using this place if you're worried about the security of your debit card or credit card

Good Staff, decent gas prices. Terrible conditions for what they pay you. The place is open 24 hours and is one of the more busy locations in Hamilton. Usually only one person per shift and can be very overwhelming with all the customers. Heads up no scheduled breaks aka no breaks so if it's busy (and always is) Good luck trying to use the washroom for a bowel movement or getting home on time without a line up of customers.

I don't go here often as it's not a convenient location for me, but do so occasionally because of the great car wash and discount with gas purchase. Whenever I have been there the inside staff have been helpful in terms of instructions, getting points, etc.

My go to spot to buy gas. The biggest reason for this is that I'm able to drive in, get my gas, then pay for my gas and leave. There are a lot of gas stations on the mountain that don't do that because of theft according to them. But it's

A great 4 corner location for many services. Tim Hortons, Sweet Paradise bakery/catering a No Frills, many things in this area. Esso is located on a big lot next to Tim Hortons and a DIY carwash with vacuums.

Excellent place to buy gas. Also sells snacks and beverages on site. There is also a Tim Hortons in here and also a Tim Hortons drive thru. I like this establishment so much I go all the time!

Great place to get gas. Cheap and the lines to check out are not long at all. Go there every morning before work to get food and they treat everyone with respect

Fuel discount card hasn't worked here for weeks. They seem to make no effort to fix it. It works at every other location I've been to except this one.

The manual car wash here needs maintenance. Car wash bay 3 had an issue with the pre-wash spray not working. Brush was not foaming or soaping up.

This is THE SPOT. My mom's place is around the corner and I usually pop in here like maybe 3 x a day when I'm home. This is my go to Timmies lol.

Esso is just a couple houses down from me, the location is a one stop shop for groceries, gas, food and tim hortons. I stop by every day!

Your average gas station. Has small Tim Horton's drive through and convenience store. Oh car wash too.
