The staff aren't very friendly especially the manager and his wife. I felt my presence in store was making them uncomfortable and the sooner I left, the better; as if me being in store would stop other customers coming in. I'm a ver polite and smiley person but I guess manners are nothing when you have a visible abnormality/disability - appalling attitude to have when youre a couple of metres away from a childrens hospital... Need better people skills, especially for someone classed as a manager

Absolutely disgusting customer service, charged me double the normal prices and asked for cash only and when asked for a receipt, they refused to give me one, which is illegal. And when i wanted to return my items the cashier also refused to refund me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

My sick girlfriend wanted ferero Roche. I went to Tesco and, as always, it was closing early, (they wouldn't let me in). So, I went to this place and it was open!
