Buyer beware! Ethan Allen only gives one year warranty and G-d forbid you go over it they will do nothing. We purchased a leather sofa, love seat, entertainment unit, end table, ottoman and 3 area rugs. About a month after the year warranty ran out I noticed that the finish on the leather is rubbing off and changing colors. I contacted my sales person,and by the time they sent someone out to take pictures( which you really can’t see what’s going in) another 2 weeks past. I was told to call corporate which I did, then was told it was up to local store owner to resolve. Owner was very rude and very unwilling to even come out and look at it. When we started looking for furniture we were deciding between Ethan Allen and Lazy boy. Should have gone with Lazyboy.

John at Ethan Allen helped us find the right combination of fabrics for our new sofas and chairs. He was patient and had great suggestions. When our furniture was delivered, there was a slight defect in one of the zippers. The deliverymen immediately came back to get the piece and had it repaired and back to us in one day. We absolutely love our new furniture. Not only does it look great, but it's solidly made. We can really tell the difference from our old, cheap furniture. We recommend Ethan Allen highly.

The owner commented to me that he never had a problem with leather furniture in 40 years. Accusing us that we caused the problem. Looking at the reviews it looks like another customer had a very similar issue 5 months ago. I have no problem using my extended warranty. Speaking with the owner I asked him what happens if they could not fix the issue. He did not want to comment or discuss next steps.Overall he couldn’t be bothered to call Ethan Allen corporate asking his staff to send an email. Again beware.

After 3 years of trying and failing to find great leather chairs at multiple local companies, we finally got what we had been searching for. Great customer service? Check! Great leather? Check! Strong sturdy, well built furniture, and made on this continent? Check! Check! and Check! Custom made for us? Check! I don't know if I will ever buy furniture in Albuquerque from anywhere else. We did have to wait a long time for them to get here but it was well worth the wait. Quality always is.

We purchased 2 leather chairs from Ethan Allen for $6.300. After 5 months the headrest on 1 of the chairs discolored. We tried to get Ethan Allen to fix, replace or give a store credit, so we could get new chairs or our chairs fixed. After numerous requests the store refused to help us. It is very discouraging to spend that much money and get no help from Ethan Allen. We will never buy anything from them again and we suggest no one purchase anything from Ethan Allen.

Excellent service and great advice. My sofa was delivered and the guys were friendly and efficient. The best part is that the sofa is so well made. I had a Basset sofa in the same design, same pillow configuration - the Ethan Allen just blows it away. The fabric is so much better and the workmanship is impeccable. Oh, and I paid as much or more for the bassett!

Albuquerque is lucky to have an Ethan Allen, and those of us who have figured that out have the most beautiful homes in the city. Those of you who bought elsewhere know it most. Why buy your dream home and fill it with things you don't love? If you take pride in your home and want heirloom pieces to pass down, this is the only store in town you need to visit.

Yes, their furniture is more expensive than most, but the quality and enduring styling are well worth it. I have nine different pieces from Ethan Allen and I’ve never been disappointed with any of them. If you’re looking for really trendy avant-garde styles, this isn’t the store for you although they do have contemporary, modern and kid furniture lines.

Our stylist was great and we love the finished product! My only complaint was the timing. We were told the official estimated time to complete the order was 6 weeks, but not expect anything before 8 weeks. The order was not delivered until 13 weeks after we placed it.

Wow! What a selection of fine, quality merchandise! Classy, stylish furniture you won't find at their competitors! Costly? Yes! Worth it in value? Absolutely! Ask for 'Adam' when you go! You'll be glad you did! (I'm a repeat customer!)

Helping a friend buy a couch. Nice stuff, very pretty. Seems like a trend for couches is a back that leans back a lot, so not many of them were that comfortable, especially for a short person. Lovely design choices, though.
