If I could give him -1 stars. I would. I originally spoke with Maurice in Sept of 2022 about planning a 50th birthday trip for me and 5 of my friends, shared my desired destinations and budget. He did not give us any potential locations for over 4 weeks. After we settled on St. Lucia and gave initial deposits, we still had not seen airfare costs. It wasn’t until January 2023 after many unreturned emails and phone calls, that he informed us of the cost of airfare- which was twice as much has he originally said. My group met with him via zoom in February and we asked for new locations that would not be as costly. By end of March 2023 (again after unreturned emails, vm and now texts) we asked for a refund. The refund request was not processed until April 5th and we were told it would take up to 6 weeks. The trip is scheduled for July 2023 and we had to find a new travel agent (who secured our new trip to Turks in 3 days). As of May 26th everyone had not received full refunds and again, he never responded to emails, vm or texts. It was not until we threatened legal recourse that we ALL received our refunds (totally over $3000). Needless to say, I would never recommend his service, not just because he didn’t deliver, but because he was completely unresponsive and unprofessional.

Eugene Toroko Travel has been nothing short of amazing. For the past 3 years my vacation plans were spot on. My locations were chosen for me; all I did was provide my desires for vacation, the purpose and my spending limits. Customer service is awesome and if any issues arise they are handled immediately, efficiently & with care. Everything is taken care of down to luxury transports. I have enjoyed everything from spa treatments & cabanas in Cancun to birthday celebrations, native dining, ocean front villas & wet bar pool parties in several parts of Jamaica. My travel buddies, family & friends have all been treated like we are important and I am a satisfied customer. Eugene Toriko is my Go-to for traveling.

Eugene Toriko curated the most magnificent trip for our anniversary to Riviera Maya. Maurice's attention to detail from start to finish made for a seamless travel experience. He checked on us to ensure everything was going as planned and quickly ironed out any issues that arose. He gave us great travel tips and insight! I can't express how happy and grateful we are to have chosen Eugene Toriko to plan our trip. I can't wait to see what Maurice designs for our next trip!

Traveled to UAE using Maurice! Loved his service. Our hotel was luxurious and convenient to all the happenings. Maurice was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed prior to travel and he was available for questions upon arrival. Would definitely use again .
