I have experienced Gold Class before and absolutely loved it, however, the service at Gold Class Campbeltown was quite disappointing. We arrived an hour early to our session, to order our food and to enjoy a drink in the Gold Class lounge. We entered the movie and awaited our food as the movie began. Everyone around us started getting their food, we waited… nothing. An hour had gone by, people were starting to receive their desserts, we decided to speak up. When it was brought to the staffs attention that we had not received our food, they looked confused as if they did not know anything about this. The food came out 20 minutes later, quite cold, chewy and over cooked. Not to mention, the brownie that we ordered for dessert also came out with our mains and that was the consistency of baby food. Due to this neglect and delay, our food all came out at once near the end of the movie and we were made to basically shove all the food down, as well as our dessert. This was not ideal. The food itself was cold, dry, chewy, bland and EXPENSIVE. If I’m going to the movies from now on, I’m going to go into a standard session and eat at a nice restaurant beforehand and probably pay a cheaper price for better quality food and service. When we left, we had to get a refund for a glass of moscato that we didn’t receive as the cinema had run out of it (yet another inconvenience). When we received this refund, I decided to politely let the manager know of our unfortunate disappointment with our experience that night. The manager showed no empathy, no emotions and acted as if he didn’t care about what we had to say. He said that he would “look into it” but I didn’t feel it was genuine. It was almost as if he had already received our $150 and he didn’t care about what we had to say or how our experience was. For the price that you pay, you expect good service and good food and I didn’t get this at Gold Class Campbeltown. Due to this, I will not be returning to Gold Class myself and will definitely not be referring it to anyone else.
The mrs and myself go to gold class here semi regularly and for what you pay, the experience is lacking. The drinks are always good and there’s a wide variety to choose from which is nice, and they’re brought to you when they say they’ll bring them which is nice too, however the food leaves a lot to be desired. It’s basic food which is fine, but from our experience, is either cold when it gets to you or fried to death and dry. The only food I’ve eaten there that’s been nice in the last two occasions has been the arancini balls. This includes the pop corn which on almost every occasion is cold and/or stale. This is really annoying seeing the food is ridiculously over priced to begin for the basic things on offer, let alone to receive cold and or stale.. Another thing worth noting, the seats in the cinemas need to be repaired as in most of them you can feel the frame of the chair sticking into you as well as the leg rests not coming up all the way when reclined and the fabric is pretty feral looking too. On the last occasion I went, the chair did not recline properly and and the frame was right across your back. I understand that sometimes these things happen, but this is pretty common place. An email was sent by my partner which seems to have been ignored as we’ve heard nothing back for weeks. Sadly We wont be attending another movie at this cinema, not worth the rip off
The movies were fantastic, the Gold Class experience was everything we expected. There is nothing negative about the Event Cinemas experience in any way. I would have given 5*, BUT..... be warned about the car parking charges. You can watch a 2 5 hour movie, and parking is free. But, watch TWO movies, and they only add 1 hour to your free parking, meaning that you have to pay a fee. And they do not care to listen to reason or logic either, which is sad. They do free parking all day, if you spend over $150, but... they don't tell you that. I didn't find that out until later, and you have to go to the Guest Services Desk [level THREE, opposite sun glass hut] to validate what you have spent. Yes, I know. It is only $5. But .... it is the principle of the thing. By staying to watch a second movie, eating, and shopping, the centres' clients earned an additional $200 in sales. And cost me a 2.5% additional "tax" for parking. Good Job Macarthur Centre Managed Parking. Drive your customer's customers elsewhere, and watch your rental demands decline. Enjoy your fiver. I am not bitter and twisted, I am just a realist. In a world of high inflation, it is every persons DUTY to avoid those taxes that they can - like parking fees, and toll roads. We DON'T have to pay them if we don't want.
Visited yesterday and found the whole place to be absolutely revolting. There was literally popcorn everywhere, the carpet was riddled with popcorn from the entry of the complex all the way to the doors of the cinemas. The food service area was empty, barely anything was available, lollies were strewn all over the place, half used cups and empty cups randomly placed anywhere by clients and the self serve pop corn machine was overflowing so much that there was a 1 metre pile of popcorn all over the floor. Packets of M&M's and maltesers still in their cardboard boxes left half open for customers to take instead of been put up for display. Service was then slow and non existant, all the self serve terminals were off and the people working the counters taking their time and then not accepting cash as payments which further slowed the lines down. My partner went to use the toilets and she walked straight out, paper and urine everywhere, no cleaning whatsoever by any staff member. You should all be ashamed of yourselves, I bet this is how your staff live at home, pigs.
It’s actually 1&1/2 stars After my family and I were refused entry to Gold class and were told there was nothing playing in Gold class all day by the ticket Cashier. I could only buy tickets to the standard theatre. Very upset disappointed and angry as a theatre smelt like Urine and dust we left not long after the movie started as that accommodation was disgusting. My friend entered Gold class at 6 pm on the same day at event Cinemas in MacArthur Square today 6/1/2022 and watch the same movie in Gold class that we want to watch but we refused entry. would not recommend going here and watching movies as the reception and workers lie to your face I refused entry to any desire theatre you will request and direct you to one of the lower class theatres to bump up the numbers which are very poorly maintained I hope this review helps others as we are very disappointed with the facilities and will not be returning
Mediocre experience. Adolescent workers, nothing to rave about. First thing they ask is "are you paying by card" - no greeting. Like customers are on a production line. Typical wollondilly shire clientele. Brash, disrespectful and rude. "Stuff youse" attitude. If such a word exists in English. I purchased a couples seat for my partner And myself. Had some hillbillies behind me keep kicking the back of our seats. During the movie. Now onto the cleanliness. The cinemas are not in good condition. The place was messy. The toilets in macarthur centre are in better condition than event cinemas. Popcorn was scattered across the common area. Now onto pricing. Talk about daylight robbery. Confectionary and snack items are pretty much treble the retail value. Ticket prices are cheaper if you buy through Telstra or nrma. Overall a mixed experience
Visited Greater Union at Macarthur Square on Sunday with my niece and nephew. Carpets were filthy, the floor inside the Cinema and under the chairs was covered in food, lollies considering this was a midday session its clear no attempt was made to clean follow the previous sessions, rubbish was left inside the cup holders as well. The bathrooms were disgusting. Out of 5 toilets that I checked for the kids to go not 1 was clean. I ended up taking them into the shopping centre to go to the bathroom. Food and drink prices way over priced $24 for 3 Large drinks. Over $50 for 3 Frozen Coke and Popcorn Combos. Greater union need to lift their game, the staff there are rude and unhelpful as well. They don't even offer cup trays to carry drinks. I will not be back. Ill be going to United Cinema at Narellan from now on never had an issue there.
At least this theatre was in better condition than their Parramatta venue... I think it is ridiculous that ordering a ticket online incurs an additional fee, so fronting up to the theatre you still have to do it yourself at their machine, which I do not find very user friendly! During the process the machine promptly went out of commission "oops something went wrong" forcing me to go to another working machine. It's the middle of a freezing cold snap outside and inside the theatre during the middle of the show the air con plummeted to uncomfortable Arctic levels. The show itself was fine but I think next time I will just wait for it to be available to stream and watch it in the comfort of my own snug warm home.
Pretty dark appalling. This place has gone way downhill. Let me count count sins: 1.There were too few staff on. No one checking tickets, literally anyone could just walk in. No one to direct us to the correct cinema. Why bother buying tickets at all?? 2. Again staffing. Lined up at candy bar for over 20 minutes. In the end had to abandon snacks in order to make the movie. Staff so slow, taking their time, no one cared or noticed we left. 3. Bathrooms were gross. Floor wet and dirty, hand dryers not working. 4. Cinema and hallways filthy. Littered with food scraps and garbage. Glad I did not pay for gold class. Hate to think how disappointing that would have been if the standard cinema is this bad. Shame on you.
Compared to so many other cinemas in Sydney, this one is a real gem! Relatively clean and fresh amenities, each cinema is in almost mint condition with plenty of viewing space, friendly and fast service and VERY reasonable prices. My local cinema (quite a distance from Campbelltown) regularly charges upwards of $18 for a standard ticket. At Event, the price is much lower and you get an overall better experience with it. Can't understand some of the other comments here, maybe some other reviewers don't get out of Campbelltown enough to know- this place is actually quite good!
We went to gold class. The customer service was lovely. They were super helpful in guiding us to where we needed to be. Food was also fantastic. We had the date night option with the salt and pepper squid, crinkle cut chips, nachos, southern fried chicken sliders, and the tim tam sundae. All the food was really delicious and came out to us promptly. Food was hot and seasoned very well and portion sizes were great. However I couldn't eat all of my portion because I just got so full! Very happy that date night was a success. Definitely recommend
Tbh it has been quite some time since I went to the movies with the fam. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the place had a strange smell. The carpets definitely need a proper clean or something. A good tip for cheaper tickets is using the Events App. We saved a bit on the adult tickets, paying online and taking advantage of the available discounts was a plus. The food prices are over the top, such is life. Still love the popcorn, frozen coke and choc top If it wasn't for the smell, I would give a better rating.
I went to watch NOPE. The movie is a cinematic masterpiece. So good. But the cinema film was completely grainy. I tried to get some help from the staff. Had to ask them twice. Just wanted anyone to fix the grain so I could see. Absolutely no response. Nothing done at all. I couldn't see anything in the darker scenes. What a waste of money and a good afternoon. Disappointed this was my go to cinema in the area. Safe to say not going again. But hey, cinema wins yeah? :) One less customer to worry about.
Went to see the new Dr Strange movie, was slightly disappointed since there didn't seem to be a great story line. Went to the Gold class session for the first time in my life and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, the service as well, the reclining seats were really comfortable. Apart from the movie, I really enjoyed myself. I had two beers, two sliders, chips and spicy buffalo wings. All came to $100 for the night. $47 for my movie ticket, and $53 for my food and alcohol.
Terrible, the smell in the entire place is disgusting , was almost impossible to concentrate in the movie. Since you get inside smells like dirty toilet all the corridor and the cinema, the chairs are dirty and smells. The food all over the floor. The toilets are old and look dirty as well but doesn't smell as much as the corridor and the cinema outside. I was scared to ear the food i dont think they are clean due to the bad smell of the entire place.
My wife & I decided to splurge and go Gold Class for a change. We ordered food which took too long to come out (1/2 hour ended up being closerv to an hour). One item, the arancini, was frozen in the middle. Didn't want to waste my time to leave a movie we'd already overpaid to see to get this corrected. They also forgot the popcorn we ordered. Couldn't be bothered to flag anyone down after the movie, just glad to get out without salmonella poisoning!
The movies are good, the staff always seem disinterested in being there, this has not changed since management said they will pass on the comments. The reply from Event was absolute lip service and in no way was a genuine response to the feedback. Then to add to that i happened to see an interaction between staff and a disabled customer just recently, Event cinema should be ashamed of the way the staff member spoke to and treated the customer
Disgusting. Sitting here and the whole cinema stinks and feels like it's soaked in urine. Looking at reviews from 1 year ago and seeing the same feedback. If my kids weren't so excited to watch the movie I would 100% leave. Will be going straight home to shower and sanitise. Never coming back - go to Narellan instead. Absolutely Disgusting and zero care factor from the business, knowing this was complained about a hear ago!
Terrible! Paid for Gold Class - toilets were dirty and there was no toilet paper. Food took a very long time to come out after being told it would come out at the start. Drinks came within ten minutes and food took 1hr 20. The cinema was also beyond cold. I had a jacket on and was still freezing. I get there has to be air con, but not that low. Very disappointing. Narellan is far better and cheaper!
As per usual the snacks are always overpriced but the cinematic atmosphere is awesome. Still trying to figure out if it is worth the dollar you spend on going there. The promos are good though. Sign up with cinebuzz and look for the deals they provide. Some are a bargain and a half. Clean, tranz - like, and big space. Looking for a good time with the fam!!! Event cinemas Macarthur is a GO TO
I love going to Gold Class here, but the cinemas are just way too cold. They provided us with blankets during Maverick Top Gun, but we were still cold. I just don’t understand why they can’t increase the temperature slightly, as it is uncomfortable & likely to catch a cold. I hesitate to come here again, and will need to consider other cinemas in future. It’s frustrating and disappointing.
Staffs are friendly, good value for money, great popcorn, toilets are clean, seats are ok but the management need to do something with the bad smell coming out of Carpet inside the hall and can’t tolerate it. Do I need to bring my own air freshener next time I visit again or I will not visit again? Management please do something for the smell coming out carpet in some of the theatre.
Don’t bother with Chics at the Flicks. Ticket prices are $13 dollars higher than a normal ticket price and you get nothing for it. Nothing! See a normal session, maybe at a cheaper cinema closer to home. I was very, very disappointed and still wondering why they charged more and we got nothing for it. I can wait a week for a movie next time and avoid the travel too.
Went here with my family and was pleasantly treated with great customer service. Out of all of the event cinemas I've been to, that was definitely the best I've been treated. The cinema itself but quite clean and comfortable in terms of seating. Lots of bathrooms, so there weren't any issues with queuing and waiting to go. Had a great time and would go here again!
Had a good experience watching movies at gold and standard levels. Didn't get to try the gold star food menu yet but overall the staff were friendly and polite, cinema area and food store floor was clean, sweet and salty popcorn in a box was great. Prices for food were ok for me... And there were toilets available for male and female within the place. Good stuff!
It's an alright movie theatre, however I don't understand why they don't have seats outside of the cinemas. It's just so dumb, I mean most people who are waiting for their film just sit on the ground before the doors open. Why should I, as a paying customer have to sit on the floor? Think about older people, it's not like they want to be sitting on the floor.
Rather overpriced. Not enough staff that are easily accessed if you need one. I don't see what the big fuss is with "Gold Class" - this is a total rip off! At least get some comfortable seats; I'd rather sit in my recliner at home! To pay double for a smaller cinema with clunky seats, and pay extra for food and drink. A lot extra! That's a big NO from me.
Cinema screen are great but the place itself needs some cleaning. Chairs were falling apart and the carpet and seating is so dirty you could see the dirt and stains, a good cleaning would do the place a world of good. Food area was very dirty and the floor was disgustingly sticky. I still prefer this cinema over others, but they need a serious deep clean.
Comfortable chairs, cup holders and small tables. Very nice film experience. The choices for snacks are pretty decent and the usual hiked up price (it's the cinemas, what do you want?). The only reason, the ONLY reason that I removed a star is because they didn't have choc-tops, and that really isn't good enough. Other than that, an excellent experience.
Gold class for the win Wish the food/drink ordering was easier. You can go to your ticket email there is a link for ordering food etc. Duh Validate ya parking from the machine outside the complex. There is one down stairs as well. Gold class has a small toilet facility which was clean. However it needs more stalls. Omg a queue for the guys toilet.
Some of the female staff were unhelpful and a bit rude at Gold Class. When I turned around to ask my partner a question while ordering my food he noticed one of the staff rolled her eyes at me for confirming with him. The manager was very helpful and professional to my requests though. Gold Class Menu very expensive but the facilities are decent.
On Sunday afternoon we went to the 1.30 pm session of Andre Rieu We arrived early and decided to eat 3 sliders and chips with a coffee and wine They were not busy at the time The sliders were only Luke warm and the chips were terrible, like they microwaved The coffee and wine were great Seating was extremely good However the seating was perfect
Event cinema campbelltown discriminate against people with disabilities. They refuse to provide services for people with disabilities to book movie tickets in advance online, they don't offer any solutions to allow disability seats and the seat for their companions to book movie tickets other than in person. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
The staff are always polite and friendy and i am happy to have cinema open. Great facilities as clean, close to transport and dining .I love the old films I never got to see are playing and Australian made films. 2020 has been a tough year for all but going to the cinema ,buying popcorn and enjoying a film with others brings me a bit of joy.
Always very happy with Event, Campbelltown Cinema. Obliging, polite staff. Love the "Seniors morning teas". For those that don't know the session's are $10 a ticket, and you get a little snack box, T or C. Head Office just need to answer emails more promptly. The last email I did get an answer well before date of film. Thanks for that.
The cinema is ok, but it is not very clean. The V Max theatre, the seats that we had the little tables, were sticky with something. And it looks like you can't get a coffee any more and you can't sit around the coffee place, as they gave put in play machines, and I am sorry but you are going to see a movie nor play on machines.
Don't like sounding racist. But never had a good experience in Gold or Standard cinema hall in this Campbelltown location of Event cinemas, always because of the public I had during the sessions I book-regardless of the time of day. I would prefer booking at an Event Cinemas further than this location due to the same reason.
The best cinemma I have ever been to. They have the best popcorn and drinks. Tones to choose from. Seating is absolutely amazing you get no heads in your way so that makes the movie viewing experience so good. They also have little cardboard cutouts from some of the movies so kids can take their pictures with the characters.
Good theatre. They have some good offers running. Got good seats! Just 2 counters were open for ticket booking. Could be an issue if you are booking in the last moment and the person ahead of you is having a long conversation with the staff. Popcorns were bland, they could give cheese powder to add flavor to it.
Really friendly and great service. Only down side is the parking... or lack of. Even with an extension, it struggles to cope and need to park on the other side of the shopping centre. On the plus, Gold class is amazing great food, great service and good cocktails to get you through and entire movie!! …
Food: This place has delicious snacks to enjoy your high quality movie. You can get icecream for those hot summer days, and they have a big variety of soft drinks. Setting: This place could get colder in the rooms just don't forget your jumper. the bathrooms are clean and don't make you feel disgusted.
It has been several years since I've been here due to the fact I don't live in the area and it's a bit out of the way to get here but the cinema was clean and so were the toilets! The doors close, the hand dryers work properly and there is soap too! I'd definitely come back to watch a movie here again.
Went to see Downton Abbey this Afternoon in Cinema 4,Movie was very good but unfortunately Air Conditioning was blowing out Freezing cold air i reckon it was about 16 degree. If you plan on going there soon make sure you wear lots of warm clothes as they say it may take 4 months for the part to.arrive
Went to see the 9:15 of strays in theatre 7. Do you guys not clean the screens ? Could pay attention to the movies cause the screen was covered in what looked like people having had thrown food and drinks at it. And also, did u guys change your popcorn? Dead set tasted like woolies microwave popcorn
Chairs were comfy. Though the let down was the wooden sections of the arm rests were so sticky from (I'm guessing and hoping) spilt or dripping previous soft drink. It just took away from the comfortable watching movie experience as you certainly knew it when your hand unknowingly touched this area.
Attended this venue on a Tueday to watch SCREAM 6, we opted to see it in Gold Class. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, one of them delivered our food to us just before the movie started. We found the cinema and facilities to be neat, clean, and well maintained. Enjoyed the movie as well !
Do not use this Cinema if u r disabled. They deliberately discriminate against you once u say u r disabled especially the manager SHRON HAYBURGH. What a rude individual. Can’t believe she has a job when she treats disabled people like that. I would like to be contacted by head office please.
My go to cinema in the area. The seats could use an upgrade however the service is friendly and they almost always are quite clean. The reason for my four stars however is the popcorn. The popcorn sometimes doesnt taste as fresh as the popcorn you can get from United cinemas in Narellan.
If you’re heading to the movies any time soon, do yourself a favour and avoid Event at Campbelltown. Aircon is blowing ridiculously cold air and we froze through the entire movie. When we mentioned it to staff, there was no apology, just a blunt “yeah, we know, we’re waiting on parts”.
This place is either short staffed or staff at night do not care. The popcorn machine was ferral, popcorn everywhere, even piled up on the floor. Popcorn and Choc tops very stale. Money is too precious to waste during this current climate, so we are not going back, unfortunately.
Gold Class is just average. The service and staff were really friendly and prompt, but the cinema needs a re-vamp to get back it's Gold Status. Smashed glass pane as you walk in sets the scene. Reclining chairs are hard as a rock and not comfortable. Time for an upgrade guys.
Disgusting experience! Stinks of urine in entrance and in cinema. Overpriced tickets and snacks. Was told we couldn't use our dine and discover vouchers for snacks, whereas we have been able to in other cinemas. Very disapointing! Lift your game Event Cinemas! …
It was great! We went to gold class & the seats were initially comfortable, however after sitting for 1.5 hours (2.5 hour movie) I became very uncomfortable, and was unable to get comfortable. Food was excellent, service was top notch. Definitely would recommend.
One of the better eVent cinemas in the sydney area, however the vmax seating is non recliner/leather, which isn't too bad. However, the eVent at Edmondson Park has leather recliner in even their basic cinema and isnt very far of a drive for those seeking comfort.
Super nice staff, they're chill. There was a fire at liverpool event cinemas and we asked if we could exchange the tickets to watch the movie at Macarthur; They were very understanding and empathetic of our situation. Thank you guys so much <3
Been a few times over the yrs. Seats we had in cin2 were hollowed out uncomfortable with no cushioning and movie was out of sink with sub standard sound . Pay big $ for comfort/ luxury. Needs upgrading. Won't be back. Food/service was 10/10
Maybe due to post covid staff shortages but the place was a mess. Popcorn everywhere, the screen was scratched in places and the seats were uncomfortable. My first time to the movies in over a year and I won't be back again for a long time.
Great cinema, but the small drink is so large that I can't finish it before the film ends and it's $7! I think you should have a smaller option because I don't really want to drink a litre of soft drink. Other than though, two thumbs up.
Out with the family to see the Air movie and the cinema was dirty. My sister went to ask one employee if they could clean it up and they told her they would speak with the manager. We sat the whole movie with rubbish at our feet.
Cinemas are generally clean. Visited gold class on this occasion. Service was lovely. Quality of the screen and audio was great. Recliner chair didn't work correctly which was disappointing, though my partners chair worked fine.
Large screens obviously, but expensive. They could give the seats a clean! Byo food, ridiculous price for popcorn etc. I think they would be crowded & sell more food & seats if they made the combo's a realistic price & the tix
We don't go to the movies often, but when we do itn's Event Cinemas at MacArthur Square. We also attend at the morning session, almost had the place to ourselves, except 3 other small groups. Was clean and staff were friendly.
Proof they do clean their pop corn machine.. There was a girl climbed into it to wipe the glass.. Not many people around and only 2 staff but it was mid week. Staff smiling and polite even though they must get bored.
It was a great experience, we took our 5 year grandson to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He loved it, the seats were good in Vmax row M for a child and easy to take him to the toilet without climbing over anyone
OK experience. Top Gun Maverick best movie ever!!! Was in gold class should've been called bronze class! Seats were dirty, popcorn down the sides Price of a glass of wine absolutely outrageous. Won't be back
Took my nephew and grandnephew and neice to see Lyle Lyle Crocodile. Didn't realise how expensive movie tickets are!!! At least the ice-cream popcorn and fairy floss were reasonably priced...the movie 3/5
Had a really good experience there. The seats were clean and comfortable and the quality of the movie was also great. My only issue was the popcorn since it was too salty and not crunchy enough for me.
Gold class is great, seats were a bit dirty but in good order. Our seat lights were malfunctioning and the walkway lights get a little annoying during the movie. Food and drinks are really good.
Remind me to pack my own cheese platter next time I go to Gold class. Who wants to pay $30 for small blocks of cheese and five crackers? But a great experience and love going here for a treat!
Average. Has diminished over the years. Nothing spectacular. Staff arent that polite. Toilets are messy and need of repair. In comparison to Westfield Parramatta, there is work to be done
Events what can I say. Very few staff, not a single seat, chair, step or anywhere at all to sit while waiting to take grandchildren to the movie. Why would you pay for this. Never again.
It was a great experience but a little expensive for my liking but it was worth it because of the seating was comfortable but the food was a little expensive but good all around
Canteen closed when watching night shows. Also main door locks you out if you go outside. There should be at least one staff on duty at canteen since movies are still going.
Its old and run down now, gold class chairs are all peeling and make loud noises when u adjust them, but great for a cheap tuesday movie. Staff are always nice and helpful
Good relaxing place to see a movie, With great friendly staff, With there wonderful tasty coffee, I mostly like there, sound with the movie, which moves around the cinema
I liked going to the movies & I got good services from all the staff members even they make sure they keeping customers happy & safe best regards to the new year
Average experience. Nothing to write home about. Tickets are expensive. Better book online. Facilities need a clean. Mainly juvenile staff working like robots.
My sister(not tech minded) took her grandaughter to see Trolls. She paid a discounted adult fee of $14 and a 4.year old fee of $16.50. How is this possible?
Minus one star because of the dusty odour in the corridors and inside the cinemas but other than that, chairs are roomy, online booking and entry is easy.
The sound in V-Max cinema 1 isn’t great. Seems like the rear channels don’t work. Gold Class is great however, so that’ll be where I go moving forward.
Such a lovely experience along with my kid. The pathway, seats , rooms and toilets were clean. Staff were very friendly and were prompt in helping.
One of the best dine restaurant in the ACT. Great deal , great customer service, good value for the family. Kids eat free on Sunday
Love going to Gold class but they mess up food delivery so much. They brought the wrong food to us 3 times. Happens every time we go.
The cinema was clean. The customer service was good. The lights did not go down as movie started a patron went to tell the staff.
Similar to all other event cinemas but pretty quiet during the weekdays . Found it to be clean and tidy. Decent customer service.
It's a very large cinema place for watching many different moves in the one place there's i max as well with reclined seats
Great cinema comfy and roomy seats.Good availability of seats over school holiday sessions. Very enjoyable experience.
Many screens, comfortable seats, has seperate parking which makes it convenient while you are rushing to make a movie
Nice seats. Medium popcorn could be a little cheaper. Good variety of drinks and snacks you can get before the movie.
Good sized cinemas, but the place is filthy and run down. Staff try hard but there usually aren't enough of them.
Wasn't impressed with the odour of the cinema I like the self service for Good flavours …
Nice big clean cinema but expensive. Don't expect to pay less than $80 for 2 adults with drinks and snacks.
Love coming here and unwinding with the wife. Service is spot on and the movie experience is enthralling.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean cinema including bathrooms which were fully functional.
The screen in theater 7 had multiple stains on it which really ruined the experience of the movie
Friendly staff, always helpful. Clean cinema. The food menu in Gold Class is overly priced.
First time I've been here in 16 years per so, enjoyed paying $10. For movie of the week.
Watched Napoleon in cinema 5 Absolutely disgusting The seats smelt like a public toilet
No seating in the foyer, we had to stand while waiting for friends before the movie.
Great gold class service. Good fun to enjoy while watching your fav on big screen.
