I am a sole parent of a very large family and also a grandmother of four. Recently my ceiling caved in due to the course of the storm that has left many of us either with damaged homes or homeless. Today I am getting rubbish removal from my house with all of our damaged belongings. I approached a young tall redhead lady who was greeting me with a smile when all of a sudden 3 other females rudely interrupted my service from the seemingly nice young redhead lady and the other three females refused to give me any rubbish dumps vouchers and they're not experienced people who should be working in such a place that requires workers who know the administration resources as well as common courtesy and people skills. I regret going to the Everton Park Library for communal help as I know that I will never and other people will never receive the services that they require from this library. I therefore rate the Everton Park Library billions and millions below zero on a scale of 1 to ten. I will not base my entire day nor life on these bias people as I am of origin to this country. I therefore rate the other three females who rudely interrupted my service as rednecks Have a nice day

I went here a couple of months back and the staff were most welcoming. I signed up for their library and it was explained to me how they were opening a new building which was going to be built. They had plenty of time for me and my chatter and I cannot recommend them more. I will be back soon.

Very small, but good and recently refurbished library. Great location with helpful staff and reasonable range of reading and free wifi. Bit noisey when there's book readings for young kids, but that's only minor. Otherwise it's a quiet and relaxing place to spend time.

Great little library with friendly staff. Their opening hours are a little restrictive, not opening most days until either 10am or 12pm and closed on Mondays. Hope when they develop into the larger space they are open earlier. …

A bright, comfortable place with plenty of reading materials and WiFi to spend a relaxing time. And very friendly, helpful staff. In fact, all libraries and museums in Brisbane are magnificent- the best investments of our taxes.

Friendly staff, and lots of activities throughout the week for children. Parking is further down the road, but close enough to not be an issue.

Very cloistered, like being hugged by books, and naturally well lit, unlike regular library. There is comfortable standing room for ~5 humans.

Excellent local library. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good range of materials to borrow. Off street parking. Closed on a monday though.

I went there a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. There was a good study space- something I value as a Uni student!!

Scaled down operations but same friendly helpful staff and free holds - what's not to love.
