Just be aware. There are a few of arrogant staff working there (but most staff are nice especially the one at the front check-in counter). Last week, one lady staff came to me while I was working on a laptop and she told me to turn off my laptop because of a small fan noise while she allowed the running kids to scream their guts out 10 metres away. What is that? The other day, another male staff demanded (not asked) me to leave the table I was working because I was close to his training area and he "seemed" to be very busy setting up training for only four older ladies. These people don't care and think they carry important roles on their backs and enjoy making easy things 100 times complicating.

The Library is a lovely space. The private rooms are good too. I've taken a variety of people to this library socially and professionally. Yesterday, I had a run-in with a staff member while waiting to book a room for a D&D group. I have three confirmed players and potentially 3 more attending. The response of the woman taking the booking was very prickly. I felt very much like walking away. I'm looking for another venue.

We love using the library to borrow books for the kids. If they don't have it on the shelf, it is super easy to place a hold & you are then notified by email when they are ready for collection in your chosen library. They usually come pretty quickly (depending on how many holds have been placed before your request) and it is really easy to find them on the 'holds' shelf & use the self check out.

if i could give the staff 0 star i would, absolutely rude and disrespectful. I asked one of them to help me with printing and she asked me to go wait at the counter while somebody else comes and helps me ? Not everybody wants to waste their time, we actually have things to do & i only needed to pay 20 cents. After somebody came and helped me she ran to me pretending that she only just saw me. Do better.

Excellent Library, they have started a new Group for older people this month ongoing, "The Next Chapter" this was extremely interesting, meeting new people exploring new interests, I am looking forward to next month. Look for details on the Library web site. They have a number of organised groups covering Computer, Craft, Language to name a few check them out! Lovely staff

Best study place!! Staff are so friendly and nice, it’s clear a lot of effort and care goes into taking care of the space. There’s study rooms which can be booked as well as a huge study table which has a lot of chargers too! If you’re planning on spending a long time there definitely get there early since tables fill up fast.

My go-to study place. I prefer this one over the two in the city. It is usually quiet, staffs are always helpful. You can print, scan, use their computers(library card required), or just read some books, enjoy a quiet session there. They also host kids sessions often, your kids gonna love it there.

We frequent this shopping centre as there are Coles, Aldi, Woolworth, Asian groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables, a food court, newsagent, cafes etc etc. Easy to get a park and the vicinity is always clean. There is a library and JP services within.

Looking through activities that library will offer for children during the coming school holidays. We have our two little grandsons and there’s lots on offer for both age groups. We will be phoning to book them into tomorrow.

  • The House Called Brooklyn

Well stocked library with plenty of PCs, very helpful staff and comfortable seating areas. Covid check-in required and social distancing enforced (March 2021). Welcoming environment with large Chinese language section.

Very nice updated library. Now with the social distancing, i think its a bit more quieter. The JPs used to be a tad loud and noisy. Staff are very helpful. Lots of variety of books and the kids corner is a nice touch.

There are too many noisy... kids laughing, baby crying. Staffs never stops them. They don’t have enough tables. JP service is great, but they always talk loud to each other.
