I was behind a colored girl at the library today who was trying to ask this librarian for help for something (white lady, she works at the Inala library and has a strong accent with blonde straight short hair and glasses) guttered I didn’t get her name. Anyway. The girl sounded really lost of her query and I snapped this libarian turning around to her colleague and rolling her eyes! The girl then turns around and says oh i’ll be back. I was next in line and she turned around one more time to her work colleague and let out a sigh and another eye roll! I couldn’t believe what I saw. Once I saw this, I didn’t want to talk to her anymore. As I walked off, I hear her gossiping or whatver clearly annoyed that this girl/customer interupped her conversation! Can’t believe it! No customer service at all. How did she even get hired? Obvious lying at at job interview!!!

After renovation,I went today and I was happy to see the new look. specially the kids area,my 18 month old boy was really happy there. Holidays activities are fun for kids.They have Lego area for small kids to make them busy. Different colouring sheets on table to colour them.They issue 2 remote controllers per card for Nintendo. Washroom and baby changing area facility is available.

Have a great range of reading materials. Have some hard to get magazines available there most of the time. Nice to chill out there on a hot day. Conveniently located next to Inala shopping centre. Plenty of parking available outside. Generally it is a safe area to visit during the day time hours. Library is truly a safe haven.

We frequent libraries a lot and I have to say, this is such a winner. It's on the smaller side, but it has a beautiful story time room for events and reading/playroom for kids. The staff were super friendly, helpful and engaging with my little boy - which is so welcome. We'll definitely return here often.

The staff are welcoming and helpful (5 stars for their customer service) but this library is the noisiest place to read/study. People talk loudly on the phone in the library, kids screaming, and students playing games and talking and laughing loudly makes it an extremely difficult environment to learn.

As a Uni student, I love to have a study space that gives "I want to learn" mood. Inala Library consists of a study space that provides a very pleasant and educative environment. Thank you Brisbane City Council, you are a part of building the future for better! :)

Inala Library has been recently renovated and has the latest check in machines/shelves and a remodelled kids area. With the current COVID lockdown resulting in free holds and extended borrow periods, you should be borrowing books/DVDs from the Inala Library now!!

Inala library is amazing. Never before had I seen the need for security guards in a library. Fortunately the security guards do an amazing job of preventing teens who don't/can't read from removing books from the library. Keep up the good work!

The staff are very much supportive and helpful, especially through this time of Covid-19. I will also follow up with the local member to let them know of the libraries importance in the Inala community and surrounds …

Just organised to see the jp and got told on arrival that they aren’t taking anyone else for the day after calling to confirm, waste of time and fuel would not recommend

What are we paying security for at our public libraries? Swearing, yelling, fighting and they do nothing. Might be a better place if they removed the computers.

There was a JP available to see Monday from 4pm-6pm who was very helpful, although expect a line up to see her. Staff are friendly and library is well stocked.

There is a lot of books. Friendly staff. Free computers free internet and you can they the books home to read for free. Please to nice to the staff

Library staff extremely helpful. JP services provided even while the refurbishment of the main library is taking place.

The renovations are breathtaking looks and feels fantastic so spacious and bright now and Lisa is a gem six stars
