Store is lovely. Staff is very friendly, but utterly uneducated about their stock. I can give a product name, color, and dimensions, and staff still cannot find it in their behind-the-counter display-- they'll pull everything in the specified brand from shelves and offer them to me, confused, one at a time. Even when I bring in a sample of what I want, if I purchase more than one, staff still manages to mix non-desired products with desired products at time of purchase. Also, they stubbornly refuse to carry the most common/sought after products, and instead stock high-end or high-volume choices of the same brand. This shop routinely charges 10-20% more than other stores in the area for identical products.

DO NOT COME HERE . I am begging you . Me and my friend came in and we were sold a bad vape pen . And apparently they don’t do refunds & they never gave us a receipt. We only had the pen for a day and they told us “there is nothing we can do .. call the company that makes the brand and they will replace it” & not only that but the salesman gave us the wrong Juice for the pen which could’ve damaged it . And when we came back and confronted him he didn’t apologize . DO NOT COME HERE !!!!

Maybe I just went on the wrong day with the wrong employee but service was absolutely terrible. First said hello, then was ignored, lastly, asking about oils, was rushed into a choice without offering any information about what to get. Ended up looking the oils up online myself since the rep gave no assistance. Would easily go back to the vape shop in capital Hill where sampling and assistance was given, even had a good conversation with the rep there, not at this place.

TERRIBLE. I went to this place back in January and got a defective Vape Pen. It was leaking everywhere and I had to go back twice for the to "fix" it and the barrel got extremely hot it was insane. They refused to give me a refund or exchange after they clearly sent me a defective product. THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG JUICE FOR MY PEN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Check the experation dates on what you buy here especially the vape oil. Make sure you get a receipt too. They don't give them out on purpose but luckily i had my bank verify my purchase there. Didn't want to give me a refund until i asked to buy another bottle which was also expired. Don't speak good English unless you're buying something.

When one is visiting a heavily populated tourist area like Pike Market it is always so nice to have a place like this to shop for basic party needs. I appreciated that I was able to purchase a decent and affordable bottle of wine here as a tourist. They also have 6 packs of local beer to go as well as tobacco products for sale.

The clerk sold weed to a minor in front of my eyes which can lead to shut down of the smoke shop and when I bought the puff bar there which didn’t work at all, i came back to the store 1 minute later to return the bad product the clerk didn’t give me my money back and then started cursing at me. I demand to fire that clerk!!

Great friendly HELPFUL service! My host named Bidur A. at the counter knew what I wanted even before I did! If your looking for cheap delicious oils (nicotine) the liquids range from 0mg to 24mg! Amazing selection, if I come back here from Alaska I will be stopping in.

Went down to the smoke shop to get new pipe. Im a very discerning kunda mofo, i need bangers and good rigs. Salesguy, brian, knew exactly what i needed, even got me to try a ti/glass hybrid nail. Good sale on oil glass

They got what ya need, but the clerk's are grumpy and they make you feel rushed to get out of the store..not very customer friendly..I think they are just scared like alot of the Businesses here in Seattle..

Purchased a bottle of vape juice for top dollar, got home and noticed it had been expired for over a year! Vape juice normally has a shelf life for over a year, so lord only knows when they bought it.

The employee was working at 1/10/2018 around 6 pm, was acting with bad way with my friend and i ! Additionally, I bought two e-juice and both wasn’t good ! Seems to be corrupted.

I did this tobacco shop. Although they are a little bit pricier than the other two on third. Sometimes it's just more convenient to go there without the crowds on 3rd and Pike.

Beer brewed locally, they offer different types for a reasonable place. Sport games are played on the TVs. Nice place for happy hour, where you get $1 off on draft beers!

Nice place, for those interested in good beer and tobacco. They will likely have something for anybody interested in such products. Highly recommend.

I buy my chew here because its the cheapest place on the Ave. The guy that works here is pretty friendly too. I have never had a bad experience here!

Larger than average pipe tobacco selection. The guy working could be a little more friendly. Not everyone is in there to steal.
