Came in very last minute before close. The clerk there was super cool and funny. He also hipped me to some knowledge about classifications of some fruit ( which I was in need of my daily dose of general knowledge!) He helped me find a new flavor of elf bar that I did wind up liking but I did not pick ...He accidentally grabbed the wrong one and I was in such a rush to get out of there I didn't even notice!!! It's totally fine though! I also got him hip to a new flavor after I bought a...Mint ULTRA. Thanks for the MALIBU ELF BAR BRO-SKI!!!!! IT IS light but sweet and has a good fruity flavor. ****'s only because of the Minor Mistake. I'm not mad at ya! Going back to complete my purchase soon!

Great selection, but very pricey!!! Some things are very well priced though, but their vape products and torches are super expensive! Oh and the security guard kept repeating, "I love to beat the sh!t outta people" and he was the employee helping me make my purchases. I think he was intoxicated. But he was able to answer MOST of my questions correctly, so I guess he wasn't too bad...Totally unprofessional though. When I picked out my two torches in blue and in yellow, he told me not to get the yellow, because he didn't like yellow, because for him it is unlucky. Ok so what?? He said oh I thought you'd get the pink. Why? (I'm a girl, btw) sheesh. Too much talking, not enough professionalism.

From Everett to Seattle I have yet to find a smoke shop/head shop that is better than this one specifically! No place has better prices, the hours are one of a kind for a tobacco shop (opens early closes real late), to the service from the guys inside! BEST SHOP EVER HANDS DOWN. One last thing.... GET A TIP JAR! Place is so cheap & cool you just want to leave a tip because I always feel like I leave with more money then I expected to spend. At other smoke shops I leave broke and have to sometimes ‘take a penny’ hard to leave one! First time going here and the Owner gave me and my friends free membership and a free extra hookah. Extremely fast service. We sat down and 30 seconds later had a hookah. Employees were courteous and polite with a little hint of humor which made my visit extremely enjoyable. The outside of the venue looks a little off putting because it almost looks like nothing is there, but once you’re upstairs the place is very welcoming. Great music and great hookah and it’s very relaxing, I am definitely going to be a repeat customer. I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to come here for a first time.

It was not open even though it was advertised as open and the posted store hours said it should be open so I am thinking customer service could be a bit spotty, but that is based on an assumption. Maybe they are the best smoke shop in the world accept it looked pretty sketchy and I probably will never know if they are good because I would need my head examined if I ever wasted my time on those yaywhose again. Now I am not trying to give them a bad review because that would be mean and I try not to be that way, so I am not going to say that they suck bigtime. I am going to think it though.

I'll give you one reason to support these guys. They support smokers of both persuasions with expert service and a great price. I bought the Yelp deal and I was greeted by Manny when I asked him about an unbreakable pipe. I then asked about a wood pipe, and Elliott, I believe, told me about how wood pipes alter the taste of the smoking material and that a glass pipe is better. I got an unbeatable deal on a glass pipe, along with a great price on a pack of American Spirits Black. Will definitely come back, if only to buy cigarettes from. Support those who support you!

The people who work behind the counter have always (and I mean it!) treated me with kindness and respect that reminds me of the rural communities that I lived in as a kid and later but only sometimes as an adult, up in the plains and hills of the Dakotas. There was a sense of honor and strength in showing humility and being honest and supporting your fellow human I guess is the sweeter way of rephrasing an old term used to describe all of us but was aimed at men in particular and with no apologies to those it still disrespects.

I visited this smoke shop after a long tiresome day searching for dab bongs and butane for my torch. A young lady by the name of Lulu (Sorry for spelling) happened to be working that day. She was extremely friendly and quickly helped me find the items I needed. Will definately be a repeat customer. Nothing but good things to say in regards to the staff here. Lulu Recognizes the needs of others and reaches out to lend a helping hand and Is capable of distinguished performance in a higher-level position. Promote this woman!

I absolutely love this place hands down smoke shop ever. I will drive Barn to come here I will wait over and I say if I need to buy something just so I buy it at the smoke shop. After going to this shop I realized I am getting ripped off everywhere I go as well as the guy that is always working here is that effing man!! Decent prices for what they got, and the owner is always willing to work w you if you talk to him. update : they have expanded their inventory quite a bit and are more organized than ever. This shop does not do returns. Even when the product they sell you is faulty. I bought a $50 vape from them and when I told them it leaks vape juice everywhere they would not let me return it. Waste of $50 and they lost my business for life. They also sold me a "mint flavored" vape juice that tastes so bad, it's sweet and doesn't taste like mint at all. Again they wouldn't refund me. Another $18 down the drain. Horrible customer service.

I love this little smoke shop and prefer to never shop anywhere else. I had a couple problems with one employee not knowing the products or how to treat people, but after speaking with the owner and explaining what had happened he made sure his staff knew the store and everything in it and made things right with me. The store is not set up very well. The "Main Entry" is blocked with boxes so you have to go around to a dirty, shady back entrance. Even in the daytime it's not a real secure entry. Why don't they block the back door and take advantage of the higher volume of foot traffic on MLK Jr Wy S? The people that work there are nice enough, but I get the feeling some of them don't really know much about their inventory.

Awesome little smoke shop, decent selection of vape juice, lots of good glassware and dab stuff and some good regular tobacco stuff too. Shopkeeper was very attentive to the several customers he had in and very knowledgeable. Even after tax the price was still lower than I pay for my desired juice at my old Vape Shop. I'm very impressed and this has now become my go-to spot.

I just go in here to buy cigarettes cuz they're about the cheapest place I found in this neighborhood 10 bucks for a pack of Pall Malls out the door. The people that work there are always friendly never have to wait in line or anything and it's easy to get to just pull up out front and go ahead and get what you need.

I went to the Golden Smoke House to buy my first hookah. I got the best service. They showed me different options and found the right one that was matching my budget. The Golden Smoke Hole is where I prefer to go to get my bubbles, my bubbles break quite often, and so I find myself going to the Golden Smoke Hole quite often... I could find bubbles alot closer but Golden Smoke Hole generally has them cheaper and a better assortment, I like the blue or green colored ones.

We arrived at the Golden Smoke House in which hours posted on GOOGLE leading to EVERY ONLINE SITE AND the physical store it’s self all state that the hours of operation are 9:00am to 1:00am! Sadly when we arrived after a 30 min drive to get here 5 mins before 1:00am they were closed up tight!!!
