PSA about Extra Space storage facility at 1620 S I-35 Frontage Road: My storage unit was broken into and ransacked. The facility is supposedly secure and requires you to use their special locks which are supposedly theft proof. Turns out this is not the case. Think twice about what you put in storage at this facility.

Extra space made it quick and easy for me to move in and out. I’ve dealt with other storage companies before and this place has by far had the best customer service. Stephanie the manager was always helpful and nice. I liked that I felt safe there at night and how clean it was. 5 stars!
