Used extra space storage for the last year — between traveling/moving, I kept some things here & my experience was great. AC is always cold inside the building, parking is easy and there are always carts available to use. Ely made the move in/move out seamless & memorable! I felt comfortable with the management & leaving my items here. **1 price increase over the year** which isn’t ideal but personally could afford it for my peace of mind. Would recommend.

Signed contract for one price (as we were discussed to do a long term rent 1y+), couple month after they increase it +60$/month (+40%). They said...well, in the contract it says that they can do it. Why not to mention that at first place? Did rent before in some other storages, but this type of scam didn't happen before.
Ely is such an amazing manager. She makes sure everyone is treated fairly, takes care of the property. One of my Favorite things is how she pleasantly greets everyone and knows them by name. She is in-tuned with her responsibilities there and she does an excellent job.
Phil was amazing at helping us with this process!! The location is kept very clean and accessing my items has been super easy. We were provided with carts to help move our items and the elevators were spacious (compared to other locations)
A very good place but the attraction is lousy. It's just 12 noon and they just closed the door because the two incompetent women left at lunchtime to have lunch together.
Extra Space Storage gave me a pleasant experience. The place was clean, modern, and the climate control was an important luxury. The staff was also very helpful.
