I just wrapped up a very productive contract in Nashville, Tennessee. Part of said contract required me to get a storage facility nearby so that I could fulfill my responsibilities. I was able to find one a hop, skip, and a jump from my hotel. Not only was Extra Space extremely affordable, the customer service was outstanding. I rented from the Antioch Pike location, where I met Kathleen, the onsite rep that assisted me. Kathleen was one of the most pleasant people that I have come across in quite some time. I work in the transportation industry where rudeness can sometimes be the standard, but my interaction with Kathleen was so refreshing that it erased the somewhat challenging day I was having up to that point. She took the time to make sure that I understood exactly where my unit was, and she also went so far as to help me find and old piece of wood that I wound up using as a ramp to help me get my goods into my unit. I have to point out that it was late at night, close to closing time and she still made time to go out of her way to ensure that I had all my questions answered and that I was good to go before she left for the evening. I can't stress enough how a little extra effort can go so far. Because of this I'll say that my overall experience was with Extra Storage as a company was so good that as long as they're in business, they'll have mine. Shout out to Kathleen for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty bad. Had all our stuff from an out of state move in here. 3 months and then when checking the unit( large unit) there was mold grown on everything. And I mean everything. Had to throw away beds and could of cost $1000s of dollars. When I spoke to the manager she said pretty much tough luck and they didn’t take any responsibility for anything like that although that’s def. Not normal and I know of other storage places that are bone dry with no mold. I would go somewhere else . 2 other issues was they did a bait and switch with pricing and raising it a lot - over 200 after a few months which I was never told they would be doing / after all our belongings were inside. And also the manager when I moved in said they would refund us any prorated amount for days after we moved out that we didn’t use that was already paid for; the neeer manger said the other manager was wrong and that she wouldn’t honor what we were told. I’d definitely find another place. We moved all our stuff out and cost us a lot of time and money to try and save and clean what we could. This place sucks as they don’t care about their tenants.

Tamara in customer service was and is is wonderful at store 0289 which is the Antioch location on Antioch Pike. She is always so helpful and pleasant and willing to do whatever was in her power to help you to keep your storage. She put in for a payment reduction for me and it lowered my payment from 288.00 a month to 235.00 a month which was amazing considering that the storage company can raise the payment anytime they would like to according to the competition in the neighborhood to keep their business going. It is so frustrating when they do that but they help she gave me was immeasurable. What she did was vital to keep things affordable for me and she cared enough to put the work in to help me with such a pleasant attitude and she did it in a timely manner so that by the next payment due it was lowered. She is a employee with excellent customer service. Somebody give her a raise!

I completed everything online but needed to come to office for the door code. I spoke with Tamara, store manager, who was polite, friendly and professional. Just our brief interaction you could sense she has a good vibe. The facility is gated and the location is easy to get in and out.

I came in here knowing what I wanted. I met with Tamara she was very kind and welcoming from the start. We discussed everything and she was clear about everything and answered all the questions I had. We had the tour of the unit and it was a smooth process. Great place and people!

Do NOT rent here. They bribe people for positive reviews (I got a $50 discount for leaving a 5-star review and showing it to the manager). They also increase your rent by 40% (!!!) within 3 months of signing the contract. Completely unethical business run by unethical people.

The staff is remarkable... I've been storing things for the last five years with three different companies and Extra Space by far is the best I've dealt with... And I would highly recommend the Antioch Pike location if you are capable for their employees are top notch...

This is a great place to store your valuables. The staff is friendly and firm at the same time. I saw one staff member Deb deep cleaning the grounds. The facility is conveniently located near I 24 and Haywood Ln. They have great introductory rates.
