This is a wast of my time I got a ride here so I could place some of my belongings in storage and for you guys to be open from 9:30-6pm why is there no one here I'm in my third trimester what was the point in coming down here to give y'all my storage money if y'all not doing y'all job a car even one of your clients pulled up he said he was trying to return a key for the horrible service he's delt with. that said it all for me.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Public Storage. Nikki was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to assist my family with our big move. She put our storage units close together to make our move easier. On top of all this, she has a lovely personality and is a joy to be around. Thanks Nikki!

The storage unit had charged me for the month I was leaving and she ended up cancelling the payment all together when she found out I was moving out.
